Application of Learning Model of Treffinger in Improvement of MathematicalReasoning Ability of Junior High School Students, Mathematics Education StudyProgram (PMTK) STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan, 2017. This study aims to examinewhether the improvement of students' mathematical reasoning using Treffingerlearning model is better than improving the ability of mathematical reasoning Studentsusing the direct learning model, examining whether improving students' mathematicalreasoning abilities by using the Treffinger learning model is in the high category, aswell as to examine how students respond to the Treffinger learning model. This type ofresearch is quasi experimental with non-equivalent control group design. The researchvariables consist of one independent variable that is Treffinger learning model and onedependent variable that is students' mathematical reasoning ability. The studypopulation consisted of all students of class VII (Seven) academic year 2016/2017SMP Negeri 4 Kuningan, consisting of class VII-A as experimental class and class VIIC as control class. The study used a description test instrument to evaluate students'mathematical reasoning abilities as well as to use a student response questionnaire tofind out the student's response to the applied learning. To compare the capabilities ofboth classes of researchers using one-way t test for two independent samples. Whileto test the hypothesis about improving the reasoning ability of mathematic researcheruse comparison gain test. The results showed that improving students' mathematicalreasoning ability by using Treffinger learning model is better than direct learningmodel. For the second hypothesis the improvement of the learning model using theTreffinger learning model is not in the high category. For the third hypothesis students'responses show almost entirely positive responses to the Treffinger learning model

Electronic Word of Mouth is a marketing communication strategy that helps consumers learn more about products they want to buy. This research uses central and peripheral routes based on Elaboration Likelihood Theory to determine the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth in the review column on purchasing decisions for Somehinc Official Shop products on Shopee. To conduct explanatory quantitative research, questionnaires were distributed to 271 respondents. The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are there is a significant effect partially between information relevance (X1), information accuracy (X2), value-added information (X3), and product ranking (X5) on purchasing decisions (Y), while the information quantity (X4) has no significant effect. However, there is a significant effect simultaneously between all dimensions of Electronic Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions (Y).

This study aims to get a real picture of persuasive communication in the student learning process at PTPN Computer Laboratory 4 Batu Sondat Village, and also find out the teacher's efforts in achieving student attitudes and character through central and peripheral pathways.This research uses a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. The subjects of the study were teachers and students of PTPN 4 Batu Sondat computer laboratory. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed, using motivational persuasive communication techniques and the theory of Elaboration Likelihood Model with central pathways and peripheral pathways can affect students' understanding of computer science cognitively, affectively, and conatively.

Gorontalo has ±496,000 palm trees, yet 60% are unprocessed, and mostly used for alcohol. PT XYZ is here to shift farmers' focus to Aren Ant Sugar production. Its derivative products include Aren Ant Sugar, Batok, and Liquid. Batok Sugar is the result of reprocessing defective products from Ant Sugar which certainly requires additional time and costs. This research aims to identify the cause of the defect, which is a lumpy texture due to the pH of the nira water being below the standard (6-7). The Lean Manufacturing method with PDCA was applied as a solution, along with the innovation of using rambusa fruit net (Passiflora foetida) as an antibacterial and antioxidant. As a result, the DPU value dropped from 0.0845 to 0, proving an improvement in quality and production focus in Aren Ant Sugar.

This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable. An organization's success is highly dependent on the performance of its human resources, yet the relationship between organizational culture and performance often yields inconsistent results. This research proposes OCB as a key mechanism that bridges these two variables. The research method used is quantitative with a causality approach through path analysis. The research sample consisted of 54 civil servants within the Jayapura City Regional Secretariat, selected using a simple random sampling technique. Primary data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS. The research findings show that (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB; (2) OCB has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; and (3) Organizational Culture does not have a significant direct influence on Employee Performance when OCB is included in the model. The Sobel test confirms that OCB fully mediates the relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance (p-value = 0.00033). The implication of this finding is that to improve performance, it is not enough for management to merely build a strong culture; they must also actively encourage and facilitate the emergence of OCB among employees.

This study aims to examine the strategy of utilizing Instagram media as a culinary promotion medium on the @Kepdan_Kopi account. The background of this study is based on the rapid development of social media as a digital marketing tool, especially Instagram which has great potential in expanding the reach of culinary product promotion. This study aims to understand how the @Kepdan_Kopi account uses Instagram to increase its appeal and interaction with consumers. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation of @Kepdan_Kopi Instagram content, interviews with account managers, and documentation of promotional activities. Data analysis was carried out inductively by examining content patterns, communication strategies, and audience responses to describe in detail the promotional practices carried out. The results of the study show that the @Kepdan_Kopi account utilizes Instagram features such as stories, reels, and feeds creatively to build brand awareness and engagement. The strategies implemented include presenting attractive visuals, using persuasive captions, and actively interacting with followers to increase customer loyalty. This approach is effective in attracting attention and strengthening the image of the culinary product being promoted. In conclusion, Instagram is a strategic promotional media for culinary businesses such as @Kepdan_Kopi by utilizing digital features optimally. This study provides important insights for culinary business actors in developing adaptive and innovative digital marketing strategies.

This study examines the principle of mizan in the context of environmental maintenance based on the interpretation of the verses of the Qur’an Q.S. Ar-Rahman verses 7-9 according to Hamka. The research method used is qualitative with a type of library research that is descriptive analytical with a tahlili (analytical) approach. The data collection technique used is documentation. The analysis technique uses content analysis. The results of this study are that mizan according to Hamka’s interpretation of Q.S. Ar-Rahman verses 7-9, means order and balance, which is the basis for human understanding in maintaining the surrounding environment. Hamka’s interpretation of the verse builds an understanding of human responsibility as caliphs on earth in ensuring the sustainability of nature. In his analysis, Hamka emphasizes the importance of maintaining the balance of nature and using resources wisely, not only for the benefit of the present, but also for future generations. The principles of Mizan include the mandate of Allah, human responsibility, avoiding a materialistic lifestyle and amar ma’ruf nahi mungkar.

Pariwisata merupakan industri yang bergerak di bidang jasa serta barang menjadi salah satu sektor penyumbang devisa negara yang cukup besar sehingga mampu mendorong perekonomian di Indonesia. Menurut data yang dikeluarkan oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) pada tahun 2022 angka kunjungan wisatawan meningkat hingga 251,28% dengan 5,47 juta kunjungan. Asosiasi resmi seperti Himpunan Pramuwisata Indonesia (HPI) diperlukan dalam hal ini untuk pengoptimalan di bidang pelayanan dan kepemanduan pariwisata. Himpunan Pramuwisata Indonesia (HPI) telah tersebar di seluruh provinsi di Indonesia sehingga pengembangan untuk tiap daerah lebih optimal. Kota Medan menjadi salah satu kota di Pulau Sumatera yang memiliki banyak destinasi yang memukau untuk dijadikan refrensi tujuan wisata. Untuk itu, diperlukan branding terhadap objek wisata agar suatu daerah dapat dikenal dan berkembang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui upaya-upaya, hambatan serta dampak dari pengembangan brand image objek wisata lokal Kota Medan oleh Himpunan Pramuwisata Indonesia (HPI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.

This research is entitled "Marketing strategy for the Syekh Muhammad Baqi Babussalam Basilam Baru Islamic Boarding School in attracting the interest of new students in Angkola South Tapanuli. The following is a paraphrase of the text provided. This research was conducted on Jl. Mandailing Km.11.5 Basilam Baru Village, Batang Angkola District, South Tapanuli using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research include the Board of Teachers/Islamic Boarding School Management, Publication Division, and Social Media Marketing. The information gathering techniques used are perception and meetings. In this exploration, the researchers utilized source triangulation by checking and confirming with the Islamic Live-in School Sheikh Muhammad Baqi Babussalam Basilam Baru regarding the promotion of correspondence methodology information carried out by the Islamic Life Experience School. The research results show that the publication techniques carried out by the Live-in Islamic School of Syekh Muhammad Baqi Babussalam Basilam Baru include print media and virtual entertainment, with print media as handouts. In the individual sales technique, the supervisory team does not form a committed marketing group or provide the power to track new clients; Secret deals are concluded during competition events. Techniques for increasing transactions carried out by Islamic Life Experience Schools include rebate programs for homeless people who are not bothered by food costs, free teaching programs, and organizing events. For Advertising activities for the All Inclusive Islamic School of Sheikh Muhammad Baqi Babussalam Basilam Baru.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, pelatihan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 58 karyawan. Berdasarkan Teknik sampel jenuh, maka sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 58 Selanjutnya, data diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 24 dengan menguji uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari pengujian normalitas, multikolinieritas, dan heteroskedastisitas, uji linier berganda yang meliputi dari pengujian t dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan jika variabel kompensasi, pelatihan kerja dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Pelatihan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja.
