Abstract

Masa kanak-kanak dini adalah masa di mana anak mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang dimulai dari usia 0-6 tahun. Anak-anak tumbuh dengan karakteristik yang berbeda sesuai dengan aspek perkembangan anak. Pada tahap ini, aspek perkembangan anak, termasuk perkembangan sosial-emosional, memiliki peran penting dalam perkembangan anak karena anak belajar berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya, bermain, berbagi, dan bersosialisasi. Tentu saja, mereka harus dibiasakan sejak dini agar anak dapat menghadapi tantangan yang terjadi di sekolah dan lingkungan rumah mereka. Kegiatan sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan di Balai Desa Timbuolo Tengah, Kecamatan Botupinge, Kabupaten Bone Bolango, dihadiri oleh kepala desa beserta stafnya, orang tua murid TK dan guru PAUD serta masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman tentang perkembangan sosial emosional anak dalam menghadapi tantangan di lingkungan pra sekolah. Perkembangan adalah proses di mana pertumbuhan berubah seiring waktu, tergantung pada kematangan dan interaksi dengan lingkungan. Perkembangan sosial emosional anak perlu dikembangkan sedini mungkin karena jika sulit untuk berkembang maka anak akan kesulitan berkomunikasi dengan orang lain dan anak akan kesulitan menghadapi tantangan di lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract

Stunting adalah masalah kesehatan yang serius di indonesia, termasuk di desa bukit tinggi, pohuwato distrik. permasalahan didesa ini adalah masih terdapat anak yang stanting, dan sekitar tiga atau empat balita yang mengalami stanting. kegiatan sosialisasi diadakan di kantor desa bukit tingki, distrik popayato, kabupaten pohuwato. intervension ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi tingkat yang menonjol dan mendukung perkembangan anak yang optimal melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan pemerintah, petugas kesehatan, dan masyarakat. tujuan dari adalan kegiansi sosialisi edukasi gizi adalah untuk meringkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai stanting pada anak, ibu menyusui dan ibu hamil. hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tingkat yang menonjol rendah, pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pergekipigan perlu ditingkatkan, dan pendidikan lebih lanjut tentang nutrisi, dan perilaku hidup lanji lebih lanjut. pelatihan ini bertjuuan tukudai pemberdadaaan masyarakat dalam pengahan yang mengejutkan mellalui pendidikan gizi dan pelatihan tentang pemberian tambahan (pmt), seperti sop lo bin (sup jagung) yang kakan krey (pmt) sopti.

Abstract

Increasing student knowledge requires the availability of adequate learning resources to support the learning process. The development of kvisoft flipbook-based teaching materials is one of the important components to attract students' attention, is easy to understand and can be accessed anywhere so that students can study independently and get good quality learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to determine the design process for developing flipbook-based e-modules, the feasibility of e-modules, and determine student responses to e-modules teaching. This research method is the development of Research and Development using the ADDIE model which in its implementation uses 5 stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Limited trial with 50 third-semester students of PGPAUD UNG. Based on the results of the material validation assessment, media experts got score of 98.89% in the "very strong" interpretation category and student response sheets score of 89.45% in the "very strong" interpretation category. Therefore, that students have the motivation to learn independently, are able to review learning so that in class learning becomes two-way and student-centered. However, in this research, the researcher only applied basic competencies for compiling material in e-modules with the help of kvisoft flipbook so that in future research they can develop e-modules in other basic competencies and use a high-level approach that can help hone students' abilities in other subjects so that they can improve their skills in other subjects. there have been many developments in teaching materials that are easy for students to use in independent study.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of coloring activities using gradient techniques on the creativity of Group B children at KH Dewantoro Pembina State Kindergarten, Gorontalo Indonesia. An experimental method with a one-group pretest–posttest design was employed. The study population consisted of Group B children at the Kindergarten, and a sample of 17 children from Group B3 was selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using observation, documentation, and performance tests. The instrument used to measure children’s creativity comprised five indicators: fluency, flexibility, elaboration, persistence, and originality. Data were analyzed using a paired-sample t-test. The results revealed that coloring activities using gradient techniques significantly enhanced children’s creativity, as indicated by an increase in the mean pretest score from 39.55 to 75.73 in the posttest. Hypothesis testing using SPSS software produced a two-tailed significance value of 0.000, which is less than the 0.05 threshold. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis was accepted. It can be concluded that coloring activities employing gradient techniques are effective in improving children’s creativity.

Abstract

Praktik kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis cerita dengan media puzzle di TK Sandhy Putra Telkom Gorontalo bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aspek afektif anak usia dini, khususnya dalam hal interaksi sosial, empati, dan pengelolaan emosi. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi partisipatif selama praktik pembelajaran dengan tema "Binatang di Kebun Binatang". Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan bercerita dengan puzzle mampu meningkatkan antusiasme anak, keterampilan kognitif (seperti pemecahan masalah), serta kemampuan sosial-emosional seperti kerja sama dan empati. Namun, terdapat kendala seperti perbedaan kemampuan individu anak, keterbatasan media, dan kebutuhan pendampingan intensif dari guru. Inovasi seperti "Pojok Emosi" dan bercerita interaktif dengan boneka jari direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran afektif. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan bercerita dengan media puzzle terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan aspek afektif anak, sehingga berhasil mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of caregivers’ communication styles on children’s social skills at daycare centers in Al-Wathaniyah. The research employed a quantitative correlational approach, involving 50 children aged 3–6 years and their caregivers as research participants. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations measuring caregivers’ communication styles, including verbal, non-verbal, empathy, and responsiveness, as well as children’s social skills, which consist of interaction, sharing, cooperation, and emotional expression. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation. The results showed that caregivers’ communication styles were categorized as high, and children’s social skills were also high. A significant positive relationship was found between caregivers’ communication styles and children’s social skills, with a correlation value of r = 0.72 and p < 0.05. This study confirms that caregivers who employ warm, empathetic, and responsive communication can enhance children’s social skills optimally. The findings are relevant for daycare managers, caregivers, and parents to support children’s social development through effective communication.

Abstract

The problem in this study is to determine what is the effect of the number tube game on the symbolic thinking ability of 4-5 year olds. The aim is to reveal whether there is a number tube game on the symbolic thinking ability of 4-5 year old children at Menara Laut State Kindergarten, Leato Utara Village, Dumbo Raya District, Gorontalo City. The type of research used is a quantitative experiment. The subject of this study is how to determine the effect of the number tube game. The method used in this study is the observation and documentation method. Based on the results of the observation, it was found that the symbolic thinking ability in recognizing numbers in children has not developed optimally. Although teachers have tried to introduce numbers, most children still have difficulty in naming, ordering, and writing numbers. Children also need teacher assistance to understand numbers 1-10 and distinguish between certain numbers such as 6 and 9. Therefore, a more effective and fun learning strategy is needed to help children understand the concept of numbers symbolically. In this case, it can be concluded that improvements through the application of the number tube game. This game was chosen because it is simple, easy to use, and in accordance with the characteristics of early childhood. Through a play-while-learning approach, children are expected to be able to recognize numbers more easily.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of creating enjoyable learning so that early childhood learning interests can develop better, especially in Pembina State Kindergarten, Dungingi District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of interactive learning media on children's learning interests and describe changes in their learning behavior when activities are carried out without media and with interactive media. This study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method through conventional learning and learning using interactive media in the form of coloring activities. Data were obtained through observations by assessing aspects of enjoyment, focus, activeness, and enthusiasm during the activity. The results showed that children's learning interests in conventional learning only reached an average score of 6 and tended to be low, while in learning using interactive media, it increased significantly to an average score of 13.1. This change was seen from the increase in children's enthusiasm, better ability to focus, and their more active involvement during the learning process. The findings of this study confirm that interactive learning media has an important role in attracting children's attention and creating a more lively and meaningful learning atmosphere, thereby increasing early childhood learning interests
