Abstract

The School Field Introduction Program (Pengenalan Lapangan Persekolahan or PLP) serves as a crucial practical experience for education students in preparing to become professional teachers. However, the interest in becoming a teacher is not always rooted in intrinsic motivation; it is often influenced by external factors such as family support. This study aims to examine the influence of PLP and family support on the interest in becoming a teacher among 2021 cohort students of the Social Science Education Program (PIPS) at Universitas Jambi, both partially and simultaneously. This quantitative research employed an ex post facto method. The sample consisted of 73 students selected using proportionate stratified random sampling, with data collected through an online questionnaire via Google Forms. The data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results revealed that partially, PLP had a positive and significant effect on the interest in becoming a teacher (tvalue = 3.818; sig = 0.002), and family support also had a positive and significant effect (tvalue = 7.031; sig = 0.000). Simultaneously, PLP and family support significantly influenced students' interest in becoming teachers (Fvalue = 25.275; sig = 0.000), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 61.9%. These findings are expected to provide insights for educational institutions in designing strategies to enhance the quality of PLP and foster collaboration with students' families. This study also opens further discussion on how other external factors, such as the social environment and media influence, contribute to shaping students' perceptions and interest in the teaching profession amid the challenges of educational modernization.

Abstract

Digital marketing plays a crucial role in integrating digital technologies to attract customers, especially through social media. This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy implemented by Fenomena Café, a café with a unique sports and music theme, in supporting local creativity. The research applies the RACE model by Dave Chaffey as the analytical framework and employs a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected from three key informants (owner and social media officer) and three additional informants from the Fenomena Café community.The findings reveal that Fenomena Café successfully increased brand awareness (Reach) and audience engagement (Act) through creative content on social media platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok. However, the optimization of the conversion stage (Convert) and personalization of interactions remains a challenge. This study suggests implementing additional strategies, such as storytelling content, loyalty programs, and chatbot technology, to enhance the effectiveness of their digital marketing strategy. These strategies are expected to strengthen Fenomena Café’s position as a creative hub while fostering stronger relationships with local communities.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and find out how the people of Sangiang Village, Wera District, Bima Regency understand the concept of kafaah in marriage and find out how the influence of kafaah in forming a sakinah family in this community. This research uses qualitative methods with an empirical research approach. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that: first, the practice of understanding the concept of kafaah in marriage looks at the criteria of tahora wati dou (behavior), londora ndoi ndaina (family relationships), sama douma ncoki sama dou ma ntau wara (wealth factor), and school (education). Second, the influence of kafaah in forming a sakinah family is influenced by several things, namely taho nuntu ra nggahina (good communication), cua loa ka ao (understanding or understanding each other), and wati disa na hanta rima ra edi (not committing violence against one's partner). The results of this research also show that the people of Sangiang Village, Wera District, Bima Regency who apply kafaah in marriage show that their households are harmonious, characterized by several factors explained above.

Abstract

Schistosomiasis merupakan penyakit endemik yang disebabkan oleh cacing trematoda bergenus Schistosoma dengan hospes perantara keong bergenus Oncomelania. Di Indonesia, penyakit ini hanya ditemukan di dataran tinggi Lindu, Napu, dan Bada, Kabupaten Sigi dan Poso, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dikonstruksi model transmisi penyakit Schistosomiasis yang melibatkan populasi manusia, cacing Schistosoma japonicum, dan keong Oncomelania hupensis lindoensis yang merupakan keong endemik di Indonesia. Dari model tersebut diperoleh titik ekuilibrium bebas penyakit Schistosomiasis dengan dan tanpa kehadiran populasi keong serta titik ekuilibrium endemik. Hasil kajian terhadap perilaku solusi mengindikasikan bahwa penyakit Schistosomiasis akan menghilang dari daerah endemik di masa yang akan datang, dengan tetap mempertahankan keberadaan populasi keong, jika dapat meminimalisir peluang kontak sukses terinfeksi Schistosomiasis yang termuat dalam syarat kestabilan solusi. Simulasi numerik diberikan untuk mendukung hasil tersebut.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of marketing information on eco-friendly product purchase decisions, focusing on young consumers, particularly vocational school students. With growing awareness of sustainability, consumers are increasingly considering environmental impact in their purchasing decisions. However, the effectiveness of marketing information in influencing eco-friendly product purchases remains uncertain. While some studies suggest green marketing shapes consumer behavior, others highlight product quality and trust in sustainability claims as more dominant factors. The study aims to analyze factors affecting consumer acceptance of sustainability claims, emphasizing how marketing strategies highlighting environmental aspects, social media, and peer influence shape decision-making. Expected outcomes include: (1) publication in a national accredited journal, (2) development of a green marketing education module for vocational students, (3) formulation of evidence-based green marketing strategies, and (4) intellectual property rights submission for the developed model. This research is positioned at Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 3–4, focusing on exploration and conceptual model development to be tested qualitatively. The results aim to provide a foundation for designing effective, evidence-based green marketing strategies that can be applied by both industries and educational institutions to encourage more responsible consumption.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usahatani kapulaga basah dan kering berdasarkan aspek biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, dan rasio R/C (Revenue/Cost) di Kecamatan Cidolog, Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling terhadap 30 orang petani, terdiri dari 15 petani kapulaga basah dan 15 petani kapulaga kering. Data yang digunakan meliputi data primer melalui wawancara menggunakan kuesioner dan data sekunder dari instansi terkait . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata total biaya produksi kapulaga basah sebesar Rp 2.371.336 dengan penerimaan Rp 11.580.000 dan pendapatan sebesar Rp 9.208.664. Sementara itu, total biaya kapulaga kering sebesar Rp 2.506.490 dengan penerimaan Rp 8.240.000 dan pendapatan sebesar Rp 5.733.510. Nilai R/C Ratio untuk kapulaga basah adalah 4,89 dan untuk kapulaga kering adalah 3,29. Kedua jenis usahatani menunjukkan nilai R/C > 1 yang berarti layak dan menguntungkan untuk diusahakan. Namun, usahatani kapulaga basah lebih efisien secara ekonomi dibandingkan kapulaga kering. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk petani dan serta pihak terkait dalam mengembangkan usaha kapulaga secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations through pre-cycle activities by giving formative tests to class V at SDN 2 Talang Teluk Betung Selatan Bandar Lampung after previously providing material through the lecture method, it was found that the level of student learning completeness was 46.9%, which means there were only 15 students out of 32. students who have completed learning and 17 students who have not. After the teacher carried out the reflection, it was found that the teacher had not used innovative and creative approaches, methods, or learning models. This causes students to be less enthusiastic about social studies learning, especially in the Struggle against Invaders material because they are only passive learning objects and only do the tasks given by the teacher. To improve this, the Team Games Tournamet (TGT) type of cooperative learning model was chosen. This research is classroom action research which consists of 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 3 meetings. The research subjects were teachers (researchers) and fifth grade students at SDN 2 Talang Teluk Betung Selatan Bandar Lampung with a total of 32 students. As an observer, the researcher's colleagues were chosen. The variable of this research is Learning Outcomes. Data were collected using test and non-test techniques. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the quality of social studies learning material for Struggle Against Invaders KPK and FPB material through the application of the Team Game Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model in class V SDN 2 Talang Teluk Betung Selatan Bandar Lampung has increased. The suggestion from the researcher is that research on the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model should not stop here, but can be forwarded to future research in order to obtain more accurate results regarding the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning model.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen digital ethics awareness and build positive personal branding among teenagers through a Digital Public Relations approach. The program is driven by the increasing use of social media among teenagers, which has not yet been accompanied by adequate awareness of digital behavioral ethics and the importance of building a healthy self-image in the online sphere. The activities were conducted in person at SMKN 2 South Tangerang, involving more than 20 students as active participants. The program was designed as participatory training and interactive sessions covering topics on digital ethics, online reputation management, and strategies for building consistent, professional, and ethical personal branding. Participants were also given the opportunity to directly practice shaping their digital identity through social media platforms relevant to their character and goals. Evaluation results showed that the program successfully improved participants’ understanding and practical skills in responsible social media use. The satisfaction level was also high, with more than 90% expressing interest in joining similar activities in the future. This program also supports the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the implementation of the “Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka” (MBKM) initiative through the active involvement of lecturers and students in the community empowerment process.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian adalah program komunikasi dan media relations. Konsep yang digunakan antara lain adalah komunikasi, public relations, humas pemerintah dan juga media relations. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Tehnik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait. Paradigma yang digunakan adalah konstruktivis dengan metode studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menganggap strategi media relations Kementerian Perhubungan sebagai suatu kasus yang menarik dan penting untuk diteliti. Maka dari itu, peneliti ingin mengetahui strategi media relations dalam kasus tersebut. Hasil Penelitian menjelaskan bahwa program komunikasi divisi media relations humas Kementerian Perhubungan RI terdapat 4 tahap yang dilakukan oleh Pusat Komunikasi Publik selaku humas Kementerian Perhubungan, sesuai dengan strategi Cutlip, Center & Broom yaitu: Menentukan masalah (defining the problem). Perencanaan dan penyusunan program (planning and programming). Melakukan tindakan dan Strategi media relations dilakukan untuk mendukung tindakan yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Perhubungan. Program komunikasi tersebut meliputi strategi khalayak sasaran, strategi pesan yang mencakup isi pesan serta pemilihan bentuk media relations yang digunakan, dan strategi media yang mencakup pemilihan media media massa yang digunakan untuk menyebarkan informasi serta penentuan narasumber. Abstract

Python programming is a multipurpose interpretive programming language with a design philosophy that focuses on code readability. Python is a language that combines capabilities with very clear code syntax and is equipped with the functionality of a large and comprehensive standard library. Python supports multiple programming paradigms. One of the features available in Python is that it is a dynamic programming language equipped with automatic memory management. This Community Service Activity is carried out by providing training material starting from a basic introduction to the Python programming language, basic rules for writing Python syntax, an introduction to variables and data types in Python, operators in Python, and learning structures and functions in Python. The mentoring process is also carried out to provide direct experience to students. This activity went well and received appreciation from the school, and the students hope that this activity can be continued so that students are able to apply Python programming well.
