Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai karakter yang diinternalisasi melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Palang Merah Remaja (PMR) di SMA Negeri 1 Singaraja, mengetahui dampaknya terhadap sikap dan perilaku siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses internalisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler PMR mampu menginternalisasi nilai-nilai karakter seperti disiplin, kerja keras, bersahabat, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab. Kegiatan tersebut berdampak positif terhadap perubahan sikap dan perilaku siswa dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti meningkatnya kedisiplinan, rasa empati, dan tanggung jawab. Namun, dalam memeuhi hal tersebut terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti rendahnya partisipasi siswa, keterbatasan anggaran, dan tantangan dalam pengelolaan waktu kegiatan. Meskipun demikian, PMR tetap menjadi wadah yang efektif dalam membentuk karakter siswa melalui kegiatan yang partisipatif dan berorientasi pada kemanusiaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi model pembelajaran Jigsaw sebagai strategi efektif dalam pembelajaran PKN di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Library Research yaitu peneliti dapat mengeksplorasi kajian-kajian sebelumnya, teori-teori yang mendasari yang dianggap relevan dan informatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model Jigsaw sebagai strategi efektif dalam pembelajaran yang dapat dilakukan oleh siswa dengan belajar berkelompok baik dengan kelompok kecil maupun dengan kelompok inti. Model pembelajaran Jigsaw mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif karena dalam pembelajaran ini dilakukan diskusi dengan kelompoknya masing-masing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pendidikan kewarganegaraan multikultural dapat menjadi instrumen strategis untuk menumbuhkan kewarganegaraan yang inklusif dan memperkuat harmoni sosial. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, analisis dokumen kurikulum, dan diskusi kelompok terarah dengan guru, siswa, dan tokoh masyarakat di lima sekolah dasar. Temuan-temuan yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya kesenjangan yang signifikan antara kebijakan kurikulum nasional dan implementasi di kelas, terutama karena kurangnya responsifitas budaya dan bahan ajar yang kontekstual. Meskipun demikian, beberapa praktik inovatif, seperti mendongeng yang berakar pada budaya, keterlibatan masyarakat, dan integrasi bahasa lokal, ditemukan dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan toleransi antar etnis. Penelitian ini mengusulkan Model HARMONI, sebagai kerangka kerja pendidikan kewarganegaraan yang responsif budaya. Implementasi model ini menghasilkan peningkatan yang terukur dalam pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan watak kewarganegaraan, sekaligus mempromosikan kohesi sosial dan menegaskan identitas ganda siswa sebagai orang Papua dan Indonesia. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya merancang pendidikan kewarganegaraan yang integratif secara nasional dan relevan secara lokal, terutama di daerah perbatasan yang memiliki budaya yang kompleks.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine and analyze the factors that cause incest by the biological father and (2) review and analyze legal and social efforts to prevent the occurrence of incest victims by their biological father in Buleleng Regency. The research method used is empirical legal research with qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through in- depth interviews with police officers and social workers, as well as through the study of legal documents, literature, and related secondary sources. Non-probability sampling and purposive sampling techniques were applied for the selection of subjects, so as to obtain a comprehensive picture of the incest phenomenon. The results revealed that (1) children's vulnerability to incest by biological fathers in Buleleng Regency is influenced by their young age and lack of understanding of bodily rights, so they are unaware of physical and psychological abuse. Divorce and sole custody create emotional and economic dependency, making victims reluctant to seek help. Closed family environments and minimal supervision make early detection of abuse difficult. Lack of sex and rights education at home and school adds to the abuse gap. Patriarchal norms and cultural stigma force victims to remain silent. (2) Legal protection of child victims of incest in Buleleng is designed through prevention and decisive action with the principle of victimology. Prevention includes education of parents, educators, community leaders, and officials about children's rights, body privacy, and criminal sanctions. Repressive actions by the Buleleng Police Women and Children Protection Unit include investigation, prosecution and investigation, along with psychosocial rehabilitation services from the Social Affairs Office. This approach ensures comprehensive protection of victims' rights, providing restitution, compensation and mental recovery, while preventing repeated and ongoing violence.

Abstract

Education for environmental citizenship plays an important role in social change towards sustainable development, achieving economic, social and environmental balance through informed, cooperative and participatory citizens. The purpose of this study is to develop a design model for educational pedagogy for environmental citizenship in primary education. The method used in this study uses a literature review on the topic (articles, and curriculum guidelines for primary education). The results of the study propose a conceptual framework for developing a model of educational pedagogy for environmental citizenship. The framework consists of important aspects of variables that can be considered in the learning environment such as exploring the environment, analyzing problems, explaining facts, recommending solutions, outlining actions, and reflecting and listening.

Abstract

Civic Education (PKn) holds a crucial role in shaping and manifesting students’ national identity from an early age. However, a notable discrepancy exists between the normative expectations (das sollen) and the practical realities (das sein) of its implementation in elementary schools. While the PKn curriculum is ideally designed to instill national values such as Pancasila, the spirit of unity in diversity (Bhinneka Tunggal Ika), and patriotism, its application in classrooms often remains conventional, less engaging, and disconnected from students’ real-life contexts. As a result, students struggle to internalize the intended values meaningfully. This study aims to analyze Civic Education as a medium for fostering national identity among elementary school students through a comprehensive literature review. Utilizing a qualitative library research approach, this study draws on scholarly journals, academic books, and official documents relevant to the topic. The findings reveal that PKn can effectively strengthen national identity when implemented through interactive and contextual learning strategies, such as integrating national values into the curriculum, adopting innovative teaching methods, and promoting extracurricular activities that reinforce national character. With appropriate pedagogical approaches, Civic Education can serve as a transformative tool to cultivate students’ critical awareness, deepen their understanding of national values, and empower them to uphold unity and national integrity amid the challenges of globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the philosophical, sociological and juridical foundations as well as the conditions for marriage in gelahang according to Balinese Hindu customary law. This research uses a qualitative type of research. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis which begins with data accumulation, data reduction, data presentation and data retrieval. Philosophically, marriage in gelahang is formulated as a belief in the ceritra of the Jaratkaru contained in the Upanisads which states that the deceased person, his spirit will be tormented and cannot be reincarnated if he does not have children. Sociologically the family passed on its descendants by other families has a piscological skates that are difficult to decipher in order to establish harmony. Juridically the legal basis of marriage in gelahang is sloka in Manawa Dharmasastra IX. 118 which declares to the sisters, the brethren shall give some part of their share, each a quarter of its share; those who refuse to give it will be locked. The main conditions of the marriage process in gelahang are not saying goodbye (saying goodbye to ancestors) in the woman's merajan and the existence of a prenuptial agreement. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the formation of student discipline characters through the application of school discipline and Civics learning at SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research data were analyzed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study are the formation of students' disciplined character through discipline starting from a). rules in school are made and formulated by students themselves, namely through the Student Council, the goal is to create disciplinary behavior in students without feeling burdened because disciplinary rules are the ideas of the students so that it arises awareness in students to obey the rules. b) the implementation of discipline in schools is carried out by all existing components, especially teachers and student councilors who routinely conduct raids on school attributes and other items that are prohibited at school. The formation of student discipline character through PPKn subjects, namely the teacher always emphasizes discipline in students, it starts from the teacher giving an example of discipline, creating a conducive learning atmosphere, and the teaching learning process is always orderly.

Abstract

The aims of this study were: 1) To find out the conditions of student character learning at Madrasa Aliyah Syamsul Huda (Masda) Tegallinggah Village, 2) To find out the internalization of student character values ​​at Madrasa Aliyah Syamsul Huda (Masda) Tegallinggah Village. Data on the Internalization of Student Character Values ​​The aims of this study were: 1) To find out the learning conditions of student character at Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda (Masda) Tegallinggah Village, 2) To find out the internalization of student character values ​​at Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda (Masda) Tegallinggah Village. Data on the Internalization of Character Values ​​of Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda (MASDA) Students in Tegallinggah Village, Buleleng were collected through observation, interviews, literature and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results of the data analysis show that the conditions for student character learning at Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda are going well. Internalization of Character Education Values ​​in Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda students through extra-curricular activities (Scouts, Student Council, PMR,), Singing the Indonesia Raya song, Singing Madrasah Mars, Praying together, Congregational Prayers, and Flag Ceremonies. This shows from the results of research observations, that at Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda there has been a process of systemic internalization of character values ​​both non-academic and academically within the Madrasah Aliyah Syamsul Huda (MASDA) Tegallinggah-Buleleng Village.
