Abstract

The city of Malang is one of the largest cities in East Java will not be separated from the problem of housing needs. However, there are still many people who do not have homes, especially for low-income people. In meeting the needs of homes, low-income residents find it difficult to have cash in house and limited costs. Therefore, the government provides a program to facilitate the residents in meeting the needs of the house that is with the program Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP). This study aims to increase the role of stakeholders in building subsidized housing as measured by the level of satisfaction of residents in subsidized housing in Malang. Analyzes for the support used include descriptive analysis to explain the occupants' satisfaction for each housing sample. And the method used is the importance-performance analysis (IPA), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Regression. After the results of data processing, obtained the results of the level of customer satisfaction assessing the performance of subsidized housing developers in Malang included into the category either, Index Performance) totaling 67.02%. And where variable of location factor, building quality factor, and completeness factor of facility and infrastructure have positive influence to satisfaction of subsidized housing resident in Malang City.

Abstract

Analisis Pushover merupakan sebuah sarana untuk memberikan solusi yang  berdasarkan Performance Based Seismic Design yang pada intinya adalah mencari  kapasitas struktur. Prosedur analisis Pushover dengan memberikan beban statis dalam arah  lateral yang ditingkatkan secara bertahap (increment) hingga mencapai target perubahan  bentuk (displacement) tertentu.Penulisan ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi dari struktur dari besarnya  daktilitas dan tingkat kinerja pada struktur 3 dimensi dengan bentuk tidak beraturan  (asimetris) yang di pecah-pecah menjadi struktur 2 dimensi yang lebih sederhana. Analisis  dinamik memberikan banyak mode-mode natural dari perilaku struktur. Untuk  mendapatkan gaya yang diberikan pada analisis pushover dilakukan analisis modal.  Masing-masing gaya dari analisis modal dilakukan respon kombinasi dengan CQC  (Complete Quadratic Combination) atau SRSS ( Square Root of the Sum of Square).Hasil analisis pushover didapatkan besarnya deformasi lateral pada portal A dan G  sebesar 11.9 cm dan 10.3 cm. Besarnya drift ratio untuk portal A dan G adalah 0.3 %,  maka tingkat pelayanan struktur berdasar ACMC 2001 tergolong pada kondisi batas layan  (serviceability limit state) sedangkan menurut ATC 40 bangunan pada kondisi operasional  (immediate occupancy).

Abstract

The exposure of high temperatures which exposed reinforced concrete beams will cause damage to the cement paste as a binding component of the materials and decrease the ability of the beam. The objective of the study is to identify the high temperatures effect which exposed reinforced concrete beams (10 x 15 x 100 cm), focusing on the bending stiffness, deflection and bending capacity. The tests were conducted in some temperature variations which are 400 ˚C, 600 ˚C and 800 ˚C with the heating concept based on the slow changes of surface temperature and the convective heat transfer, the normal beam specimens (27 ˚C) were also tested as control specimens. The results show that the bending capacity decreases as the heating temperature increases, followed by the decrease of bending stiffness and also the increase of deflection before the beam reaches the first yield, then there is an increase on the bending stiffness of the beam which have been exposed by high temperature at 400 ˚C after the first yield is reached.

Abstract

Cracking is one of the structural behaviors reviewed under the service boundary conditions. Cracks will be the gaps in the various substances in the reinforced concrete structures that will make the structure vulnerable. The fragility of building structures due to exposure to high temperatures or fires can be observed from the behavior of structures when the boundary conditions and maximum crack widths become one of the conditions to how the strength of the structure can survive. This research aims to find how big influence of high temperature on reinforced concrete beam especially to crack width. The test performed is a bending test with a beam-sized test object (10 x 15 x 120) cm. The variation of this research is normal reinforced concrete beam (BN), exposed to temperature 400°C (BS1), exposure temperature 600°C (BS2), and exposure temperature of 800°C. The results show that the decrease of bending strength from normal temperature to 400°C is 10%, from normal temperature to 600°C at 22% and from normal temperature to 800°C at 29%. For the average crack width at normal beam load load of 0,148 mm, then for 400°C beam decrease and the average crack width is 0,095 mm. For the average crack width when the load of beam service 600°C increased and gained 0,696 mm, for beam of 800°C crack width at service load 0,276 decreased compared to beam 600°C.

Abstract

Curve-S, Earned Value, and Tracking. The results of the analysis using the curve method S, week 1 to 6 project acceleration took place, while at week 17, 18, and 19 projects too late. At week 20 the work is accelerated until the last week of the 22nd week, and the duration of the last project is 22 weeks. The result of analysis using Earned Value method, week 17,18,19 late, and other week happened acceleration. Cost deviations occur in weeks 1-4,6,7,15,16,17, and 18. To estimate the final cost of the total final cost, and the prediction for the total project completion time is 22 weeks. The analysis result using tracking shows that the actual duration is 158 days, and the estimated duration is 2 calendar days. The project prediction is completed on January 28, 2017. The total cost incurred is less than the final project cost plan. So the recommendation of the appropriate monitoring method for the People's Market is Tracking.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate one of the benefits of retrofitting an existing educational building in its relation to the building’s life-cycle cost. Choosing educational building as a target of green retrofit project and as an object of study for its relevance as an important part of nationwide green project is considered timely, given the fact that there hasn’t been any retrofit project in Indonesia that targets educational building despite its necessity to create sustainable environmental management of educational facilities. The improvement made to the building by the project was measured using GREENSHIP Existing Building (EB), which is thelegitimate standard of assessment for the level of energy efficiency and conservation of buildings in Indonesia. Having been retrofitted, the building was rated Silver based on GREENSHIP EB rating system, and it wasa substantial progress compared to its previously non-rated status. The project had resulted in 0.45% decrease ofthe building’s total life-cycle cost. Furthermore, it was found that green retrofitting that was particularly oriented towards Energy Efficiency and Conservation, Water Conservation as well as Indoor Health and Comfort categories could cause greater life-cycle cost reduction than retrofitting that was undertaken for the whole categories prescribed in GREENSHIP EB.

Abstract

Balok lapis beton komposit bertulang biasa digunakan dalam proyek jembatan. Pada struktur jembatan dibuat dengan jumlah 2 (dua) lapis. Balok lapis pertama adalah gelagar induk yang terbuat dari beton bertulang pracetak. Lapis kedua adalah pelat beton bertulang yang dicor di atas balok lapis pertama. Karena balok lapis pertama dikerjakan jauh hari sebelum pengerjaan lapis kedua maka akan ada perbedaan kuat tekan beton pada balok lapis tersebut.Karena adanya perbedaan waktu pengecoran, maka tiap lapis pada balok ini harus mampu berprilaku sebagai balok komposit sehingga lapis kedua bisa dengan sempurna membantu kekuatan lentur dan lendutan balok secara keseluruhan. Selain baja tulangan yang sering dipakai sebagai shear connector, lekatan beton antar kedua lapis juga diduga dapat menahan geser. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian tentang balok lapis komposit beton berdasarkan kuat lentur dan lendutan.Hasil penelitian secara umum dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kuat lentur balok berdasarkan pertambahan umur beton. Dan tidak adanya retakan yang segaris dengan pertemuan antar lapis. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aksi komposit sepenuhnya terjadi pada balok lapis komposit beton-beton.

Abstract

The concept of Green Building is one of the efforts to reduce the effects of global warming through developmental aspects. Excessive energy consumption becomes an issue of global warming and waste of operational cost in the building so that this research will conduct an assessment using GREENSHIP and SNI parameters in Building E Faculty of Administration Brawijaya University expected to know the level of "green" in energy efficiency criteria. Energy Consumption Intensity in this building is 60,65 kWH/ m2/ year. Some rooms have the use of electric power exceeding the maximum SNI power, so there needs to be a reduction of wattage bulbs and lamp replacements with LED lights that can save power 2.039,04 kWH and saving the operational cost Rp. 1.935.218,88 every month

Abstract

Reinforced concrete beam will have tendency to deteriorated after receiving a certain degree of load by leaving plastic strain. Although Many study of plastic strain behavior were performed to establish the behavior of concrete under cylic load such as in seismic activity or under earthquake load there are less information of preloaded concrete stress block has been reported. In this study, the stress block parameter of α re and γ re have been defined and derived from empirical model of the early and latest study of concrete behaviour under repeated loading. The result shows match behavior of the parameters value both in every unloading strain increments or concrete reloading increments with particular unloading strain. The result α re are also has been plotted and compared with the previous proposed α

Abstract

The OKU Regency Education Office is one of the government agencies responsible for education in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, which is on Jalan H. Moeh. Moeslimin No. 0085, Kemiling Tanjung Baru, East Baturaja District. From the results of the analysis carried out by the author at the OKU District Education Office, there is a problem, that is, people still make complaints manually, namely people come directly to the office, people make complaints through social media and people who have employee numbers send messages via WhatsApp. Data collection was carried out by visiting the place directly by means of interviews, observations and references. Supporting software in making this application is the Windows 10 operating system, Android Studio, Adobe XD, Android version 12. This research resulted in a Complaint Service Application at the OKU District Education Office containing history, vision and mission, organizational structure, field duties, public service standards, galleries, contacts and complaints.
