Abstract

The implementation of Primary Health Care Integration (PHCI) is a strategic effort to improve the quality of health services; therefore, its implementation needs to be evaluated. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of PHCI Cluster 1 (health center management) at the Hajimena Public Health Center. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving six informants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. The study was conducted from July 25 to August 14, 2025, and data analysis included data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by source and method triangulation. The results showed that the input, process, and output components were generally implemented adequately; however, challenges remained in human resource distribution, the consistency of mini-workshop implementation, and the optimization of several management functions. Performance assessment indicated a moderate level of achievement. In conclusion, the implementation of PHCI has been carried out but requires strengthening in human resource management, routine monitoring activities, and managerial functions to enhance sustainable service quality.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Indonesian War of Independence is commonly examined through major events in urban political and military centers, resulting in the marginalization of peripheral regions within national historiography. This article aims to analyze the role of Cileungsi, a peripheral area in West Java, during the Indonesian War of Independence between 1945 and 1950, with particular attention to its geographical position, forms of local resistance, and social consequences of the conflict. This study employs the historical method, consisting of heuristic research, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography, combined with a historical-sociological approach. The sources include colonial and post-independence archives, military and administrative reports, contemporary newspapers, and local oral traditions. The findings demonstrate that Cileungsi played a strategic role as a connective corridor between Batavia, Buitenzorg, and eastern West Java, functioning as a base for guerrilla warfare, logistical support, and popular resistance. Local actors such as community leaders, religious figures, and youth militias actively participated in resistance efforts, often operating outside formal military structures. Furthermore, the revolutionary period profoundly transformed the social, economic, and cultural life of the local population. This study concludes that Cileungsi was not a passive peripheral space but an integral component of the Indonesian revolutionary struggle, highlighting the importance of local history in constructing a more inclusive and balanced national historiography.

Abstract

Purpose — This study is to explore how social media influences individual creativity, particularly through the role of knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. The study aims to understand the dual nature of social media's impact on creativity—both positive, by enhancing engagement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, and negative, by causing distractions and reduced focus. It seeks to leverage social media to improve creativity while mitigating its adverse effects, especially in educational settings Design/methodology/approach — The study employs a quantitative research approach, utilizing an online survey method to collect data. Questionnaires were distributed via Google Forms to selected respondents, specifically targeting student WhatsApp groups. The survey used a Likert scale for responses. The research is categorized as explanatory, aiming to identify and clarify causal relationships between variables. Statistical analysis was performed using SmartPLS (Partial Least Squares) software, including evaluation of the measurement model, structural model, and hypothesis testing Findings — The study indicate that both work-related and social-related social media usage have a significant positive impact on individual creativity and knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing serves as a partial mediator in these relationships. Specifically, work-related social media usage significantly impacts knowledge sharing, with a t-statistic value of 9.941 and a significance value of 0.000. Practical implications — This study suggest that organizations can enhance employee creativity by effectively leveraging social media usage. By understanding the positive impacts of both work-related and social-related social media usage on creativity and knowledge sharing, organizations can develop strategies to foster a more collaborative and innovative work environment. This involves encouraging the use of social media platforms for professional networking, information gathering, and collaboration, which can lead to improved employee performance and creativity Originality/value — This study lie in its exploration of the dual impact of social media usage on individual creativity, particularly through the mediating role of knowledge sharing. By focusing on both work-related and social-related social media usage, the study provides insights into how these platforms can enhance creativity in educational settings. This research contributes to the understanding of how digital environments influence creativity, offering a basis for future studies in Human Resource Management and Information Systems Management.
