Abstract

Abstract

The rapid growth of urban areas requires the provision of adequate transportation infrastructure so that the mobility of people and goods can run optimally. Complex urban transportation problems require appropriate solutions to support economic development, activities, and transportation movements. Successful transportation development is essential to increase ease of movement, which impacts on the efficiency of time and place. Mass public transport has great economic, social and environmental benefits, but this need has not been met equally. Public transport, as an important part of the national transportation sector, is key in realizing better mobility. One proposed solution is a road-based mass transit purchasing scheme, which can meet transportation needs in a more affordable and sustainable way. The existence of mass transit is particularly relevant in cities characterized by tourism, such as Yogyakarta, to support the tourism sector and the city's economy. Therefore, the development of a physically integrated transportation system, fares, and schedules is necessary to achieve this goal. This research uses quantitative and qualitative mixed methods. The results show that a Buy The Services scheme in road-based mass transit can improve service quality and attract more passengers, provided that the facilities desired by users are in line with their ability to pay. The operational performance of public transportation in Yogyakarta, such as Trans Jogja, has met the Minimum Service Standards (MSS), with good quality indicators. Setting tariffs in accordance with users' ability and desire is important to maintain accessibility and sustainability of services, as well as ensuring optimal operational quality.

Abstract

Bridges are a very important infrastructure in a country. Bridges function as links between roads cut off by one obstacle, such as valleys, rivers, lakes, and irrigation canals. In this paper, the author will model the planning of the bridge understructure using Revit Software as a form of BIM technology. The modelling that will be carried out includes bridge abutments and piles as foundations. The material used in modelling the lower structure of the bridge in this article is concrete. As a result, the completed modelling can be viewed with details such as 3D view, top view, side view, front view, and also dimensions. So, it can be concluded that the use of BIM technology is very helpful and makes it easier for engineers to implement a construction project.

Abstract

The research aims to measure the level of satisfaction among Transjakarta bus riders. The inadequate quality of Transjakarta bus services, particularly in terms of safety, comfort, convenience, easiness, and efficiency, has been the key reason why people choose private automobiles. Decreased dedication among Transjakarta bus crew contributes to bad customer experiences, while uncertainty in schedule adherence and journey duration, combined with Jakarta traffic congestion concerns, exacerbate the effectiveness of public transportation services. By solving these difficulties, it is believed that the Transjakarta bus service in Corridor I will improve passenger happiness, promote more efficient mobility, and reduce reliance on private vehicles, thereby helping to alleviate general traffic congestion. In this thesis, the author takes a qualitative approach and uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as an analytical tool. The goal of this study is to look at the outcomes of the four factors used to evaluate passenger satisfaction: commitment, service quality, and bus feasibility. As of now, no assessment results indicate that one criterion is superior to another. The consistency level of the four criteria, as well as their sub-criteria, was then assessed based on respondents' ratings. Finally, analyzing passenger satisfaction on Transjakarta buses using the established criteria and sub-criteria. The findings of the four criteria demonstrate a trend for 29% commitment, 28% service quality, and 19% bus feasibility, with stable consistency. The research findings and calculations show an Excellent rating based on the assessment criteria in the four major aspects of commitment, service quality, and bus feasibility.

Abstract

This study discusses the performance issues of the Electronic Parking Terminal (EPT) under the Parking Management Unit of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Transportation Agency due to its dependence on the French Cale Web Office (CWO) system. Since May 2021, the CWO system has experienced disruptions, leaving the TPE unable to operate online. This has had a significant impact on agency performance, delayed employee salary payments, and decreased parking management revenue. The average contribution of parking taxes to Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) during 2018–2021 was only 0.99%, and TPE revenue fluctuated during 2016–2023. With the increasing number of vehicles in Jakarta, the development of the TPE system is expected to improve parking services, revenue efficiency, and support transparency and accountability in parking tax management. This study uses a mixed-methods approach, with quantitative analysis using SEM-PLS. The results show that service quality is the most dominant factor in increasing the system's net benefit, followed by information quality and system quality. Users and user satisfaction play a crucial mediating role in the indirect effect on Net Benefit. Dependence on a problematic CWO system negatively impacts TPE efficiency and revenue. Developing a local version of the TPE system is a more efficient and independent strategic step. In addition, the high operating cost-to-revenue ratio indicates the need for improved management efficiency.
