Abstract

The enactment of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code introduces the criminalization of cohabitation under Article 412, sparking public debate regarding state intervention in private spheres. This research aims to analyze the challenges faced by law enforcement in implementing cohabitation regulations within Indonesia’s pluralistic society. Utilizing a normative judicial research method with statute and conceptual approaches, this study examines secondary legal data including the New Criminal Code and various legal doctrines. The findings indicate that while Article 412 is designed as an absolute complaint-based offense to balance institutional marriage protection with individual privacy, its implementation faces substantial sociological hurdles. These challenges include potential conflicts with living law such as customary and religious norms, risks of over-criminalization, and the threat of social vigilantism due to public misinterpretation. This research implies that law enforcement must prioritize restorative justice and intensive socialization to prevent human rights violations and maintain social harmony in a diverse cultural landscape.

Abstract

This development research aims to design and produce a digital module based on Balinese local wisdom of folklore on the ecosystem topic to improve IPAS learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary school students that is valid, practical, and effective. The development model used in this study is the ADDIE model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The validity of the digital module was assessed by media experts and subject-matter experts using the Learning Object Review Instrument (LORI). Furthermore, practicality was evaluated through questionnaires distributed to teachers and students. The effectiveness test employed a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest design. IPAS learning outcome data were collected using tests and analyzed using a one-tailed t-test. The results of the study reveal the following findings: (1) The design of the digital module based on Balinese local wisdom of folklore consists of a cover, preface, user guidelines, learning outcomes, learning objectives, concept map, ecosystem material integrated with Balinese folklore containing the values of Tri Hita Karana (Parhyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan), unique fact columns,  summaries, instructional videos, practice questions, evaluations, references, and author profile. The module is presented as an interactive digital book developed using the Book Creator application, incorporating text, images, audio, video, and interactive evaluation links. (2) The results of media and material validity tests indicate that the average scores fall into the very valid category. (3) The practicality test results show that the digital module is categorized as very practical based on teacher and student responses. (4) The effectiveness test using a one-tailed t-test shows that the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value, indicating that the use of the digital module based on Balinese local wisdom of folklore is effective in improving IPAS learning outcomes of fourth-grade elementary school students at SD Saraswati 4 Denpasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi konsep restorative justice dalam penanganan pecandu dan korban penyalahgunaan narkotika di Kabupaten Buleleng serta mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaanya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum empiris dengan sifat deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ditetapkan di Kabupaten Buleleng dengan fokus pada institusi Kepolisian, Kejaksaan, dan Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan Non Probability Sampling dengan penentuan subjek penelitian melalui teknik Purposive Sampling. Data yang diproleh selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi restorative justice dalam penanganan perkara Kata Kunci: Restorative justice, Narkotika, Pecandu, Rehabilitasi, Penegakan Hukum

Abstrak< strong>< p> Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengalaman belajar IPS Siswa dengan model Make a Match Berbantuan Video di jenjang SMP Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode kualitatif Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi wawancara dan partisipatif Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Kristen Shining Stars Kabupaten Mimika Papua Tengah Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII Analisis terhadap data wawancara observasi partisipatif dan dokumentasi menunjukkan adanya tiga kondisi yang utama dalam penerapan model Make a Match berbantuan video nbsp; pada pembelajaran IPS SMP Kristen Shining Stars Ketiga nbsp; tersebut adalah 1 peningkatan aktivitas belajar 2 Pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan dan keterlibatan sosial dan 3 Pembelajaran lebih bermakna Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan pengalaman disimpulkan siswa memperoleh pemahaman dan pengalaman yang lebih baik terhadap konsep konsep IPS setelah mengikuti pembelajaran berbantuan video Tayangan visual membantu mereka mengaitkan teori dengan kehidupan nyata sehingga materi lebih mudah diingat Aktivitas permainan Make a Match menumbuhkan minat motivasi dan rasa senang belajar IPS < p> Kata Kunci: < strong>Make a Match Video IPS< p> Abstract< em>< p> This study aims to explore junior high school students learning experiences in Social Studies IPS through the Make a Match learning model assisted by video media Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach data were collected through observations in depth interviews and participatory documentation The research was conducted at SMP Kristen Shining Stars Mimika Regency Central Papua with eighth grade students as participants The analysis of data revealed three dominant conditions in the implementation of the Make a Match model assisted by video: 1 increased learning activity 2 enjoyable learning and stronger social engagement and 3 more meaningful learning experiences The findings indicate that video assisted learning helped students connect theoretical concepts of Social Studies with real life contexts thereby enhancing understanding and retention The Make a Match activity also fostered motivation collaboration and enjoyment transforming the learning process from memorization into an interactive experience of constructing social meaning < p> Keywords:< strong> Make a Match video learning media Social Studies phenomenology < p>

Abstract

Pembaruan hukum pidana melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana menandai perubahan penting dalam sistem hukum pidana nasional. Namun demikian, beberapa ketentuan di dalamnya masih menimbulkan perdebatan akademik, khususnya terkait potensi multitafsir dalam rumusan norma hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi multitafsir dalam Pasal 240 KUHP nasional serta implikasinya terhadap prinsip kepastian hukum dalam sistem hukum pidana Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan yang menganalisis peraturan perundang-undangan, buku hukum, serta artikel jurnal ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan istilah “menghina” dalam Pasal 240 KUHP tidak disertai dengan definisi yang jelas sehingga membuka ruang interpretasi yang luas bagi aparat penegak hukum. Kondisi tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan perbedaan penafsiran dalam menentukan batas antara kritik terhadap kebijakan pemerintah dan tindakan yang dianggap sebagai penghinaan terhadap lembaga negara. Selain itu, ketidakjelasan rumusan norma tersebut juga dapat menimbulkan ketidakpastian hukum serta berpotensi membatasi kebebasan berekspresi dalam masyarakat demokratis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penafsiran yang lebih sistematis dan proporsional terhadap norma dalam Pasal 240 KUHP agar penerapannya tetap sejalan dengan prinsip kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hak asasi manusia.
