Abstract

The research is classroom action research that intends to improve students ability to readpoetry using modelling technique of students class X2 SMA Negeri 1 Cabbengnge. Particularly, the goal of the research is to describe planning, performing, and learning assessment. Result of research shows that modelling technique in learning to readpoetry could improve students class X2 SMA Negeri 1 Cabbengnge on planning, performing, and evaluation. In the planning stage, it is found that there is increasing of teachers ability in planning the better learning. In performing stage, quality enhancing and positive activity of students during learning process are found. Those things emerge on students seriousness, skill, discipline, pleasure, activeness, and self confidence in attending learningprocess. In evaluation stage, test analysis result shows that students ability in reading poetry with consideringpronunciation, tone, stressing, and intonation at pre-action level is only 16,66% that achieves learning completeness, cycle I is only 59,38%, then it increases at cycle II to be 80,64%, and at cycle III, students ability reaches 96,77%. Based on research results, it is concluded that applying modelling technique could increase students class X2 SMA Negeri 1 Cabbengnge ability of readingpoetry through three cycles bstrak Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca puisi melalui teknik pemodelan pada siswa kelas X2 SMA Negeri 1 Cabbengnge. Secara khusus tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa teknik pemodelan dalam pembelajaran membaca puisi dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa kelas X2 SMA Negeri 1 Cabbengnge pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap perencanaan ditemukan peningkatan kemampuan guru bidang studi dalam merencanakan pembelajaran yang lebih baik. Tahap pelaksanaan ditemukan peningkatan kualitas dan aktivitas positif pada siswa selama proses pembelajaran. Hal tersebut tampak pada kesungguhan, keterampilan, kedisiplinan, kenyamanan, keaktifan dan rasa percaya diri siswa mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Tahap evaluasi ditemukan hasil analisis tes kemampuan membaca puisi dengan memperhatikan lafal, nada, tekanan, dan intonasi menunjukan bahwa pada tahap pratindakan hanya 16,66% yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar, siklus I 59,38% siswa yang mengalami ketuntasan belajar, pada siklus II mencapai 80,64%, dan pada siklus III kemampuan siswa mencapai 96,77%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa penerapan teknik pemodelan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca puisi siswa kelas X2 SMA Negeri 1 Cabbengnge melalui tiga siklus.

Abstract

Pneumonia is a lung disease that requires early detection to prevent serious complications. Chest X-ray images are widely used for diagnosis; however, their interpretation still depends on medical experts. This study aims to analyze the performance of transfer learning using MobileNetV2 for classifying chest X-ray images. The Chest X-Ray Pneumonia dataset from Kaggle was used and divided into 75% training data, 15% validation data, and 10% testing data. Image preprocessing included resizing, pixel normalization, and data augmentation. The model was trained for 20 epochs using the Adam optimizer. Experimental results achieved an accuracy of 95.40%, precision of 95.62%, recall of 95.40%, and an F1-score of 95.46%. These results indicate that MobileNetV2 provides effective and stable performance for chest X-ray image.
