Abstract

More and more people are using online loans and stating that online loans are an alternative financial service that is easy to use, can save time and is in accordance with the needs of the community, but there are negative impacts, namely if the community does not understand the loan procedure, SOP from the related institution, the amount of interest applied and the legality of the online loan fintech. The purpose of this service is to focus more on the community who do not have sufficient knowledge regarding the dangers of online loans. The approach method used in this Community Service is through the lecture method in delivering the material, then at the end of the event a question and answer session is held. With this question and answer method, the community is given the opportunity to ask questions according to the theme or other relevant questions. The benefits of holding this activity in Mukti Jaya Village, Tanjung Raya District, Mesuji Regency are to realize better legal awareness in the community so that every member of the community realizes and appreciates the importance of knowledge about illegal online loans.

Abstract

The urgency of resolving criminal and civil problems through village mediators in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of handling problems at the village level. Village mediators have the ability to provide solutions that are fast and more accommodating to village values compared to formal judicial processes. This mediation approach encourages the resolution of legal conflicts peacefully and through deliberation, which can strengthen social relations and prevent conflict escalation. In addition, village mediators have a deep understanding of the local social and cultural context, so that the mediation process becomes more relevant and accepted by the community. This activity aims to increase awareness and knowledge regarding the resolution of criminal and civil problems through village mediators in Natar Village. The methods used to achieve these objectives are the delivery of materials through counseling, focused discussions, and questions and answers. This activity is located in Natar Village.

Abstract

The rise in illegal online loan cases (pinjol) in Indonesia, especially in rural areas, is a serious problem that requires special attention. The lack of digital and financial literacy makes rural communities, including in South Lampung, vulnerable to being trapped in illegal lending practices that are detrimental. This counseling activity aims to increase public awareness of the dangers and impacts of illegal pinjol and provide an understanding of how to recognize and avoid them. The method used is an educational approach through seminars, interactive discussions, and the distribution of educational materials. The results of the emergency counseling activity on illegal online loans for rural communities in South Lampung showed an increase in participants' understanding of the characteristics of illegal loans and preventive steps that can be taken. It is hoped that this activity can be the first step in forming a society that is more critical and alert to unofficial digital financial practices.

Abstract

Children as part of the younger generation are the successors of the ideals of the nation's struggle and human resources in national development. In order to realize quality Indonesian human resources who are able to lead and maintain the unity and integrity of the nation within the framework of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, continuous development is needed for the sake of survival, growth and physical, mental and social development and protection from all possibilities that will endanger them and the nation in the future. In various ways, these development and protection efforts are faced with problems and challenges in society and sometimes behavioral deviations are found among children, even more than that there are children who commit unlawful acts without knowing their social and economic status. The massive act of bullying has certain consequences for the victims. Bullying in some cases has its own implications towards acts that are included as criminal acts. This study aims to understand the regulation of bullying in Indonesian criminal law and criminal law policies in cases of bullying and juvenile delinquency in Indonesia. The approach method used in this Community Service is through the lecture method in delivering the material, then at the end of the event a question and answer session is held. The benefit of holding this activity is to create better legal awareness in society so that every member of society realizes and appreciates the importance of the role of criminal law in overcoming bullying and juvenile delinquency.
