Abstract

Jalan sebagai sistem transportasi mempunyai peranan penting dalam mendukung bidang ekonomi, sosial dan budaya. Pada ruas jalan weleri-patean beberapa sudah mengalami kerusakan yang signifikan, sebagian ruas jalan belum mencapai masa umur rencana tetapi sudah mengalami kerusakan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi apa saja jenis kerusakan jalan, kriteria dalam penanganan kerusakan jalan, dan alternatif untuk penanganan kerusakan jalan di ruas jalan Weleri-Patean. Metode Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara dan pengisian kuisioner langsung responden. Penelitian ini mempunyai variabel yaitu kriteria (Jenis Kerusakan Jalan, Biaya Pelaksanaan, Waktu Pelaksanaan, Umur Rencana, Lalu Lintas Harian) dan alternatif (Perkerasan beton / kaku (rigid pavement), Metode Perkerasan Aspal / lentur (flexibel pavement), dan Metode Daur Ulang (Recycling). Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan bantuan software Expert Choice 11. Hasil pada penelitian ini untuk prioritas kriteria didapat jenis kerusakan jalan dengan bobot (0,268), biaya pelaksanaan dengan bobot (0,097), waktu pelaksanaan dengan bobot (0,051), umur rencana dengan bobot (0,420), dan lalu lintas harian dengan bobot (0,163). Kemudian untuk prioritas alternatif didapat pada peringkat pertama adalah perkerasan kaku (0,562), kedua yaitu perkerasan lentur (0,329), dan ketiga yaitu metode daur ulang (0,109).

Abstract

The economic growth in Banyumas Regency, Central Java, and its surroundings, followed by the increasing number of vehicles crossing the area. Among the national roads in Banyumas, the Buntu intersection area is one that requires attention. Data collection was conducted by interviewing and filling out questionnaires directly from respondents. In considering the priority of road repairs, there are 11 criteria used in this study. The alternatives that can be done are asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, and concrete - asphalt pavement. The method used in this study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the help of Expert Choice 11 software. Results of field survey indicated the types of road damage that occurred at the intersection of four dead ends in Banyumas Regency, the Sampang-Buntu section were ruts, potholes, wear (polished aggregate) while for the Buntu section-South Kedu the types of damage include alligator cracking, ruts, potholes, stripping. Concrete pavement repair is the main choice because the Buntu intersection is a national road whose daily traffic is traversed by heavy vehicles with the heaviest axle loads above 10 tons, such as buses or large trucks so that respondents want road pavement repairs at crossroads to prioritize traffic average daily.

Abstract

Cement, as a concrete-forming material, is a contributor to CO2 emissions in the world. Reducing cement and substituting fly ash and silica fume as concrete substitution materials in the manufacture of concrete makes green concrete without lowering the quality of the concrete. Concrete in the marine environment is frequently destroyed by severe environmental elements, such as seawater penetration; hence, high-performance concrete materials are required. This research aims to analyze the effect of adding fly ash and silica fume on concrete compressive strength and permeability. The specimens made were then immersed in freshwater and seawater. Analysis of the compressive strength test result shows that the compressive strength values ​​for the samples treated with freshwater or seawater have exceeded the expected compressive strength of 30 MPa. The permeability test on the test object resulted in the supplementary fly ash to the concrete immersed in freshwater having a good value, i.e., the water penetration was below that required by DIN-1045, namely 5 cm. The penetration of concrete with fly ash impressed in seawater is good only in concrete with a 10% fly ash variation. The water penetration value still meets the requirements in concrete with silica fume for all variations with freshwater and seawater treatment.

Abstract

Styrofoam digunakan sebagai bahan utama pengganti agreagat kasar guna mendapatkan beton ringan dengan berat volume menjadi kurang dari 1900 kg/m3 dan juga memiliki kuat tekan beton minimum 100 kg/cm2 dengan cara membuat benda uji berbentuk silinder Ø15-30 cm dengan perbandingan volume komposisi 1 yaitu 1Pc : 2Pasir : 3Styrofoam,  perbandingan  volume  komposisi 2 yaitu 1Pc : 1.5Pasir : 2, 5Styrofoam dan perbandingan komposisi 3 yaitu 1Pc : 1,25Pasir : 2,75Styrofoam.  Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik styrofoam tersebut yang digunakan sebagai pengganti agregat kasar tidak memenuhi syarat untuk beton mutu tinggi karena berat volume styrofoam hanya diangka 0,095 kg/ltr, Berat volume yang diperoleh untuk komposisi 1Pc : 2Pasir : 3Styrofoam adalah 1278,89 kg/m3, komposisi 1Pc: 1,5 Pasir: 2,5 Styrofoam adalah 1242,56 kg/m3, dan komposisi 1Pc : 1,25Pasir : 2,75Styrofoam adalah 1097,88 kg/m3, jika dibandingkan dengan beton konvensional dengan komposisi 1Pc : 2Pasir : 3Kerikil adalah 2387,73 kg/m3 yang mempunyai selisih berat kurang lebih 46,43%, karakteristik kuat tekan beton untuk komposisi 1Pc : 1,5Pasir : 2,5Styrofoam 84,73 kg/cm2 dan komposisi 1Pc : 1,25Pasir : 2,75Styrofoam 71,93 kg/cm2 termasuk dalam klasifikasi beton mutu B0 (<100 kg/cm2), sedangkan kuat tekan karakteristik untuk komposisi 1 Pc: 2 Pasir: 3 Styrofoam adalah 107,13 kg/cm2 (>100 kg/cm2)

Abstract

This research explores risk management in construction projects to prevent potential failures due to natural factors or human errors. The objective is to develop a risk assessment model for failures in construction and building projects, focusing on identification, categorization, risk level determination, and model development. The research benefits encompass theoretical contributions to construction risk management, governmental policy guidelines, operational assistance in project risk management, and enhancements in the safety and quality of construction projects. This research innovates by expanding research variables, incorporating failure risk level assessments, and utilizing technological approaches. The research methodology combines quantitative and descriptive approaches, focusing on failure risk factors from service/contractor providers, consultants, and project owners. Data is obtained through literature studies, secondary data, and primary data via questionnaires. The analysis involves factor analysis, importance index, impact probability matrix, and the Partial Least Square (PLS) method for structural analysis. The research conclusion identifies failure risk factors including financial aspects, management, equipment availability, and natural impacts such as floods and earthquakes. The risk assessment model categorizes risks into high, medium, and low, enabling appropriate anticipatory measures. This model provides guidance for stakeholders to mitigate risks, improve quality, and maintain the integrity of construction projects and buildings, supporting safety and success throughout project stages. This research makes a significant contribution to construction project risk management and construction quality improvement.

Abstract

The Old Town area of Semarang is a tourist area that will be projected as a pedestrian area. The first step starts with the Car Free Night policy. This policy was carried out by closing Jl. Letjen Suprapto as a pedestrian area. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance conditions of the intersections in the Old City Area. Data collection in this study used an intersection inventory survey method which included intersection geometry, speed, and vehicle volume. The analytical method uses the help of the PTV Vissim 2022 Student Version application. Based on PTV Vissim analysis for normal day intersection performance, it was found that the lowest intersection performance occurred at the Letjen Suprapto Intersection with service level F where there was a delay of 80 seconds/vehicle and a queue of 127 m long. During Car Free Night, the lowest intersection performance is shown by level of service D, delay of 38 seconds/vehicle, and queue of 57 m. this condition occurs at the Mpu Tantular Intersection. The Car Free Night policy has had a positive impact on the performance of the traffic flow network in the Old City of Semarang as indicated by the increased level of intersection service.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah merupakan salah satu tulang punggung perekonomian nasional di Indonesia. Salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi pada pelaku UMKM yaitu kemasan yang sederhana dan kurangnya promosi terkait produk UMKM. Salah satu Program KKN yaitu memberdayakan dan mengedukasi UMKM mengenai tata cara promosi dan packaging produk dengan baik. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di Desa Curugsewu, Kecamatan Patean, Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah Indonesia. Metode Pelaksanaan mencakup survei lapangan dan sosialisasi langsung yang melibatkan 20 pelaku UMKM. Hasil survei didapat bahwa kurangnya pemahaman Masyarakat tentang teknologi digital yang mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam melakukan promosi melalui media sosial dan membuat packaging yang menarik. Sehingga pelaksanaan KKN ini berperan penting dalam memberikan wawasan kepada pelaku UMKM mengenai tata cara promosi dan packaging dengan baik. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are one of the backbones of the national economy in Indonesia. One of the problems that often occurs in MSME actors is simple packaging and lack of promotion related to MSME products. One of the Community Service Programs in Empowering and educating MSMEs regarding proper promotion and product packaging procedures. This activity was carried out in Curugsewu Village, Patean District, Kendal Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The implementation method includes field surveys and direct outreach involving 20 MSME actors. The survey results foundtheta the public’s lack of understanding of digital technology resulted in difficulties in promoting through social media and making attractive packaging. So that the implementation of KKN plays an important role in providing insight to MSME actors regarding proper promotion and packaging procedures.

Abstract

Suatu bangunan memerlukan perawatan serta perbaikan gedung jika sudah melebihi batas umur rencana. Umur maksimal suatu  bangunan adalah 30 tahun dan jika sudah melebihi batas maka perlu perhatian khusus. Gedung LPPM Universitas Islam Sultan Agung Semarang berdiri sejak tahun 1970 yang artinya umur bangunan tersebut sudah 53 tahun, serta pada saat musim hujan gedung ini juga sering terendam banjir karena posisinya yang berada dibawah elevasi jalan -0,30 meter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kerusakan dan keandalan bangunan gedung pada komponen struktur dan arsitektur Gedung LPPM Universitas Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi di lapangan, dimana untuk kerusakan menggunakan sistem pembobotan kuantitas dan untuk keandalan dengan memberikan penilaian skor terhadap hasil survey. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer meliputi denah bangunan dan volume kerusakan, serta data sekunder yang mengacu pada Permen PU No.29/PRT/M/2006 tentang pedoman teknis bangunan gedung dan Permen PU No.16/PRT/M/2010 tentang teknis pemeriksaan berkala bangunan. Hasil presentase yang didapat pada kerusakan struktur adalah 0% yang artinya tidak ada kerusakan, kemudian untuk arsitektur ruang dalam kerusakan paling besar adalah pelapis muka lantai 18,91% dan kerusakan arsitektur ruang luar paling besar adalah pelapis muka dinding 22,23 %. Kemudian untuk tingkat keandalan struktur mendapatkan angka 100%  dalam kategori andal dan arsitektur mendapatkan angka 92,23% dalam kategori kurang andal.Kata Kunci: kerusakan, keandalan, bangunan gedung, arsitektur, struktur.

Abstract

Proyek dapat mengalami perubahan situasi dan kondisi setiap saat yang menyababkan timbulnya permasalahan. Salah satu bentuk permasalahan proyek adalah keterlambatan seperti yang terjadi pada pembangunan Proyek Ruko 3 Lantai di Jalan Ki Ageng Panjawi, Kecamatan Klaten Utara, Kabupaten Klaten, Jawa Tengah. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan manajemen konstruksi yang baik agar pelaksanaan proyek tepat waktu dan biaya yang dikeluarkan sesuai dengan anggaran. Pada penelitian ini, evaluasi biaya dan waktu menggunakan metode Earned Value. Data yang digunakan data sekunder berupa time schedule, RAB, laporan kemajuan prestasi mingguan, biaya aktual dan AHSP.Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi Earned Value menunjukkan kinerja proyek mengalami keterlambatan pada minggu-7 dari total waktu pelaksanaan 18 minggu diindikasi dari nilai Schedule Permormance Index (SPI) sebesar 0,89 (SPI <1) dan nilai Schedule Varians (SV) sebesar (- Rp 34.970.903,54) atau SV negatif. Sementara itu, proyek mengalami over budgeting dengan nilai Cost Varians (CV) sebesar (- Rp 1.768.210,28) atau CV negatif dan nilai Cost Permormance Index (CPI) sebesar 0,99 (CPI <1).Kata Kunci : earned value, biaya, waktu, keterlambatan, crashing

Abstract

Formwork is a tool to help mold concrete with the desired size, shape, or position. In the implementation of formwork work, the selection of the type of formwork will affect the cost, implementation time, and construction quality. There are 3 (three) types of formwork in Indonesia, including conventional formwork, semi-system formwork, and system formwork. In this study, the installation and dismantling methods of conventional formwork and PERI System formwork will be analyzed, a comparison of the calculation of time and costs required for the installation and dismantling of conventional formwork with PERI system formwork in 3 different buildings, and an analysis of the economic feasibility study of PERI system formwork investment.This research is a quantitative research with the aim of knowing the comparative analysis of conventional formwork methods and PERI system formwork, then analyzing the material requirements and costs between conventional formwork and PERI system formwork and conducting an investment feasibility study analysis of the PERI System formwork. The work reviewed is on plate and beam work.The results of the study showed that the cost of procuring PERI System formwork was Rp 6,181,415,050 more expensive than conventional formwork. In the implementation of the installation and dismantling of PERI system formwork, it was faster than conventional formwork, the difference in installation production capacity was 6 m2/day, while the difference in dismantling time was 2m²/day. The investment feasibility study for the procurement of PERI System formwork is still feasible because the Net Present Value (NPV) value obtained was Rp 63,801,026, the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) value obtained was 1.007 and the Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) value was 9.48%.Keywords : Formwork, Conventional, PERI System, Investment Feasibility.
