Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between mental toughness and athlete achievement. The research method used in this study is correlation research with a descriptive research design. This research was conducted in the city of Makassar with the population in this study being PORPROV 2022 athletes in Sinjai Regency. For the sampling technique, we used convenience sampling by giving freedom to the sample over availability to be the research sample in this study. Through this sampling, the number of samples in this study amounted to 38 athletes. The instrument used in this study was mental toughness (AfMTI) to measure the mental toughness of athletes, and an achievement instrument to take the number of medals with the top three rankings obtained by athletes. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between mental toughness and professional athlete achievement.

Abstract

The appropriate genetic potential of an athlete or prospective athlete determines the development of their future performance and achievement and reduces the risk of pathological conditions such as overtraining. This study aimed to determine the genotype variation thought to play a role in differences in exercise results and explosive power performance, namely the ACE gene. The research method used a cross-sectional design to describe the relationship between a factor and its effects on how genetic mutation variations play a role in an athlete's physical performance by involving 54 male and female badminton athletes with an average age of 18 years. The study was conducted by analysing the development of badminton skills with the same exercise routine, then being given an explosive power test in the form of a vertical jump through the Lewis nomogram assessment. The initial test was in the first month, and the second test was after six months. The results showed significant differences between the groups with variation II, ID and DD genotypes of the ACE gene. The DD genotype group showed better training adaptation in the explosive power test than genotype II and ID with a significant value (P<0.05). This study concludes that athletes with genotype DD variations adapt better to explosive power training than athletes with genotype II and ID. Athletes with genetic mutations II and ID in the ACE gene are more suitable for badminton sports requiring complex movement abilities and skills, which require good anaerobic and aerobic abilities.

Abstract

Problem Based Learning adalah seperangkat model pengajaran yang menggunakan masalah sebagai focus untuk mengembangkan keterampulan pemecahan masalah, materi dan pengaturan diri. Problem based learning memiliki 3 karakteristik dimana pelajaran terfokus untuk memecahan masalah, tanggung jawab untuk memecahkan masalah bertumpu pada siswa, dan guru mendukung proses saat siswa mengerjakan masalah. perbandingan hasil belajar antara siklus I yang belum mencapai indikator keberhasilan mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar pada siklus II dimana pada siklus II ini indikato keberhasilan telah tercapai. kategori rendah masih ada pada siklus I dengan persentase 27,27% dan selanjutnya mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II yang terlihat dengan persentase 0% atau tidak ada siswa dalam kategori rendah. Di kategori tinggi pada siklus I dengan persentase 30,30% meningkat pada siklus II dengan persentase 9% dimana siswa pada kategori sedang berkurang. dan siswa mengalami peningkatan di kategori tinggi dari 42,42% pada siklus I meningkat dengan persentase 91%. namun Tidak ada siswa yang berada pada kategori sangat tinggi baik di siklus I maupun siklus II. Sehingga model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Jasmani pada siswa kelas VIII-6 SMP Negeri 24 Makassar Kata kunci: Model. Abstract

This research is a kind of quantitative research through an experimental approach of one group pretest-posttest design which aims to find out; The effect of learning through audio visual media (video) on the learning outcomes of rhythmic activity in students of Al Abrar MI Makassar. The population is all students of Al Abrar Makassar MI. The sample used is class III students as many as 30 people. The sampling technique is the Proportion Sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used a test. The instrument used in this study is a test of the performance of the movement of rhythmic activity. The data analysis technique used t test analysis and previously tested normality and homogeneity through the SPSS 21 program at a significant level of α = 0.05. Based on the analysis of the results of the study and discussion, it can be concluded that: there is a significant effect of learning through audio visual media (video) on the learning outcomes of rhythmic activities of students of Al Abrar Makassar MI with a tcount of -15.397 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.005. The mean value of learning outcomes of the initial rhythmic activity or pre-test was 64.13 while the post-test rose to 79.77

Abstract

Abstrak. Beberapa tahun terakhir, jumlah publikasi internasional yang ditulis oleh ilmuwan Asia mengalami peningkatan. Kesadaran akan pentingnya publikasi Internasional semakin meningkat dan menyentuh seluruh kalangan akademisi di berbagai bidang keilmuwan. Tidak terkecuali di Indonesia, para peniliti local juga mulai aktif mengirim hasil penelitian di jurnal internasional, meskipun banyak mengalami kendala. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelaborasi pengalam emosi dosen olahraga pada saat mempublikasi karya tulis mereka di jurnal internasional bereputasi. Desain penelitian menggunakan studi kasus yang mengkaji fenomena-fenomena atau realita sosial yang membutuhkan interpretasi mendalam. Penelitian berlangsung selama tiga bulan (dari April hingga Juni 2021), wawancara semi-terstruktur dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data empiris. Kami menggunakan pedoman wawancara yang terkait dengan masalah seperti langkah-langkah apa yang dilakukan untuk publikasi internasional, harapan dalam publikasi internasional, peluang untuk publikasi artikel di jurnal internasional, tantangan yang dihadapi, dan urgensi dari publikasi internasional.Kata Kunci: Emosional, Olahrga, Dosen, Peluang untuk Publikasi Internasional

Abstract

The population is all students of Pomalaa 1 Middle School. The sample used was grade III students as many as 30 people. The sampling technique is Proportionv Sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used the test. The instrument used in this study was a performance test of the floor gymnastic headstand motion. Data analysis techniques used the t test analysis and had previously been tested for normality and homogeneity through the SPSS 21 program at a significant level α = 0.05. Based on the analysis of the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that: there is a significant influence of the part and whole method on the learning outcomes of the floor gymnastic headstand students of Pomalaa 1 Middle School with a tcount of -15,397 with a significance value of 0,000 <0.005. The mean value of the headstand learning outcomes of the initial floor exercise or pre-test was 64.13 while the post-test rose to 79.77.

Abstract

This study analyzes the differences between the concentration levels of the rote low-impact aerobics dance group and the video low-impact aerobics dance group. The subjects in this study were 36 adolescents aged 18-20 years who voluntarily participated. Subjects were divided ordinal pairing into two groups, namely 18 people in the rote low-impact aerobics dance group and 18 people in the video low-impact aerobics dance group. The duration of the exercise is 30 minutes sessions with an intensity of 50-70% HRmax, and the frequency of exercise is 3 times/week for 6 weeks. Concentration levels were evaluated pretest and posttest the intervention using the Grid Concentration Test. The data analysis used the Independent Sample Test with a significant level (p ≤ 0.05). The results showed that there was an increase in the average concentration between the pretest and posttest in the rote low-impact aerobics dance group (scores 6.89 ± 2.45 and 9.56 ± 2.64, p = 0.000), and the video low-impact aerobics dance group (scores 7.39 ± 2.38 and 9.11 ± 2.45, p = 0.000). Based on the pretest and posttest data it was concluded that there was an increase in the level of concentration in both groups, but there was no difference between the rote low-impact aerobics dance and video low-impact aerobics dance on concentration.

Abstract

The study aims to reveal the effect of inquiry learning model with modeling application to improve students' self-efficacy. Single-mastery and multiple-coping are used in the modeling. The study used nonequivalent pre-test and post-test control group design. The first experimental group received the inquiry learning model treatment with single-mastery modeling. The second group received received the inquiry learning model treatment with multiple-coping modeling. The direct learning model applied to the control group. Eighty seven students from three classes were taken as research sample using cluster random sampling technique. The treatment lasted for six meetings which were divided into one meeting every week. The instrument used is the physical education self-efficacy scale which was developed in this study based on Bandura's self-efficacy theory. Paired sample t-test and ANCOVA were used to analyze the data. In the two experimental groups, there was significant increase in students' self-efficacy through the application of the inquiry learning model with single-mastery modeling and the inquiry learning model with multiple-coping modeling. Inquiry learning model with multiple-coping modeling is more effective in increasing students' self-efficacy than inquiry learning model with single-mastery modeling and direct learning model.

Abstract

Physical condition is one of the causes of badminton players at PB. Makassar Raya perform less well. Through briefings on the physical condition of badminton sports and how to improve it, coaches are given ways to help players maintain the physical condition of athletes which is very important for playing badminton. The goal is to be achieved so that the coach can understand the components of physical condition and how to improve it as part of an effort to achieve achievement. The output to be achieved from this service activity is that the coach has an understanding of the components of physical condition and how to improve it, as well as the publication of articles in scientific journals. The approach used to get there is 1) field observation and integration of partner participation, 2) Coach of PB. Makassar Raya will get a briefing on physical requirements, and 3) Evaluation of success in training activities.

Abstract

Based on the results of the analysis, the results of data processing can be seen that there is an correlation of body fat to the distance of the jump in long jump athletes at the FIK UNM from the regression test data for fat thickness N (sample) of 12 people, mean 5634, T table value 22,861 and sig. ) 0.00 (p <0.05). means that the fat thickness data is normally distributed. Then from the long jump regression test data N (sample) 12 people, Mean 1.7873, T table value 33.367 and sig. (2 tailed) 0.00 (p <0.05). means the long jump data is normally distributed. And it can be seen that there is a correlatiom of body fat with long jump ability in terms of fat thickness in long jump athletes FIK UNM with a difference or difference of 1.2239.
