Abstract

Menanamkan pemahaman tentang keimanan kepada malaikat merupakan bagian penting dalam pendidikan agama Islam bagi anak-anak. Namun, konsep ini sering kali sulit dipahami karena sifatnya yang abstrak. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan media visual seperti poster dapat membantu anak-anak memahami materi dengan lebih mudah dan menarik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan nama-nama malaikat beserta tugasnya kepada anak-anak di TPA Sholawat Ummi dengan menggunakan media poster sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Service Learning (SL) yang terdiri dari empat tahapan utama: 1) Perencanaan dan persiapan, 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan, 3) Refleksi, dan 4) Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas anak-anak mampu mengingat dan memahami nama-nama malaikat beserta tugasnya dengan lebih baik setelah menggunakan media poster. Berdasarkan evaluasi, sebanyak 80% anak dapat menjawab pertanyaan dengan benar, meningkat dibandingkan sebelum penggunaan media poster yang hanya mencapai 75%. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman anak-anak terhadap salah satu rukun iman serta menunjukkan bahwa media visual dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam pembelajaran agama di TPA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media pembelajaran pada jenjang sekolah menengah berdasarkan tinjauan literatur tahun 2020–2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menganalisis berbagai artikel ilmiah, buku, dan dokumen kebijakan yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial seperti Instagram, YouTube, dan TikTok memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi, kreativitas, serta pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pelajaran. Media sosial juga mendorong pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21, seperti literasi digital dan kolaborasi. Namun, pemanfaatannya masih menghadapi tantangan berupa distraksi, ketergantungan, dan risiko penyebaran informasi tidak valid. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan literasi digital yang memadai, pedoman penggunaan yang jelas, serta kolaborasi antara guru, sekolah, dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan produktif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan optimalisasi penggunaan media sosial secara terarah dan bertanggung jawab guna mendukung inovasi pembelajaran di era digital.

Abstract

Teenagers widely use Instagram to express themselves, including self-disclosure. This study aims to analyze the role of Instagram in encouraging students' self-disclosure and the factors that influence it. Referring to the theory of intensity of social media use, as well as the five dimensions of self-disclosure, this study employed a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, involving 111 students from class XI at SMAN 4 Palangka Raya. Quantitative results revealed a positive correlation between Instagram usage intensity and self-disclosure (r = 0.476), accounting for 22.6% of the variance. Qualitatively, four main factors were found: purpose of use, type of content, trust in followers, and perception of privacy. The findings confirm that Instagram can be a positive tool for self-disclosure when used with an emphasis on ethical and privacy awareness. Educators and parents are expected to play an active role in students' digital literacy. Keywords: role, instagram media, self-disclosure, students

Abstract

Khotmul Qur'an activity is an important activity as a sign that a santri has completed his learning. Therefore, this service was carried out with the aim of assisting Khotmul Qur'an Santri at TPA Sholawat Ummi to run solemnly through the service learning (SL) method with several stages carried out by the service team, namely 1) preparation and coordination. 2) opening of activities. 3) implementation of activities. 4) closing activities. The evaluation results prove that 1) preparation and coordination have been carried out in a planned and good manner, such as providing a comfortable and conducive place for the implementation of Khotmul Qur'an and various other preparations that have been well coordinated. 2) the opening of the activity is carried out by conveying the stages in carrying out Khotmul Qur'an activities and conveying advice to continue to be istiqomah in reading the Qur'an. 3) the implementation of activities has been carried out systematically in accordance with the stages that have been previously conveyed. 4) closing activities are carried out by reading prayers, distributing food and taking photos together to strengthen the relationship between students, ustadzah, and TPA Sholawat Ummi administrators.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of calcination temperature and holding time on the structural properties of calcia (CaO) powders. The raw material used in this study is chicken eggshell waste, which was cleaned, dried, ground, and sieved for uniform particle size. The synthesis of calcia powder was performed by calcining the powder at 900°C and 1000 °C for 5, 10, and 15 hours. XRD, BET, and SEM analyses were employed to evaluate crystal structure, textural properties, and microstructure of the calcined powders. The Rietveld analysis reveals the identified crystalline phases were calcia up to 95.6 mol% and calcium hydroxide as secondary phase. Results indicate that higher calcination temperatures and extended holding times increase particle size and reduce BET surface area, significantly altering pore size distribution. Specifically, elevated temperatures promote sintering and grain growth, leading to smaller average pore radii and decreased total pore volume. The BET surface area ranges from 7.431 m2/g to 1.772 m2/g for samples calcined at 900 °C and from 3.202 m²/g to 0.711 m²/g for samples calcined at 1000 °C. Correspondingly, the average particle radius increases from 183.51 nm to 769.55 nm at 900 °C and from 425.83 nm to 1918.10 nm at 1000 °C as the holding time extends. BJH analysis reveals that longer holding times broaden pore size distribution due to the merging of smaller pores.

Abstract

Companies engaged in processing including manufacturing industry must be oriented to the process in addition to production results, in this case the quality of the output must be improved or even maintained, this is to support services to the community of users of the production results. The selection of main raw materials and supporting raw materials and their needs must also be considered and must be right on target so that they can produce production as expected. The existence of forecasting is the one of important ways for companies to face future risks. Therefore, the preparation of the need for the use of Naocl materials in production must certainly be calculated so it will effective when use and efficient in financing. The method can be a method of forecasting the use of raw material needs because this method becomes the form of periodic series data’s that uses historical usage data in the past to forecast the next needs. The method used in this research is the method of quantitative descriptive by taking historical datas by using Naocl raw materials and then processing it using the least square method and obtaining forecast results in the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th months in 2023, then the data is processed again based on the annual amount for 2024 and 2025 based on data from 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. So the forecast for use in 2024 is 64446.3 liters and in 2025 it is 59662.4 liters from the equation Y = 88365.8 + (-4783.9) X. then the analysis result of the amount of Naocl usage can be predicted that the use of Naocl will decrease, it could be causing from the presence of other raw materials used, or the use of other equipment as support so as reduce using the chemicals material in production process.

Abstract

The development of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) play a vital role in improving the local economy and expanding economic opportunities for the community. One effective strategy in supporting the growth of MSME is through creating business carts that can function as a mobile platform for selling products or services. This research aims to examine the process of making MSME carts with a focus on design innovation, materials used, and efficient and environmentally friendly production methods. Research methods involve literature analysis, field surveys, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The research results show that the use of appropriate technology and materials can increase the durability, safety and aesthetics of MSME carts, while the use of efficient production methods can reduce production costs and speed up processing time. The practical implications of this research are to provide practical guidance for MSME in choosing designs, materials and production methods that suit their needs and to encourage the government and related institutions to provide adequate support and facilities for the development of MSMEs through the manufacture of business carts. Thus, this research has the potential to make a significant contribution to increasing the competitiveness of MSME and strengthening the local economy in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of self-authenticity and role balance among students in coping with academic demands and the dynamics of the digital era. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey design, data were collected from 92 students of the Islamic Education (PAI) Study Program, class of 2022, at IAIN Palangka Raya through the Authenticity Scale questionnaire and a role balance scale, then analyzed descriptively. The results show an average self-authenticity score of 4.91 (SD = 0.93) and a role balance score of 4.52 (SD = 1.12) on a 1–7 scale, with the majority of respondents falling within the moderate to high category. However, around 15% of students showed low scores in role balance, indicating vulnerability to identity crises due to social pressure and the influence of digital media. These findings highlight the need to strengthen digital literacy, limit the consumption of content that promotes social comparison, and internalize civic values and self-reflection to reinforce students’ personal identity. The implication is that higher education institutions need to design interventions that support psychological well-being, foster intrinsic motivation, and promote sustainable academic achievement amid the challenges of the digital era.
