Abstract

Lack of student interest in fiqh lessons is one of the problems that occur in educational institutions. Fiqh learning in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah curriculum is one of the subjects that is directed to prepare students for the ability to recognize, understand, appreciate, and practice Islamic law, which then becomes the basis for a way of life through guidance, teaching, training, and experience activities. This study aims to determine the effect of the scientific approach to fiqh subjects on the learning interests of class V students of MI Muhammadiyah Tegalurung. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive. To obtain the data studied, the researcher took data from the sample in this study using 1 class, namely class V A as the experimental class, the data collection method in this study used a questionnaire, while for the data analysis technique in this study using the R Square test Based on the SPSS output table "Model Summary" above, it is known that the determination coefficient value or R Square is 0.757. The R Square value of 0.757 comes from the squaring of the correlation coefficient value or "R", which is 0.870 x 0.870 = 0.757. The magnitude of the determination coefficient (R Square) is 0.757 or equal to 75.7%. This figure means that the motivation variable (X1) and the interest variable (X2) simultaneously (together) affect the achievement variable (Y) by 75.7%. While the rest (100% - 75.7% = 24.3%) is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables that are not studied. Based on the results of the study above, it shows that there is a positive influence between the influence of the scientific approach on students' learning interests at MI Muhammadiyah Tegalurung, from here it can be concluded that the hypothesis can be accepted and proven. It is hoped that this thesis will be a source of information and input for those who read it and can be used as a reference for further research.

Abstract

Purpose: This study analyzes the strategic impact of stock exchange selection on companies going public and its influence on long-term growth. It focuses on how exchange choice affects access to capital, corporate reputation, governance practices, and financial performance. Research Method: This study adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology. The research synthesizes existing literature from peer-reviewed articles, reports, and studies, focusing on the factors influencing stock exchange selection and its subsequent effects on company growth and performance. Results and Discussion: The findings reveal that exchanges with high liquidity and strong reputations, such as NYSE and NASDAQ, provide companies with greater access to capital and a broader investor base. The study also demonstrates that listing on reputable exchanges enhances corporate governance, improves market visibility, and supports long-term growth through strategic alignment with sector-specific growth and diversification. Regulatory frameworks and governance standards are critical in fostering investor trust and market stability. Implications: The research has significant practical implications for companies considering IPOs. It underscores the importance of selecting exchanges that align with growth strategies, regulatory standards, and long-term goals. Companies should prioritize exchanges with high liquidity and robust governance structures to attract institutional investors and expand their international presence. The study also provides managers with insights into making informed decisions about exchange selection, based on long-term growth and strategic alignment.

Abstract

The Indonesian government has implemented the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) program as an effort to improve people's welfare. However, in its implementation, there are still obstacles in the process of determining the right beneficiaries. Determining the right BPNT recipients is important to ensure that the assistance is received by people who really need it and to prevent budget misuse. This research aims to help the government to easily process data using three classification algorithms, namely K-Nearest Neighbour (K-NN), Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC), and C4.5 in classifying BPNT recipient data in Air Molek Village, Indragiri Hulu Regency. K-NN, NBC, and C4.5 were chosen because they represent different approaches: K-NN is distance-based, NBC is probability-based, and C4.5 uses decision trees. The stages of the methodology used include data collection, data preprocessing, data splitting (Hold-Out), data balancing and model testing. The results showed that the K-NN algorithm got an accuracy of 70.45%, precision 68.34% recall 72.42%, NBC got an accuracy of 60.58%, precision 58.21%, recall 85.42%, and C 4.5 with an accuracy of 62.56%, precision 59.17%, recall 63.33%. The results of this study can help the government in developing a more objective and data-based decision support system for determining BPNT recipients. The limitation of this research is the use of data that is limited to only one of the data sources.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the difficulties faced by seventh-grade students in understanding Informatics subjects, which are relatively complex. One contributing factor is the lack of variation in teaching methods and the infrequent use of instructional media by teachers. To address this issue, a virtual hardware learning media was developed to enhance engagement and improve students' comprehension. The study aims to develop valid and practical virtual hardware learning media for seventh-grade Informatics subjects. The research employs the Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D model, which consists of four stages: define (define), design (design), develop (development), and disseminate (disseminate).The validity test involved one subject-matter expert and two media experts. The subject-matter expert was a seventh-grade Informatics teacher from SMP Negeri 13 Padang, while the media experts were faculty members from the Department of Curriculum and Educational Technology, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Padang. The practicality test was conducted with 32 seventh-grade students from SMP Negeri 13 Padang. The results indicate that the subject-matter expert validation yielded an average score of 4.70, categorized as "Highly Valid." The first media expert’s validation resulted in an average score of 4.33, categorized as "Valid," while the second media expert’s validation produced an average score of 4.95, categorized as "Highly Valid." Furthermore, the practicality test conducted with students showed an average score of 4.22, categorized as "Practical." Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the virtual hardware learning media for the seventh-grade Informatics subject at SMP Negeri 13 Padang is suitable for use in the learning process

Abstract

Every human being has various characters, especially children in elementary school. Children aged 7-12 years are in the "golden age", where character begins to form. The character of students seems to have not been implemented well in the school environment, even though it is very important to form a good personality. The purpose of this study is to determine the important role of teachers in developing student character in elementary schools through child-friendly education. This research method uses a descriptive and qualitative approach, to describe, illustrate, and explain the teacher's efforts in developing student characteristics with data collection techniques, observation, and interviews. The results of the study indicate that teachers are good and able to understand the characters that must be applied to students, the role of teachers is quite significant in developing student character through habituation learning activities, school culture, extracurricular activities and the school's vision and mission.

Abstract

Masyarakat perumahan di Desa Paccellekang, Kecamatan Pattallassang, Kabupaten Gowa, mengalami gegar budaya atau culture shock terhadap masyarakat lokal setempat karena perbedaan budaya, kebiasaan, dan bahasa daerah (beserta dialek bahasa Indonesianya). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses terjadinya fenomena culture shock pada masyarakat perumahan terhadap masyarakat lokal di Desa Pacellekang, Kecamatan Pattallassang, Kabupaten Gowa, beserta solusi untuk mengatasi fenomena tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif yang menekankan pada kajian yang mendalam dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa culture shock terjadi melalui empat fase yaitu fase optimistik, masalah kultural atau culture shock, recovery, dan adaptation. Solusi untuk mengatasinya dengan membuka diri, adaptasi, dan bersosialiasi. Fenomena culture shock merupakan fenomena kultural akibat ketidakmampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan baru.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the practices of transformational, participatory, and digital leadership within the context of primary schools in the digital era, using a case study at SD Islam Al Ilmu Bekasi. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the school principal and the vice principal of curriculum affairs. The findings reveal that the integration of these three leadership approaches fosters an inclusive, collaborative, and technologically adaptive school culture. Transformational leadership is manifested through individual empowerment and the inspiration of a shared vision, while participatory leadership facilitates collective decision-making and teacher innovation. Meanwhile, digital leadership enhances management efficiency through the optimization of technologies such as DAPODIK and online platforms. This study contributes conceptually to 21st-century educational leadership models and underscores the importance of collaboration, humanistic values, and technological adaptation in the sustainable management of educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran interaksi sosial dalam pembelajaran bahasa terintegrasi dengan pendekatan sosiokultural pada pengajaran keempat keterampilan berbahasa di ruang kelas, mengidentifikasi mekanisme-mekanisme interaksi sosial yang memfasilitasi pembelajaran, dan memahami implikasi pedagogisnya dalam konteks pendidikan bahasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur sistematis, menganalisis publikasi akademik dari berbagai basis data termasuk Google Scholar, ERIC, dan JSTOR yang fokus pada interaksi sosial dalam pembelajaran bahasa dari perspektif sosiokultural. Analisis tematik digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema yang muncul dari literatur terkait dengan praktik interaksi sosial dalam pembelajaran keempat keterampilan berbahasa secara terintegrasi. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga mekanisme utama interaksi sosial yang memfasilitasi pembelajaran bahasa terintegrasi yaitu dialog eksploratif yang memungkinkan konstruksi pengetahuan kebahasaan secara kolektif melalui reasoning eksplisit dan eksplorasi kolaboratif, scaffolding dalam zona perkembangan proksimal yang memberikan dukungan responsif untuk mencapai performansi optimal, dan negosiasi makna dalam interaksi autentik yang menciptakan kesempatan untuk input comprehensible dan umpan balik korektif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi efektif dari pendekatan sosiokultural dalam pembelajaran bahasa terintegrasi memerlukan transformasi peran guru menjadi fasilitator interaksi sosial berkualitas tinggi, desain tugas pembelajaran yang memicu berbagai bentuk interaksi produktif, dan pengembangan kemampuan peserta didik dalam dialog dan kolaborasi untuk pembelajaran keempat keterampilan berbahasa secara holistik

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterampilan berbicara sebagai bentuk modal sosial dan mengeksplorasi strategi pengajaran komunikasi lisan dalam konteks transformasi digital dari perspektif sosiologis. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur sistematis, menganalisis publikasi akademik dari berbagai database elektronik periode 2000-2024 menggunakan framework analisis tematik Braun dan Clarke. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berbicara merupakan embodied cultural capital yang dapat dikonversi menjadi modal sosial melalui pembentukan jaringan dan akses terhadap sumber daya sosial, dengan distribusi yang tidak merata dalam masyarakat berdasarkan kelas sosial dan akses teknologi. Era digital menciptakan bentuk-bentuk baru modal komunikatif yang mencakup kompetensi untuk berkomunikasi melalui platform digital dan mengelola identitas dalam networked publics. Transformasi strategi pengajaran komunikasi lisan memerlukan pedagogi transformatif yang mengintegrasikan teknologi, mengembangkan critical communicative competence, dan mengakui keragaman repertoire komunikatif siswa. Temuan mengungkapkan bahwa digital divide memperburuk ketidaksetaraan dalam akses terhadap pengembangan modal komunikatif, menuntut intervensi kebijakan komprehensif yang address multiple levels dari individual skills hingga structural changes dalam sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya positioning pengajaran komunikasi lisan sebagai proses emancipatory yang berkontribusi pada keadilan sosial dan transformasi struktur sosial dalam masyarakat digital.
