Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan, (1) Untuk mengetahui bentuk perlindungan perlindungan hukum bagi pengguna jasa transportasi online dipandang dari Undang – Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen di Kota Makassar. (2) Untuk mengetahui upaya pemerintah dalam mewujudkan perlindungan bagi pengguna jasa transportasi online (GrabBike) di Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yaitu mahasiswa fakultas ilmu sosial jurusan PPKn berjumlah 2 orang, Sejarah berjumlah 2 orang, Administrasi Perkantoran berjumlah 2 orang, Administrasi Negara berjumlah 2 orang, Pendidikan Sosiologi berjumlah 2 orang.  pengendara (driver) berjumlah 2 orang, staf dinas perhubungan berjumlah 2 orang, staf PT. Grab Indonesia Cab. Makassar berjumlah 1 orang dan dan 3 orang staf di fakultas ilmu sosial UNM. Sedangkan data sekunder yaitu perundang-undangan dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi: Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif ini yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yaitu:  (1) bentuk perlindungan hukum pihak grab khususnya pengendara GrabBike dalam memberikan rasa keamanan, kenyamanan dan keselamatan bagi pengguna jasa Dalam rangka memberikan perlindungan hukum bagi pengguna jasa transportasi online pihak grab sendiri memberikan jaminan asuransi kepada para penggunanya selama dalam perjalanan menggunakan grab. (2) Upaya Dinas Perhubungan Kota Makassar mewujudkan perlindungan hukum bagi pengguna jasa transportasi online bekerja sama dengan pihak kepolisan untuk menindak lanjuti para pelaku usaha seperti driver atau pengendara grabbike yang melakukan pelanggaran – pelanggaran lalu lintas atau bahkan melakukan hal – hal yang menyangkut keselamatan pengguna  jasa trasportasi online maka akan diberikan sanksi bahkan hukuman penjara sesuai dengan perbuatannya. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Hukum, Pengguna Jasa Transportasi Online ABSTRACT: This study aims, (1) To find out the form of legal protection for users of online transportation services seen from the Law 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection in Makassar City. (2) To find out the government's efforts to achieve protection for users of online transportation services (GrabBike) in Makassar City. This type of research is descriptive and uses a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data are 2 students of social science faculty majoring in PPKn, 2 people in History, 2 people in Office Administration, 2 people in State Administration, 2 people in Sociology Education. drivers (drivers) amounted to 2 people, transportation service staff numbered 2 people, staff PT. Grab Indonesia Cab. Makassar consists of 1 person and 3 staff in the UNM social science faculty. While secondary data are legislation and documents. Data collection techniques include: Observation, Interview and Documentation. Data analysis used in this qualitative research is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the research, namely: (1) the form of legal protection for grabs, especially GrabBike riders in providing a sense of security, comfort and safety for service users. In order to provide legal protection for users of the online transportation service, the grab itself provides insurance to its users while on the road using grab. (2) Efforts of the Transportation Office of Makassar City to realize legal protection for users of online transportation services in collaboration with the police to follow up on business actors such as grabbike drivers or drivers who commit traffic violations or even do matters relating to the safety of service users Online transportation will be given sanctions and even prison sentences according to their actions. Keywords: Legal Protection, Users of Online Transportation Services

Abstract

Abstract; This study aims to determine: Community Participation Level Mariorilau Village, Kec. Marioriwawo in the District Regent Election. Soppeng, Factors influencing public participation in the Election of Regent of Soppeng Regency, and Efforts made by the General Election Commission in increasing public participation in the Election of Regent of Soppeng. To achieve these objectives the researchers used qualitative methods with descriptive research types. The population in this study was 4.037 people and a sample of 100 people, the sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires (questionnaires), interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used in this study to analyze the data from the interviews and documentation used descriptive analysis, while the data from the questionnaire results will be processed by the percentage analysis technique in the form of frequency. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that: First, the level of community participation in the election of the Regent of Soppeng Regency by voting was 89% (high community participation rate). Second, the factors that support the community in participating are the political awareness of the community and the level of education of the community itself, while the inhibiting factors are the busyness of daily activities and the indifferent attitude of the community. Third, as well as the efforts made by the Soppeng Regency General Election Commission to increase public participation in the election of the Soppeng Regent in the form of socialization, and programs namely, socialization with religious segments, outreach from house to house, socialization of market raids and discussions of political education.Keywords: Awareness, politics, participation

Abstract

MERI HANDAYANI, 2022. Implementasi Perda Kabupaten Jeneponto Nomor 8 Tahun 2006 Tentang Larangan Peredaran Minuman Beralkohol dan Pengwasannya. Skripsi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Prodi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Universitas Negeri Makassar. Dibimbing oleh Dr. Muh. Sudirman, S.Ag., M.Pd. selaku pembimbing I dan Dr. Nurharsya Khaer Hanafie, selaku pembimbing II.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pelaksanaan penegakan Perda Kabupaten Jeneponto Nomor 8 Tahun 2006 tentang Larangan Peredaran Minuman Beralkohol dan Pengawasannya. (2) Kendala yang hadapi dalam pelaksanaan penegakan Perda Kabupaten Jeneponto Nomor 8 Tahun 2006 tentang Larangan Peredaran Minuman Beralkohol dan Pengawasannya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian penelitian hukum empiris yakni yuridis sosiologis dengan sumber data yang diperoleh dari Satpol PP, Kepolisian dan Masyarakat. Adapun prosedur pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Serta teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Dari hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Pelaksanaan penegakan Perda Kabupaten Jeneponto Nomor 8 Tahun 2006 dilakukan dengan berbagai upaya yakni melakukan kegiatan pengawasan peredaran minuman beralkohol secara intern dan ekstern, memberikan pembinaan atau sosialisasi ke tempat-tempat penjualan minuman beralkohol, melakukan razia atau tindakan penyitaan, dan memberikan sanksi bagi pelaku pelanggar perda baik berupa sanksi pidana kurungan, denda maupun sanksi administratif yaitu pencabutan izin usaha penjualan minuman beralkohol. (2) Adapun kendala yang meghambat pelaksanaan penegakan perda Kabupaten Jeneponto Nomor 8 Tahun 2006 terdiri dari keterbatasan aparat penegak hukum dalam melakukan pengawasan, kurangya sosialisasi perda ke masyarakat, tidak adanya anggaran operasional untuk mendukung kegiatan penegakan perda, kurangya kesadaran masyarakat dan adanya kebiasaan mengonsumsi minuman beralkohol.

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims (1) to determine the forms of violence against students in the school environment. (2) To find out the sanctions given to teachers for violence against students in the school environment. (3) To find out the efforts made by teachers in overcoming student violence in the school environment. To achieve this goal, the researchers used a qualitative approach, the type of descriptive research, the primary data sources were informants consisting of the principal, six teachers, and six students. Secondary data are documents. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that (1) The forms of violence against students in the SMP Negeri 35 Makassar school environment were physical violence including: a) hitting, b) pinching, c) pressing on the ear, and d) throwing using shoes. The form of psychological violence is giving harsh words. (2) the sanctions given by the teacher for violence against students are: a) a verbal warning, and b) a written warning. (3) efforts made by teachers to overcome violence against students are: a) preventive actions (holding dialogues for teachers, parents, and students. And discipline in class), and b) repressive actions.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and finding 1). Implementation of waste bank policies in Rappocini District, 2). Knowing and discovering the contribution of waste banks to the environment, social and economy of the community in Rappocini District. The type of research used is phenomenological research. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data collection process carried out by researchers included: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show 1). The implementation of a waste bank based on research in the Rappocini District has been running well, this can be seen from the existence of a waste bank in the Rappocini District. However, in terms of resources, they are still considered inadequate due to the existence of waste disposal banks which have stopped operating because there has been no reorganization and the management has left. This is due to a lack of public awareness and interest in participating in waste collection. 2). The waste bank has contributed a lot to the environment, social and economy of the people in Rappocini District. In terms of the environment, for example, there has been a decrease in the transportation of waste that will be disposed of at the Final Disposal Site (TPA) because people whose social activities are starting to change are the ones who initially throw it away, since the existence of a waste bank, people prefer to store it and then exchange it for money in the form of savings or recycling. The waste becomes goods with sale or economic value so that it has an impact on the community's economy in meeting their daily needs.

Abstract

The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this research are all class X students at SMAN 14 Sinjai with a total of 74 students. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses basic assumption tests, namely the normality test and linearity test, also using simple linear regression analysis tests, the t test and the coefficient of determination. The implementation of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students is carried out systematically and fulfills the dimensions of the profile of Pancasila students, namely faith and devotion to God Almighty, noble character, global diversity, mutual cooperation, independence, critical reasoning and creativity. The research results stated that the implementation of the program was at a percentage of 36.5% which was included in the good category. Analysis of the average respondent questionnaire for variable P5 is in the agree category. The discipline character of class X students at SMAN 14 Sinjai is in the good category with a percentage of 41.9%. This can be proven through interviews with teachers. Apart from that, this was also confirmed by the results of the questionnaire of respondents who chose to agree. Several things that are indicators of assessment in this variable are student personality, behavior and attitudes. There is a significant influence of 24.6% regarding the influence of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students on the discipline character of class X students in Civics subjects at SMAN 14 Sinjai. 75.4% was influenced by other factors not studied. It can be proven by the results of a linear regression test with the formula Y=14.229+0.570X. The Rsquare obtained was 0.246 at a significance level of 5%. Using the t test, a significance figure of 0.001 <0.05 was obtained. So on this basis, H0 is rejected. H1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students on the discipline character of class X students in Civics subjects at SMAN 14 Sinjai.
