Abstract

Writing a manuscript with the title: Moral Principles in multicultural hadist study, aims to find out and understand the quality of  hadist and fiqhul hadist using a study library research approach. The problem formulation is (1). How to analyze the quality of multicultural hadist in moral principles. (2). How to analyze the concept of multicultural hadist fiqhul in moral principles. The benchmarks for the quality of society in achieving mature moral awarness, to achieve awarness of moral principles include: first the principle of good attitudes, namely by positioning the willigness to see other people as dignified individuals. Second, the principle of justice is a strong and constant will to give everyone what is their right, based on the principle of justice which is in the same situation, for exampel helping fellow humans in need. Third, respect yourself by being honest, polite, humble, patient, simple, tolerant, willing to take responsibility, and appreciative.

Abstract

This paper analyzes the fulfillment of workers' rights in Termination of Employment Relationship during the Covid 19 Pandemic at PT Sukorintek and legal remedies that can be taken to fulfill workers' rights.This empirical juridical research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation studies. The analysis technique uses an interactive model. The results showed that, Fulfilling workers' rights in Termination of Employment Relationship during the Covid 19 Pandemic at PT. Sukorintex Indah Textile is not in accordance with the provisions of the labor laws and regulations. PT. Sukorintex only provides severance pay to workers as much as 0.40 (40%) of the amount that should be received by workers. Whereas according to the labor laws and regulations, workers who are laid off due to force majeure which do not cause the company to close as in the case of PT Sukorintek are entitled to severance pay of 0.75 (zero point seventy five) times of service; 1 (one) time service award in accordance with the period of service and compensation for other entitlements in accordance with the period of service. Legal remedies that can be taken in the case of PT. Sukorintex, among others: using non-litigation, namely bipartite negotiations, mediation, and conciliation or using litigation, namely through the Industrial Relations Court at the District Court in the legal area where the worker/laborer works.

Abstract

The existence of Village-Owned Enterprises managed by the Village Government and the community will provide positive value for Village Original Income and provide employment opportunities for the community. This research aims to describe the potential of villages through Village-Owned Enterprises as an effort to increase Village Original Income. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that in forming BUMDes the Village Government looks at the potential of existing villages, the aim is to build BMUDes so that it can increase PADes. The Village Government innovates and develops BUMDes facilities, the aim of which is to attract the attention of visitors who stop by BUMDes Kedai Padi-Padi. The Village Government also collaborates with various partners, including the District Government, BPD, Sampang Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD), and village communities. This was done to ask for input and suggestions in managing BUMDes. Furthermore, the management of BUMDes cannot be separated from the role of BPD, where apart from carrying out supervision, BPD also plays an important role in ratifying the formation of BUMDes together with the Village Government. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide benefits, especially to BUMDes administrators and the Village Government, so that they continue to innovate in managing BUMDes with the aim of increasing Village Original Income.

Abstract

This article reviews the Implications of Multicultural Education on the Religious Mindset of the Millennial Generation. This article aims to explain the impact of implementing multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation. The writing of this article uses a type of qualitative research with library research methods. The results of this study are to determine the impact of the implementation of multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation, namely: (1) improving self understanding and self-concept well. (2) increase sensitivity in understanding other people. (3) respecting religious and cultural differences between groups regarding an event, values, and behavior. (4) open our minds in responding to various issues. (5) Stay away from stereotypical views and try to respect others. With multicultural education, a person will become a good human being and more tolerant of diversity, and not passionate about the religion he adheres to. Therefore, a religious mindset based on multicultural education needs to be instilled as early as possible. This includes an appreciation of the existence of cultural plurality, recognition of human dignity and rights, and development of human responsibility towards the inhabited earth.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan Analisis Judul, Discourse Practice, Sosiocultural Practice dalam suatu teks berita suami Sandra Dewi, Harvey Moeis jadi tersangka korupsi PT timah yang dijerat pasal pencucian uang pada laman berita daring edisi April 2024. Pemberitaan ini menarik untuk dikaji karena menyeret nama aktris Sandra Dewi dan menimbulkan kerugian yang cukup besar bagi negara, yakni sebesar 271 Trilliun. Direktur Kejaksaan Agung Muda, Kuntadi menjelaskan dalam kasus korupsi ini nilai kerusakan lingkungan terdiri dari tiga jenis. Pertama, kerugian eklogis sebesar Rp 183,7 Trilliun, Kedua, kerugian ekonomi lingkungan Rp 74,4 Trilliun dan kerugian biaya pemulihan lingkungan mencapai Rp 12,1 Trilliun. Berita tersebut dianalisis berdasarkan asumsi bahwa konteks sosial yang ada diluar media memengaruhi wacana yang muncul dalam berita. Adapun sumber data penelitian ini diambilpada laman berita daring CNN Indonesia, Republika co.id. Dan Kompas com. edisi April 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskrptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kritis model Norman Fairclough. Titik penting dari teori Fairclough adalah melihat bahasa sebagai praktik sosial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi wacana tergantung pada konteks pengetahuan sosiokultural yang diaktifkan oleh penutur bahasa sebagai perwakilan dari kelompok sosiokultural. Sosiokultural pada wacana ini sangat tampak bahwa Kuntadi dalam penegasannya mengungkapkan bahwa penyidik masih menghitung potensi kerugian keuangan negara akibat dari aksi korupsi dan adanya pencucian uangyang dilakukan oleh Harvey Moeis dalam kasus timah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of social welfare values contained in the Qur'an and Hadith at Zainul Hasan Islamic University Genggong (UNZAH). Social welfare in Islam encompasses material, moral, and spiritual aspects, emphasizing the importance of social concern and solidarity among individuals. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study, where data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that UNZAH has implemented various social welfare programs, such as scholarships for underprivileged and outstanding students, as well as fundraising for the community. Values such as concern, justice, and solidarity are implemented in real activities that involve active participation from the academic community. Although there are challenges such as limited funding and a lack of awareness among some students, supporting factors such as management commitment and a good understanding of Islamic social values provide opportunities for further development. This study recommends expanding the scope of scholarship programs and increasing student involvement in social activities, as well as utilizing technology for fundraising. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for other universities in integrating social welfare values based on Islamic teachings into their policies and campus activities.

Abstract

Komunikasi terapeutik kurang menjadi fokus para bidan karena para bidan lebih mementingkan pelayanan daripada praktik penyembuhan. Selain itu, juga tidak melakukan komunikasi terapeutik dan hanya melakukan tugasnya sesuai dengan pengalaman mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan bidan tentang komunikasi terapeutik di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pakuniran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 32 orang dan sampelnya sebanyak 32 orang dengan metode total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tertutup. Metode analisa data menggunakan statistika deskriptif distribusi frekuensi. Pengetahuan bidan tentang pengertian komunikasi terapeutikdalam kategori cukup (75%), pengetahuan tentang tujuan dan prinsip komunikasi terapeutik dalam kategori cukup (46,9%), dan pengetahuan tentang teknik komunikasi terapeutikdalam kategori cukup (75%). Pengetahuan bidan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Pakuniran tentang komunikasi terapeutik sebagian besar dalam kategori cukup.

Abstract

In the current era, the use of YouTube media has increased very rapidly, this is because access is very easy. One of the YouTube content that is currently popular among the Muslim community is Ustad Hannan Attaki's sharing time content uploaded by the First Shof Media Indonesia Youtube Channel. This speech act also occurs in sharing time events, which can cover several topics ranging from questions about religious issues, mental health, to in-depth conversations with famous religious figures. In this study, researchers studied one of the sharing times with the sub-theme "Ever Tried Suicide But..." in terms of locutionary, illocutionary and perlocutionary speech. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive method by describing the dialogue conveyed by speakers and interlocutors. The Sharing Time event describes how events and speech acts are conveyed. Locutionary speech acts are in the form of statements and providing information. Iocution in the form of orders, confessions, etc. And perlocution has an impact on the behavior of the speaker and his interlocutor. All data produced is in the form of dialogue that corresponds to the three spoken words.

Abstract

The problem raised in this study is how the process of internalizing religious values ​​and independence of female students through ma'had activities at IDIA Prenduan and what are the implications of internalizing religious values ​​and independence of female students through ma'had activities at IDIA Prenduan. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study type. The methods used are interview, observation, and documentation methods. For data analysis, the researcher used the Miles, Hubberman and Saldana model, through data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the validity of the data, the researcher used triangulation with source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the process of internalizing religious values ​​and independence of female students through ma'had activities at the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School Institute has 3 stages, namely (1) the value transformation stage, namely through lectures, istirham, dawn lectures, and tadarrus muwajjah. (2) the value transaction stage through dirosah sobahiyah, tahsinul qiro'ah, and muhadhoroh activities. (3) trans-internalization stage, namely the habituation of female students and enforcement of regulations. The implications of the internalization of religious values ​​and independence of female students through the ma'had activities at the Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Education Institute are that female students have targets, planning, can appreciate time, and become mature.

Abstract

Providing education to the community about the importance of growth and development screening of infants, toddlers and APRAS is very useful for mothers and health cadres. Where mothers or cadres can detect early developmental deviations in children in their growing age. The purpose of this community service is to provide education about the importance of early detection of growth and development and screening to determine whether the growth and development of children is in accordance with age. The implementation of this education uses leaflets and teaching sheets and growth and development screening using KMS and KPSP which is one of the instruments to determine the normal or deviant growth and development of children. The number of counseling participants was 29 people (20 parents and 9 cadres) while the number of screening participants was 20 people. After being given education to mothers and cadres, it is very helpful for mothers and cadres to increase their knowledge and get the results of screening 20 normal children according to age.
