Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is “How is Children’s Expressive Language Ability using Audio Visual Media in Group A Children Of TK ABA Dehuwalolo, Limboto Subdistrict”. This rsearch aims to describe the expressive language ability of children using audio-visual media in group A (15 children) of TK ABA Dehuwalolo, Limboto subdistrict. This is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects were the principal, educators, students in group A, and parent. Observation, interviews, and documentation were carried out using data collection techniques. Based on the research and discussion results, it can be concluded that teachers and parents have successfully applied children’s expressive language skills using audio-visual media. In some indicators of expressive language skills, some children can use it expressively and others’ skills have started to appear and can express their languages. Children’s expressive language skills using audio-visual media can be seen through how children were able to use short sentences, describe pictures or what is in the video, speak when needed and know when to ask and argue, and use more than two question words.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of discipline among the Group B children at Ki Hajar Dewantoro Kindergarten in Gorontalo City. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of games with rules on the character education of discipline in group B children at Kihajar Dewantoro Kindergarten in Gorontalo City. The method used in this research is quantitative experimentation. The sample in this study consists of 10 children aged 5-6 years. Data collection was carried out through observation of children using the method of games with rules. The research findings indicate that games with rules has an impact on the character education of discipline in group B children at Kihajar Dewantoro Kindergarten in Gorontalo City. The results of the research indicate that games with rules has an impact on the character education of children's discipline, as games with rules can encourage children to develop attitudes, mentalities, and change their behavior towards a more positive direction. In this study, children can recognize and develop their self discipline through enjoyable games. The research results can be considered significant because games with rules has advantages in developing character education and discipline in early childhood.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh permainan colored wooden blocks terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK ABA V Kota Gorontalo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dan menggunakan desain penelitian pretest dan posttest yaitu memberikan tes sebelum dan sesudah diberi perlakuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 20 anak kelompok B usia 5-6 tahun di TK ABA V Kota Gorontalo. Pengumpulan data pretest dan posttest dilakukan melalui observasi menggunkan instrumen penelitian. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara olah data statistika. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada nilai rata-rata kemampuan berpikir logis anak sebelum diberi perlakuan colored wooden blocks yaitu 25,00 meningkat menjadi 34,00 setelah diberikan perlakuan. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa media colored wooden blocks memberikan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir logis anak. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t diketahui bahwa nilai sig.(2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan diterima maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh siginifikan antara permainan colored wooden blocks denan kemampuan berpikir logis anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK ABA V Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

A healthy lifestyle is an important foundation in achieving a good quality of life. Physical education in schools plays a significant role in introducing and instilling healthy living habits in children from an early age. In addition, the role of parents as primary educators at home is crucial in supporting and strengthening healthy habits taught in schools. Collaboration between physical education and education from parents can create a conducive environment for children to adopt a healthy lifestyle sustainably. This activity was carried out in Timbuolo Village, Botupingge District, Bone Bolango Regency, and attended by the village head, teachers, principals, and parents. Through this Community Service socialization activity, it is hoped that parents can increase their insight into Health and a healthy lifestyle so that children can develop according to their developmental stages

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bermain paper quilling terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak usia 5 – 6 tahun di TK Az-Zikra Kelurahan Padebuolo Kecamatan Kota Timur Kota Gorontalo. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimental design dengan bentuk one Group pret-test & post-test design. Hasil penelitian dengan jumlah sampel 24 anak menunjukkan adanya perbedaan besaran rata – rata dari hasil pre-test dan post-test sebesar 18,29 dan 31,21. Adapun hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan hipotesis (Hi) diterima dengan uji regresi linier nilai signifikan 0,000 dan <0,05. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan bermain paper quilling terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak usia 5 – 6 tahun di TK Az-Zikra Kelurahan Padebuolo Kecamatan Kota Timur Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to socialize the importance of early childhood education in developing children's potential. In carrying out this community service activity, the lecture method is used, namely through the technique of presenting socialization material, which was followed by a question and answer discussion between the presenters/resources and the participants. The low level of public awareness in participating in early childhood education services is due to a lack of information and heavy economic conditions/burden which means that early education is not a top priority for the community compared to food and clothing needs. This socialization activity needs to be carried out on an ongoing basis by involving various related parties (stakeholders), including the village government, mothers and PKK cadres, parents of children, the private sector and campuses so that they receive financial support, personnel and human resources to support carrying out similar activities. in the future. The implementation of socialization activities began with the presentation of the first speaker, then continued with the presentation of the second speaker and ended with a question and answer session for participants and presenters. This activity produces additional information for participants in the form of knowledge and understanding about the importance of early childhood education in developing children's potential. With this additional information, it is hoped that public awareness will increase in involving their children in early childhood education services.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays an important role in optimizing the growth and development of children in their golden age, especially for children aged 2 to 6 years. Among the various PAUD services, Playgroups (KB) are designed to provide holistic education that emphasizes the physical-motor, cognitive, language, social-emotional, art, and religious values of early childhood. KB is particularly focused on children aged 3 and 4 years, where learning experiences are structured to be meaningful and relevant. Every activity, whether related to environmental exploration, creative play, or interaction with peers, is seen as a valuable opportunity for child development. This community service initiative aims to socialize and implement a comprehensive learning program at the Kasih Ibu Playgroup, ensuring that both teachers and parents are well-informed and equipped to provide the best support for their children's early learning. By encouraging a more collaborative and informed approach to early childhood education, this program seeks to improve the overall quality of education and contribute to the holistic development of children in this community.Keywords: Playgroup; Early Childhood.

Abstract

Anak prasekolah mencoba untuk memahami dan mengelola emosi mereka dan belajar bentuk-bentuk dari kesadaran diri dan pemahaman sosial sehingga kesiapan bersekolah menjadi baik. Kematangan masuk sekolah mengacu pada pertumbuhan biologis yang dicapai sebelum masuk sekolah, yaitu kematangan otak untuk memahami konsep calistung, kematangan fisik, maupun emosional. Subjek penelitian yaitu kelas TK B, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 63 responden dengan tehnik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 61,9 % tingkat perkembangan emosi anak dalam kategori cukup dan sebanyak 68,3% tingkat kesiapan anak bersekolah dalam kategori cukup. Analisa statistik product moment bahwa nilai r hitung > r tabel (0,273 > 0,2480) artinya ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara perkembangan emosi anak dengan kesiapan bersekolah pada anak TK Aba Krapyak Wetan Yogyakarta. Jadi Kompetensi sosial-emosional sangat penting untuk penyesuaian jangka panjang, hubungan sosial dan keberhasilan akademik sehingga hal ini dapat meminimalisir permasalahan yang terjadi pada anak seperti penolakan rekan maupun kegagalan sekolah.

Abstract

Metode berbasis proyek dapat diterapkan di semua jenjang pendidikan. Model pembelajaran ini dimulai dengan mengumpulkan informasi berupa gagasan dan pertanyaan dari anak-anak sesuai dengan topik yang dipilih. Informasi ini kemudian dikembangkan menjadi kegiatan belajar dan eksplorasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning Terhadap Kreativitas Anak Usia 4-5 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen (One group pretest-posttest design). Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 27 anak. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah anak kelompok A usia 4-5 tahun di TK Permata Sunnah Kecamatan Kota Selatan Kota Gorontalo yang berjumlah 12 orang anak. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara olah data statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata hasil pre-test memperoleh nilai rata-rata 17,91 dan standar deviasi 3,23. Sedangkan data post-test memperoleh nilai rata-rata 37,75 dan standar deviasi 3,51. Hasil tersebut membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang cukup signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil uji t pada (α) = 0,05 diperoleh ttabel = 0,242 kemudian diperoleh nilai thitung = 14,37. Jadi thitung > ttabel ; 14,37 > 0,242 dengan kata lain thitung > ttabel maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan diterima maka hipotesis diterima artinya terdapat Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning Terhadap Kreativitas Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun Di TK Permata Sunnah Kecamatan Kota Selatan Kota Gorontalo.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang senam irama dalam meningkatkan motorik kasar telah banyak dilakukan, tetapi masih minim yang memanfaatkan video animasi dan lagu daerah sebagai inovasi pembelajaran anak usia dini. Sebagian besar penelitian sebelumnya berfokus pada lagu populer atau tanpa media digital. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh video animasi senam irama berbasis lagu daerah terhadap motorik kasar anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Al-Huda, Kota Gorontalo. Menggunakan metode one-group pretest-posttest, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan tes performa. Motorik kasar diukur berdasarkan kekuatan, kelincahan, keseimbangan, dan ketangkasan. Hasil uji Paired Samples T-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan setelah intervensi (t-hitung 10, 64 > t-tabel 2, 02, ɑ = 0, 05). Kesimpulannya, video animasi senam irama berbasis lagu daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan motorik kasar anak dan efektif sebagai metode pembelajaran anak usia dini.
