Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which the effectiveness of the implementation of the electronic ticketing system is enforced by the vision factor and the variables applied and what factors influence the success and obstacles. Transformation of the digital electronic ticketing system in an effort to develop a smart city in the city of Palembang. The research analysis uses Edward III's theory, namely: standard operating procedures, resources, communication and disposition which are the attitudes of the Palembang Police Traffic Unit. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach method, data collection techniques, observation interviews, documentation, data collection was carried out on the Palembang Police TMC staff. The results of the study showed the awareness of drivers in traffic order, the lack of Palembang Police TMC personnel, drivers are still looking for loopholes in the ETLE system by covering vehicle plate numbers, making fake plate numbers, the number of vehicle ownership using the name of the old owner, and the delivery of ticket letters that have not been on target because drivers have moved domicile. The need for additional TMC staff personnel, community communication to need to be improved again to build more concrete socialization, the implementation of ETLE can be emphasized again to the community in order to create support for conducive socio-cultural conditions and improve ETLE technology that makes no loopholes for traffic violators for the realization of the smart city of Palembang, the world's destination.

Abstract

Anemia pada ibu hamil merupakan masalah kesehatan serius dengan prevalensi tinggi, mencapai 48,9% di Indonesia pada tahun 2018. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh kekurangan zat besi, asam folat, vitamin B12, dan infeksi, serta berdampak negatif seperti persalinan premature dan berat badan lahir rendah. Anemia pada ibu hamil memiliki dampak buruk yang signifikan baik bagi ibu maupun janin. Kondisi ini juga meningkatkan risiko komplikasi selama persalinan, seperti perdarahan hebat dan kebutuhan akan transfuse darah. Penyebab anemia selama masa kehamilan di negara berkembang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor meliputi defisiensi mikronutrienn dari zat besi, folat, vitamin A dan B12 infeksi kronis seperti TB dan HIV. Solusi yang diberikan dalam menyelesaikan masalah ini adalah edukasi yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan bagi ibu hamil dan keluarganya. Penyuluhan mengenai anemia pada ibu hamil dengan terapi komplemeter bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya pencegahan dan penanganan anemia, serta mendorong perubahan perilaku dalam menjaga kesehatan selama kehamilan. Konsumsi bubur kacang hijau merupakan sala satu solusi komplementer yang potensial. Kacang hijau mengandung nutrisi penting yang dapat membantu meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin dalam darah, sehingga mencegah dan mengatasi anemia. Sasaran pengabdian ini adalah ibu hamil di Dusun Tanjung Ratu pada ibu hamil Trimester I,II,III yaitu berjumlah 30 orang. Waktu pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan selama satu hari yaitu pada tanggal 10 Oktober 2024. Lokasi pengabdian masyarakat yang di pilih yaitu Dusun Tanjung Ratu Kec. Sungailiat Kab. Bangka. Hasil akhir kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu hamil sebesar 80& dalam kategori baik. Ibu hamil yang memperoleh pendidikan dan informasi tentang terapi komplementer untuk anemia pada ibu hamil.

Abstract

The labor and delivery process for primigravida mothers tends to be accompanied by increased fear and anxiety due to pain and discomfort. Mothers often worry about the safety of both themselves and their babies. If not managed properly, this condition can lead to several complications such as premature labor, prolonged labor, and fetal death. Health education is one of the efforts that healthcare professionals can implement to reduce anxiety and help mothers prepare for the labor and delivery process. This study aims to analyze the difference in anxiety levels after providing health education using a booklet between the intervention group and the control group. The research design used is a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group with purposive sampling and a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used was the Independent T-Test. The results showed that the t-value was greater than the t-table value (t = 5.315 > t-table 0.025 = 2.00), thus H0 was rejected. The significance level was 0.001, which is less than 0.05 (p < 0.05). This indicates a significant difference in anxiety levels between pregnant women who received health education using a booklet and those in the control group.Conclusion: Pregnant women who received health education using a booklet experienced a greater reduction in anxiety scores compared to those who did not receive such education. It is recommended that health education using booklets be provided routinely to pregnant women in order to help reduce maternal anxiety levels. Keywords: Health Education, Booklet, Labor Anxiety

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Google Expeditions Virtual Reality (VR) in enhancing the understanding of IPAS concepts among fifth-grade students at SD Negeri 60 Palembang. A quantitative method with a Nonequivalent Control Group Design was used, involving two classes: the experimental class (using VR) and the control class (using textbooks). The results showed that the average post-test score of the experimental class (81.29) was higher than that of the control class (68.43). An independent t-test confirmed that the difference was statistically significant, proving that Google Expeditions VR is effective in improving conceptual understanding, particularly on the topic of the human respiratory system. VR media offers an immersive and engaging learning experience, making it easier for students to grasp abstract concepts. In contrast, conventional learning without digital media tends to be less engaging and results in lower comprehension. This study supports the use of VR-based media as an effective learning tool and recommends its implementation in school learning processes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of the VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model on student learning outcomes in the Civics Education subject for fourth grade. The method used in this research is the experimental method of True Experimental design in the form of Posttest-Only Design. The population in this study uses total sampling, namely Class IV A and Class IV B. The techniques for data collection in this research include tests, observations, and documentation. The results of the study at SD Negeri 231 Palembang indicate that the use of the VCT (Value Clarification Technique) learning model significantly affects student learning outcomes. This is evident from the average score of the experimental class which reached 80, higher than the control class which only obtained an average of 67.5 without the application of the model. Based on the hypothesis testing results, a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.001 was obtained, which is smaller than the significance limit of 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05). In addition, the calculated t value of 3.657 is higher than the table t value of 2.011, with degrees of freedom (df) = N - 2 and a total N of 48. Since the calculated t > table t (3.657 > 2.011), the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

This research investigates the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in the context of English language instruction at SD Patra Mandiri 2 Palembang, with particular attention to its learner-centered orientation and the pedagogical challenges encountered by educators. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were gathered through classroom observations, an in-depth interview with an English teacher, and questionnaires administered to 22 fifth-grade students. The findings indicate that the curriculum is enacted through dynamic and participatory strategies such as educational games, collaborative group discussions, and project-based learning exemplified by activities like the "My Dream House" poster project which foster greater student engagement and promote the integration of multiple language competencies. Despite these pedagogical strengths, teachers face significant hurdles, including inadequate access to technological resources (e.g., multimedia projectors and reliable internet), difficulties in fostering student autonomy, and the labor-intensive nature of evaluating project-based work. While students generally demonstrate enthusiasm and engagement, they also struggle with vocabulary acquisition and oral communication confidence. The study underscores the pressing need for enhanced infrastructural support, sustained professional development for educators, and differentiated instructional strategies to meet the heterogeneous needs of learners.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of interactive digitallearning media assisted by the prezi website on the learning interest of grade IVelementary school students. This study used the quantitative method of TrueExperimental Design design experiment with pretest-posttest Control GroupDesign. The data collection technique used questionnaires and documentation.Based on the posttest score, the percentage obtained by the control class was69.17% and the experimental class was 85.83%. Hypothesis testing of the data ofthis study used an independent sample t-test with hypothesis testing criteria,namely if the sig &lt; 0,05 then ho is rejected and ha is accepted and if sig>0,05 thenho is accepted and ha is rejected and It was obtained with a value of t count = 2.177 >t table = 1.670 and sig. (2-tailed) = 0.034 <0.05. Based on these calculations, itshows that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The results of the study showthat there is an effect of the use of interactive digital learning media assisted bythe prezi website on the learning interest of grade IV elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media manipulatif terhadap kemampuan numerasi siswa pada mata Pelajaran matematika kelas III Sekolah Dasar. Populasi penelitian ini ialah seluruh siswa kelas III SD N 77 Palembang sebanyak 46 Siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan takhnik sampling jenuh sehingga kelas IIIA yang berjumlah 25 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IIIB yang berjumlah 21 siswa sebagai kelas control. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen menggunakan media manipulatif dengan model quasi experimental design. Tekhnik analisis data yang digunakan ialah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji hipotesis, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji independent sample t-test dengan bantuan program SPSS 26. Hasil perhitungan dan analisis data diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil posttest kelas kontrol 66.67 dan untuk nilai eskperimen diperoleh 78.00. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji independent sample t-test menunjukka nilai sig. sebesar 0,005 dengan nilai > 0,05 Sehingga 0,005 < 0,05 Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelas yang menggunakan metode manipulatif dengan pembelajaran yang konvensional

Abstract

Adolescence is a period between the ages of 12-21, marking the transition from childhood to adulthood, which in females is often characterized by dysmenorrhea. Primary dysmenorrhea can occur due to an increase in prostaglandins, causing uterine muscles to contract, leading to cramps in the lower abdomen, back, and legs. Dysmenorrhea pain can be managed through pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies, such as Mozart classical music therapy. Mozart classical music has positive effects on health and those who listen to it. With a duration of 15-20 minutes, the Mozart classical music piece Sonata in D for Two Pianos, K. 448, with a tempo of 60-80 beats per minute, can help listeners relax. Its harmonized rhythms generate alpha and beta waves in the eardrum, providing a calming and relaxing effect, potentially reducing pain and promoting relaxation. The study was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Mendo Barat with 33 respondents. This research employed a pre-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. Before the Mozart classical music therapy was administered, most respondents experienced moderate dysmenorrhea with pain levels of 4, 5, and 6. The study results showed that after two sessions of Mozart classical music therapy, each lasting 15 minutes over two days, the average pain level of the respondents decreased to levels 1 and 2. This indicates that Mozart classical music therapy can reduce primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent girl.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Course Review Horay learning model supported by video media on science learning outcomes in class IV SD Negeri 43 Palembang. This study used an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design, namely nonequivalent control group design. The population in this research was 42 grade IV students and 42 research samples were taken using the non-probability sampling technique. Data collection used tests with data analysis using the Independent Sample t Test with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that there was an influence of the course review learning model. horay to the science learning outcomes of grade IV students at public elementary school 43 palembang. In the Independent Sample t Test, the value of Sig.(2-tailed) 0.020 <0.05 was obtained. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the use of the course review horay model on science learning outcomes in class IV SD Negeri 43 Palembang.
