Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran budaya organisasi Islam sebagai fondasi kepemimpinan pendidikan yang berintegritas melalui studi literatur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur (literature review) melalui pengumpulan dan analisis data dari penelitian-penelitian terdahulu. Data penelitian diperoleh dari 20 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan pada rentang tahun 2020–2025 melalui Google Scholar, Garuda, Semantic Scholar, dan basis data ilmiah lainnya. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik reduksi data dan penyajian data. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi Islam memiliki peran penting dalam membangun kepemimpinan pendidikan yang berintegritas melalui penerapan nilai-nilai amanah, kejujuran, keadilan, musyawarah, tanggung jawab, dan ihsan. Nilai-nilai tersebut mampu memperkuat komitmen organisasi, meningkatkan profesionalisme, menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis, serta mendukung tata kelola lembaga pendidikan yang transparan dan akuntabel. Dengan demikian, budaya organisasi Islam dapat menjadi fondasi strategis dalam mewujudkan kepemimpinan pendidikan yang profesional, beretika, dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed the education sector, affecting both the learning process and the management of educational institutions. This study aims to examine the challenges, opportunities, and implementation of digital technology in education using a qualitative approach through library research based on books, journal articles, and other scholarly references. The findings indicate that digital education continues to face several challenges, including unequal technological infrastructure, limited internet access, the digital divide, curriculum adaptation, and differences in teachers' digital competencies. On the other hand, digital technology expands access to learning resources, supports more flexible and interactive learning, and encourages educational innovation. To maximize these benefits, improvements in infrastructure, digital competencies, and policies that promote equitable access to education are essential. Therefore, collaboration among governments, educational institutions, educators, and communities is crucial to achieving high-quality, equitable, and sustainable education.

Abstract

This paper is made to find out leadership in Islam. This study uses a library research method by collecting various written sources and other reference sources to obtain specific conclusions. Leadership is a way to lead a group. Islamic leadership is leadership based on the Koran and as-Sunnah. In this study, it is explained that Islamic leadership has duties and obligations for Islamic leaders that need to be considered, it is also explained how the characteristics of Islamic leaders are, and what are the principles of Islamic leadership. Islamic leadership has an important role in knowing the aspects that need to be considered by leaders, especially for Islamic leaders and Islamic leaders who lead according to what Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala and Rasulullah shalallahu alaihi wasallam ordered because of what is seen by humans, especially Muslims. affect the suitability of what is led by a leader.

Abstract

This paper was made with several existing sources to find out what management and evaluation are. Curriculum management is a curriculum management system that is cooperative, comprehensive, systemic and systematic in order to realize the achievement of curriculum objectives. Evaluation or assessment is carried out in stages, continuously and openly. The results of curriculum evaluation can be used by educational policy holders and planners, and curriculum developers in selecting and establishing policies for developing the education system and developing the curriculum model used.

Abstract

Academic achievement is an important measure to evaluate an individual's success in acquiring knowledge and skills. In addition to academic factors, psychological aspects also influence the learning process. Self-efficacy, which is an individual's belief in their own abilities, and emotional stability are crucial factors in academic achievement. This study aims to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and emotional stability and their impact on academic achievement. The research method used in this study is literature review. The results indicate that high self-efficacy contributes to better emotional stability, and good emotional stability can enhance individual self-efficacy. High self-efficacy and good emotional stability mutually support each other and enhance overall psychological well-being. Both factors also have a positive influence on academic achievement. Individuals with high self-efficacy and good emotional stability tend to have strong motivation, face challenges with optimism, and overcome learning obstacles. These findings have important implications for educational practitioners, policymakers, and researchers in the field of educational psychology to enhance the academic achievement of students and learners.

Abstract

This article was written to find out the strategy of madrasah heads in implementing an internal quality assurance system. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The subjects of this research were madrasa principals, deputy principals and teaching staff. The strategy used by the madrasa head in quality mapping is to create a school self-evaluation document through planning for quality fulfillment, including building a vision, mission, madrasa work plan, socializing it to stakeholders, forming a quality assurance team. The strategy carried out by the Head of the Madrasah in implementing the quality fulfillment plan is by implementing the madrasah work plan and carrying out evaluations by monitoring and evaluating periodically, such as every third month, semester and yearly and on an ongoing basis. The strategy for establishing new quality standards at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Batang Hari is to improve the quality of human resources, the quality of graduates, and the quality of facilities and infrastructure. With the existence of an internal quality assurance system at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1, it is hoped that the goals of the national education system can be achieved.
