Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of target game training on the accuracy of students' bolavoli smash at SMKN 2 Makassar. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people. The research instruments used in this study are: 1. Bolavoli field, 2. Ball 3. Net 4. Scoring sheet to record test results. The research method used is a pseudo-experiment research method, namely research that compares the treatment group with the control group. Technically measuring the results of these instruments carried out on all samples through pretest and posttest, then normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample T-Test using SPSS application. Based on the results of data analysis, the researchers concluded that: 1. There is a significant effect of the treatment group given target game training on the accuracy of bolavoli smash by students at SMKN 2 Makassar. 2. There is no significant effect of the control group that is not given target game training on the accuracy of volleyball smash by students at SMKN 2 Makassar.

Abstract

The research aims to improve floor rolling exercise skills through differentiated learning for class VII students. 1 MTs Arifah Gowa. This research is classroom action research (PTK). This research was carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were class VII students. I MTs Arifah Gowa, totaling 28 students. Data collection techniques are tests and observations. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive techniques using percentage techniques. The results of the data analysis can be presented as follows: the learning results of the front roll floor exercise for class VII students. I MTs Arifah Gowa in Cycle I of 28 students reached 43% or as many as 12 students had entered the criteria for completion and 57% or as many as 16 students had criteria for not completing. In Cycle II it increased to 82% or as many as 22 students entered the criteria for completing, while as many as 18% or as many as 6 students did not complete the criteria. From the results of the data analysis above, it can be concluded that through differentiated learning it can improve learning outcomes for front roll floor exercise in class VII students. Abstract

This study is an experimental approach that utilizes educational video-based play methods to enhance the social-emotional skills of children with special needs through physical education learning. This study employs a single-group pretest-posttest research design. The number of samples in this study was 23 children with special needs. The data collection technique employed a social emotional questionnaire, which consisted of 15 statements provided to parents of students and had a Cronbach's Alpha instrument reliability of 0.952. We used a paired sample t-test for the data analysis technique. The results of the data analysis showed that the Sig. data value was 0.001 < 0.05. Therefore, we can conclude that the pre-test and post-test data on the social-emotional aspects of children with special needs differ. Furthermore, the mean value of the pre-test social-emotional data was 45.04, while the mean value of the post-test social-emotional data was 52.13, resulting in a mean difference of 7.087. Based on these results, we can conclude that the video-based play learning method in physical education influences the social-emotional aspects of children with special needs. Meanwhile, the results of the N-Gain test show that the effectiveness of the video-based play method in physical education learning to improve the social emotions of children with special needs is in the moderate category.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi guru pendidikan jasmani dan 21 siswa kelas 4 di SD Islam Athirah Makassar dalam evaluasi keterampilan gerak dasar menggunakan Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2). Program yang dilaksanakan selama satu hari ini terdiri dari empat kegiatan utama: sosialisasi dan diskusi dengan guru tentang metode evaluasi, pelaksanaan permainan berbasis keterampilan, pelaksanaan evaluasi, dan wawancara dengan lima siswa yang dipilih secara acak untuk mengumpulkan persepsi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru tentang penilaian keterampilan motorik secara objektif dan respons positif siswa terhadap permainan yang menyenangkan yang meningkatkan kemampuan motorik mereka. Evaluasi mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan aspek yang perlu dikembangkan pada keterampilan locomotor dan manipulatif siswa. Umpan balik guru dan siswa mendukung efektivitas TGMD-2 sebagai alat evaluasi yang praktis. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan jasmani dengan mendorong pengembangan keterampilan motorik yang sistematis, menyenangkan, dan terukur bagi siswa sekolah dasar di Makassar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of normal push-up and modified push-up training on bowling performance in cricket athletes at FIKK UNM. The research sample consisted of athletes divided into two groups: one group underwent normal push-up training, while the other performed modified push-up training. The results showed that normal push-up training improved bowling performance from a pre-test average of 25.2000 to a post-test average of 42.2000, with a difference of 17.0000 and a P-value of 0.007 (P<0.05), indicating a significant effect. Meanwhile, modified push-up training improved performance from a pre-test average of 20.0000 to a post-test average of 41.9000, with a difference of 20.9000 and a P-value of 0.003 (P<0.05), also demonstrating a significant effect. A comparison between the two training methods revealed that modified push-up training had a greater impact on improving bowling performance than normal push-up training. Therefore, modified push-up training is recommended as a more effective method for enhancing bowling performance in cricket athletes at FIKK UNM.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the analysis of the ability to pass with the inside of the foot in futsal games at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkep. This type of research is descriptive. The method used in this study is a survey method with data collection techniques using tests and observation sheets. The population in this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Pangkep. The sampling technique uses total sampling, so the number of samples in this study is 30 students. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive as outlined in the form of a percentage. The results showed that the analysis of the ability to pass with the inside of the foot in futsal games at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkep was in the "very low" category of 3% (1 student), the "low" category was 20% (6 students), the "moderate" category by 27% (8 students), the "high" category was 50% (15 students), and the "very high" category was 0% (0 students). Based on the average value of 83.43, the analysis of the ability to pass with the inside of the foot in futsal games at SMA Negeri 1 Pangkep is in the "medium" category

Abstract

Literatur review ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi penggunaan model pembelajaran tenis lapangan berbasis Android dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan tinjauan terhadap 20 jurnal yang relevan, ditemukan bahwa aplikasi berbasis Android dapat menawarkan berbagai manfaat dalam pembelajaran tenis lapangan, seperti kemudahan akses materi pembelajaran, pelatihan teknik yang lebih efisien, serta memberikan umpan balik real-time melalui analisis video gerakan. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan siswa untuk berlatih secara mandiri, meningkatkan keterampilan teknis mereka, dan memperoleh informasi yang lebih jelas tentang kesalahan teknik yang perlu diperbaiki. Selain itu, model pembelajaran berbasis Android juga memberikan fleksibilitas bagi siswa dalam mengatur jadwal latihan serta memudahkan pengelolaan skor dan pertandingan. Namun, tantangan terkait aksesibilitas teknologi bagi semua siswa dan pemahaman penggunaan aplikasi harus dipertimbangkan untuk memastikan efektivitas model ini. Secara keseluruhan, model pembelajaran tenis lapangan berbasis Android dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih terstruktur, dan membantu meningkatkan kualitas keterampilan tenis siswa, dengan pengintegrasian yang tepat antara teknologi dan pendekatan tradisional dalam latihan

Abstract

Literatur review ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi berbagai model pembelajaran dalam Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan, dan Olahraga (PJOK) yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan tinjauan terhadap 20 jurnal yang relevan, ditemukan bahwa model-model pembelajaran yang mengedepankan keterlibatan aktif siswa, penggunaan teknologi, pendekatan kooperatif, serta simulasi dan olahraga tradisional terbukti memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan fisik, pengetahuan mengenai kesehatan, serta motivasi belajar siswa. Model-model seperti pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, Jigsaw, serta pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem-Based Learning) telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam bidang PJOK. Selain itu, penggunaan teknologi, seperti aplikasi kebugaran dan video analisis gerakan, memungkinkan siswa untuk mendapatkan umpan balik yang cepat dan meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dalam pembelajaran. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan model pembelajaran yang beragam dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individu siswa memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam PJOK. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengembangan program pembelajaran PJOK yang lebih efektif dan menyeluruh.

Abstract

Salah satu aspek yang menunjukan kemampuan pedagogis guru PJOK adalah penerapan model pembelajaran yang khas dalam PJOK. Dalam hal ini, ialah model pendidikan gerak yang dikenal sebagai model pembelajaran yang dominan kepada aspek psikomotorik yang mana proses pendidikan melalui gerak. Fenomena yang kami temukan bahwa Sebagian guru-guru PJOK masih belum memahami dengan baik esensi dari model pendidikan gerak tersebut. Padahal belajar gerak merupakan hal yang mendasar dan penting terhadap keterampilan gerak yang lebih kompleks. Peserta didik diharapkan memiliki keterampilan gerak yang mapan, sehingga di jenjang selanjutnya, dalam hal ini penguasaan cabang olahraga tertentu yang tentunya pola gerak yang lebih kompleks, mereka bisa melakukan dengan baik dan benar. Oleh sebab itu, kami menggunakan metode mensosialisasikan terlebih dulu terkait pentingnya penerapan model pendidikan gerak pada mata Pelajaran PJOK. Kemudian, melakukan pelatihan terhadap mitra pengabdian agar mampu menerapkan model pendidikan gerak di kelasnya masing-masing. Melalui pengabdian ini kami hasil pelatihan menunjukan bahwa guru-guru PJOK sangat terbantu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogisnya melalui pelatihan ini, sebab selama ini belum ada pelatihan khusus model pendidikan kebugaran kepada guru-guru PJOK di kabupaten Polewali Mandar.
