Abstract

Bale Gong is a very important building in the temple. This is because every ceremony at the temple is accompanied by a gamelan gong. In every piodalan ceremony at Sindetan Temple always make a tent for the Bale Gong. Tents that are installed are usually made of materials that are easily damaged, namely bamboo, coconut leaves, and tie rope. In making these tents, it takes a lot of people who have expertise and cost of making the tent is quite expensive. After completing the ceremony, the tent is dismantled where the materials cannot be reused at the next piodalan ceremony. This is because these materials will break down quickly. The solution to this problem and at the same time is the goal of this service is in the form of innovation in making tents from strong and durable materials. The materials that will be used are iron and cloth. This iron is used instead of bamboo and cloth is used instead of slepan and tie rope. The final result of this service is has designed and made tent that are strong, aesthetic, comfortable, and easy to assemble and disassemble. The tents that have been made are installed in Bale Gong and then handed over to the residents of Sindetan Temple. Keywords: Bale Gong, Sindetan Temple, tent, design, strong, aesthetic.

Abstract

Celuk Village as an icon of the silver industry in Bali has experienced a significant development of spatial patterns. This is influenced by the geographical location of Celuk Village which is an area bordering the suburbs of the City of Denpasar. Because land reserves that can be occupied in the City of Denpasar are decreasing, this triggers physical development to spread towards the outskirts of the city, thus causing the phenomenon called urban sprawl. Due to the expansion of physical development, as well as changes in rural forms, it will certainly affect the form of settlements and changes in their urban patterns. This study uses a deductive-quantitative method through a case study approach. Geospatial data using satellite imagery from Google Earth is processed through ArcGIS software. The results showed that there were changes in traditional settlements due to the addition of new functions and population growth, as well as the presence of non-traditional buildings as a result of the expansion of the village area due to economic growth, diverse community backgrounds, and urban spatial expansion.

Abstract

Abstract

Indonesia is very rich in new and renewable energy potential. Indonesia's population growth continues to increase and in line with technological advances that are developing very rapidly, causing the need for energy to increase. Problems related to resources and energy are still problems that have not found the right solution to overcome them. Society's dependence on fossil energy sources seems to make it difficult for new ideas and innovations for clean and affordable energy to enter people's lives. The purpose of this article is to find out the potential for new energy sources and renewable energy in accordance with the goals of the 2030 SDGs. The method used is a systematic literature review, by searching journal articles on renewable energy and successful case studies using Google search and Artificial Intelligence (AI) application review, while the data analysis technique is in the form of data reduction, data presentation to draw conclusions. The results of the study show that many cases show that if new renewable energy is well developed in Indonesia, this potential will become a very tangible benefit for people's lives. These potentials include the potential for solar power, biomass, and micro-hydro.

Abstract

Over the last decade the construction industry has made efforts to develop green building practices. With the enactment of PUPR Ministerial Regulation 21 of 2021 concerning Performance Assessment of Green Buildings, the Government requires the Government to implement green construction in every stage of construction, both in planning, development, supervision, operation and maintenance. In addition to planners, contractors have an important role in the principles of green building sustainability. The Sukawati Art Market as a public building has gone through a green building planning certification process by the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing in 2019. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the application of green construction in the implementation of the Sukawati Art Market development focusing on the parameters of the Green Supply Chain. This study begins with the identification of the parameters according to the checklist for the performance assessment of the BGH construction implementation phase for New Buildings. Then proceed with doing a comparison to evaluate the field data obtained with the assessment standard and perform an analysis on the parameters of the green supply chain. The research method used is qualitative which includes case studies of construction implementation and qualitative interviews with the parties involved. The results obtained are that the construction of the Sukawati Art Market has met the criteria as a building that has an environmentally friendly construction process with a total value of 101 points or 61% and is included in the pratama predicate.
