Abstract

Management experiences a phenomenon related to project production costs that are getting higher and often not in accordance with the Gross Profit (GP) target standards that have been set jointly at the beginning of the period. Production costs are the main factor that affects increasing the company's profitability. Management wants the company to be more efficient in project production costs, so that it is able to bring in good profits for the company's operational sustainability and growth. Therefore, management needs to evaluate various factors that affect project production costs so that efficiency can be created and reduce standard costs that determine the company's profitability. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that make the project production cost swell, analyze the cost factors that need to be prioritized in the implementation of efficiency programs, and design action plans or improvement strategies to ensure the achievement of cost efficiency. This research was carried out through the blue ocean strategy approach method using two analysis tools, namely the strategy canvas and the ERRC grid, in designing an effective operational innovation strategy that focuses on value innovation, so as to be able to increase the efficiency of project production costs at PT. Kiabadi Jaya Fasadindo. Referring to the results of the research, the company is still able to improve the efficiency of project production costs in 2 ways, namely improving the competence of Human Resources (HR) with relevant HR development strategies that focus on increasing competence.

Abstract

Sustainability practices are increasingly assessed by their ability to generate business value, particularly in service-based organizations whose performance depends on credibility and stakeholder trust. In ESG consulting firms, environmental and social initiatives may not directly translate into business outcomes unless they strengthen how stakeholders perceive the organization. This study examines the influence of Environmental Responsibility and Social Innovation on Business Performance, with Corporate Reputation as a mediating variable, at PT Olahkarsa Inovasi Indonesia. A quantitative explanatory design was applied using a census approach involving all 82 employees of the company. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that Environmental Responsibility does not have a direct effect on Business Performance, but significantly improves Corporate Reputation. Social Innovation has a significant positive effect on both Corporate Reputation and Business Performance. Corporate Reputation also significantly affects Business Performance and mediates the relationships between Environmental Responsibility, Social Innovation, and Business Performance. These findings indicate that sustainability initiatives create business value when they are recognized by stakeholders as credible organizational commitments. For ESG consulting firms, reputation serves as a strategic mechanism that connects sustainability practices with business performance through trust, legitimacy, and perceived organizational reliability.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Increasingly intense with the growing number of educational options available to parents. This study aims to identify the key factors influencing parents’ decisions in selecting schools while linking these factors to student occupancy rates as an indicator of institutional sustainability. The research employs an Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) involving 113 parent respondents from Super Brilliant Kidz (SBK Center) and My School Palembang. The research instrument consists of 48 statement items that were tested for validity and reliability, yielding a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.914, which indicates a very high level of internal consistency. The analysis revealed four dominant factors school quality and excellence, school reputation and image, cost and accessibility considerations, and religion and moral values which together explain 41.98% of the variance. The findings emphasize that teacher quality, school reputation, cost transparency, and value-added programs must be consistently maintained across all levels to strengthen student retention. Theoretically, this study contributes by linking school-choice factors with student occupancy sustainability, while practically offering insights for private school administrators in Palembang to design strategies for enhancing competitiveness.

Abstract

The abstract contains a brief description of the Purpose: This study investigates the effect of facilities and infrastructure management and the completeness of learning facilities on student loyalty, with student satisfaction as a mediating variable based on Expectation Disconfirmation Theory. Methods: A quantitative explanatory survey was conducted involving 80 students of a private junior high school in Samarinda, Indonesia, selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. Results: The findings show that facilities and infrastructure management and learning facilities significantly influence student satisfaction, while student satisfaction has a strong effect on student loyalty. The direct effects of facilities and learning facilities on loyalty are not significant, indicating that student satisfaction fully mediates these relationships. Implications: The study highlights that student loyalty is formed through satisfaction rather than direct facility provision, suggesting that schools should focus on improving students’ perceived satisfaction through effective facility management and utilization.

Abstract

The competitive business environment in Makassar, particularly in the local food retail and regional souvenir sectors, is the source of this study. The Bolu Rampah, which saw a sharp drop in both visitors and revenue in 2025, has been directly harmed by this situation. The Bolu Rampah, a traditional Makassar sponge cake known for its soft texture, cinnamon aroma, and unique sweetness of palm sugar, is the signature product of the Bolu Rampah, a native Makassar brand with rich cultural roots. The Bolu Rampah has responded to this issue by implementing innovations that are intended to improve customer pleasure and experience, ultimately cultivating loyalty among its dedicated clientele. In order to create a distinct point of differentiation, the company has included local cultural features into its customer service, such as using area greetings and having customer service employees wear traditional clothing (particularly, bodo clothes). This study aims to determine the influence of customer experience and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty , mediated by cultural experience , among customers of The Sponge Herbs Makassar. The population for this studycomprises all membership customers of The Sponge Herbs in the Makassar region, who have made purchases either directly atoutlets (offline stores) or through on line platforms (on line stores) at least twice in the last six months. A sample of 312 respondentswas collected using a purposive sampling techniques. The data was analyzed using SEM-PLS using the Smart-PLS 2026 program. The outcomes of the study show that cultural experience , customer satisfaction , and customer experience all significantly impact consumer loyalty . Similarly, the cultural experience variable effectively mediates the connection between customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, and customer experience among The Sponge Herbs Makassar customers.

Abstract

Grab, as one of the largest on-demand service providers in Southeast Asia, faces challenges in maintaining user loyalty amid intense competition with Gojek and similar platforms. Efforts to retain customers require both service innovation and effective promotional strategies, which play a role in shaping purchase decisions. This study aims to examine the relationship between service innovation and promotional strategies on Grab user retention, with purchase decisions serving as a mediating variable, using the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) conceptual model. A quantitative approach was applied through a survey of 384 respondents who were active in the past six months, determined using Cochran’s formula with proportional random sampling. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study’s findings indicate that service innovation and promotional strategies have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, which in turn mediate their influence on user retention. These results contribute to the development of digital marketing literature while providing practical recommendations for Grab in designing more effective and sustainable service and promotional strategies.
