Abstract

Recruitment is an important aspect of human resource management at a university, particularly at Makassar State University. Selection is a step in the recruitment process that determines whether prospective students who apply are a good fit for the program of study. The advancement of information systems facilitates the recruitment registration process. The decision support system is present to assist decision-makers in receiving appropriate recommendations for prospective teacher students who have been selected. This study employs the MAUT method's development, which is carried out in stages, hence the Multi-Level MAUT. Because assessment metrics are classified, we combine several MAUT methods to reach a final decision. The algorithm used produces good results, namely the ability to rank correctly based on stakeholder preferences.

Abstract

Salah satu civitas akademika dalam sistem perguruan tinggi adalah mahasiswa. mahasiswa merupakan salah satu produk yang akan menjadi lulusan dari sebuah pergirian tinggi. Hal ini menjadikan perguruan tinggi harus memperhatikan kualitasnya. Dengan konsep ini setiap mahasiswa diberikan dosen penasehat akademik (PA) yang menjadi wali pada perguruan tingginya. Dosen ini akan menjadi penasehat sekaligus sebagai pembimbing yang nantikan mahasiswa dapat melakukan komunikasi terkait permasalahan-permasalahan yang mungkin dialami oleh mahasiswa. Tetapi, terkadang mahasiswa tidak memanfaatkan dosen penasehat dan tidak melakukan konsultasi dengan dosennya. Atas dasar itulah dikembangkanlah suatu sistem informasi perwalian. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses perwalian dalam kaitannya dengan mengetahui masalah-masalah mahasiswanya lebih dini. Tahapan penelitian dibagi menjadi 7 (tujuh) tahapan, yaitu: (a) analisis masalah; (b) pengumpulan data; (c) desain aplikasi; (d) pengujian pada aplikasi; (e) perbaikan aplikasi; (f) uji coba aplikasi; (g) Diseminasi dan Implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Penasihat Akademik (SIM-PA) memiliki prospek yang sangat menjanjikan jika dapat diimplementasikan sebagai inovasi teknologi. Lembaga dan Institusi akan sangat terbantu dalam peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas proses bimbingan PA. Dengan adanya sistem ini dapat mempermudah PA dalam mengamati perkembangan mahasiswa. Sehingga dapat menigkatkan presentasi kelulusan mahasiswa.

Abstract

The aviation industry in Indonesia plays an important role in supporting community mobility and the national economy. However, non-compliance with regulations, especially in reporting changes in ticket fare policies, has the potential to create monopolistic practices and unfair business competition. One of the cases that emerged was Lion Group's non-compliance which had an impact on the structure of the domestic aviation market. This study aims to analyze the implications of Lion Group's non-compliance with fare regulations on business competition in the aviation industry. The approach used is juridical-normative with data collection techniques through literature studies. The data analyzed includes laws and regulations, legal decisions, and related literature. The results of the study show that Lion Group's non-compliance creates barriers for competitors, reduces consumer choice, and increases the risk of unhealthy market dominance. This violates the principles of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unhealthy Business Competition. The implications of this study show the urgency of strengthening regulation and supervision by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) to prevent similar violations. Transparency in tariff policies and commitment to regulation are needed to create healthy and fair competition in the aviation industry. This non-compliance has much greater implications than just an internal problem of the company. This also has an impact on monopolistic practices and unfair business competition that can harm consumers and other business actors. In this context, business competition law, especially Law No. 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopoly Practices and Unfair Business Competition, is important to maintain healthy competition. Non-compliance with the reporting of these tariff changes not only has the potential to lead to competitive unfairness, but can also exacerbate market dominance by a single company, thereby suppressing the diversity of choices for consumers. Through this study, the legal and economic implications of Lion Group's non-compliance with tariff reporting provisions in the business competition law will be analyzed. The author will also examine the extent of its impact on business competition in the Indonesian aviation industry, as well as the steps that can be taken by the relevant authorities to prevent monopolistic practices and promote fair competition. This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the importance of compliance with fare regulations in creating a healthy and sustainable business climate in the aviation industry.

Abstract

Pemeriksaan hemoglobin dan protein urine merupakan komponen penting dalam pemantauan kesehatan ibu hamil, terutama dalam mendeteksi risiko anemia dan preeklampsia yang dapat menyebabkan komplikasi persalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kadar hemoglobin dan protein urine pada ibu hamil parturient di RSUD Anutapura Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan desain case control. Sampel terdiri dari 30 ibu hamil parturient yang tercatat di rekam medis RSUD Anutapura tahun 2025. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden mengalami kadar hemoglobin rendah (73,3%) dan proteinuria (66,7%). Namun, hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan tidak terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara kedua variabel tersebut (r=0,199; p=0,292). Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa anemia dan proteinuria pada ibu hamil parturient tidak selalu terjadi secara bersamaan dan kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti usia kehamilan, status nutrisi, atau riwayat penyakit. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pemeriksaan terintegrasi dan pendekatan multidimensional dalam pelayanan antenatal dan intranatal. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan menggunakan sampel yang lebih besar dan pendekatan longitudinal untuk menggali faktor-faktor yang mungkin berperan sebagai variabel antara atau konfounding.

Abstract

Aerodinamika merupakan cabang ilmu fisika yang mepelajari perilaku aliran udara di sekitar benda padat. Bidang aerodinamika memiliki peran penting dalam berbagai aplikasi, termasuk transportasi, konstruksi bangunan, dan energi terbarukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aerodinamika bangun ruang sama kaki dan sama sisi. Salah satu metode yang umum digunakan untuk menguji karakteristik aerodinamika adalah menggunakan terowongan angin (wind tunnel) dengan standar ASME PTC 16 dan disimulasi dengan software ansys. Pengujian dilakukan dengan variasi kecepatan aliran 30 m/s dan 40 m/s untuk masing-masing benda uji pada pengujian wind tunnel untuk mendapatkan data eksperiman dan simulasi ansys yang digunakan peneliti untuk menganalisis gaya angkat (lift), gaya hambat (drag), dan karakteristik aliran di sekitar objek yang diuji. Hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa bangun ruang sama kaki menunjukkan nilai koefisien drag yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan segitiga sama sisi pada semua kecepatan sedangkan koefisien lift pada bangun ruang sama sisi cenderung lebih stabil dibandingkan dengan bangun ruang sama kaki. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam desain struktur aerodinamis yang lebih efisien di berbagai bidang transportasi.

Abstract

Understanding students’ emotional involvement is essential for optimizing teaching strategies and improving learning outcomes in the classroom. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method aimed at developing a system to identify students’ learning interest based on real-time facial expression detection. The system consists of three main components: input in the form of facial images captured by a webcam, expression classification processed by a laptop, and output in the form of information indicating the level of student interest. The devices used in testing included a Logitech C310 webcam connected to an MSI Cyborg 15 A12VE-074ID laptop, equipped with an Nvidia RTX 4050 GPU. The algorithm used for the recognition and classification process was a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) implemented through the YOLO version 11 framework. The dataset consisted of 1,128 student facial expression images classified into two main categories: (1) interested expressions, including happy and surprised, and (2) uninterested expressions, including angry, fearful, sad, and disgusted. These expressions represent basic human emotions. The test results showed that the system achieved an accuracy rate of 86.04% and a precision rate of 89.57%, with an average detection time ranging from 31 to 50 milliseconds. Testing conducted over five days of classroom sessions demonstrated that the system was able to operate stably and accurately using a webcam, even under varying lighting conditions, angles, and facial movements, with an average frame rate of 30–32 FPS.

Abstract

Abstrak—  Pengembangan aplikasi simulasi tari Saman asal aceh ini dilatar belakangi oleh semakin menurunnya minat dan pengetahuan remaja mengenai kesenian tradisional seperti tari. Dengan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Aplikasi simulasi tari Saman menggunakan sensor gerak dengan bantuan alat Kinect. Metode pengujiannya ialah dengan menganaslisa karakter yang telah dibuat dan diaplikasikan kedalam aplikasi Unity dan dihubungkan menggunakan Kinect agar karakter dapat digerakakan, adapun pengugujiannya antara lain adalah pengujian jarak, gesture dan sensitifitas cahaya serta gerakan Tari Saman itu sendiri. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi simulasi tari khas Aceh yang dibuat menggunakan teknologi sensor gerak. Dari pengujian simulasi tersebut dapat diketahui keakuratan piksel yang ada pada tiap-tiap frame yang ada dalam setiap gerakan animasi karakter tari saman yang telah dibuat.Kata kunci : Kinect, Motion capture, Tari Saman

Abstract

Airport Technology encompasses learning outcomes including Airport Mechanical Technician, Building and Foundation Technician, and Airport Electrical Technician. Graduates are expected to operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, building, and runway equipment in accordance with standard operational procedures and applicable regulations, particularly mastering the Airfield Lighting System (ALS). This study was conducted at Makassar Aviation Polytechnic in 2023, utilizing a Likert scale to assess student satisfaction regarding the use of virtual reality devices for ALS. The assessment results indicated that the Application and Device indicators received a score of 409 out of 480, Appearance scored 412 out of 480, Language achieved 296 out of 360, Content received 694 out of 840, and Usage scored 885 out of 1080. All indicators demonstrated a calculated r value greater than 0.388. In conclusion, the application of virtual reality technology in airfield lighting is highly conducive to education and training, enhancing skills in this area.
