Latar Belakang: Pelayanan Kesehatan adalah kegiatan pelayanan yang diberikan secara langsung kepada perseorangan atau masyarakat untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan derajat Kesehatan masyarakat dalam bentuk promotif, preventif, kuratif, rehabilitatif, dan paliatif. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Hubungan Mutu pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien yang berkunjung ke UPTD Puskesmas Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang tahun 2024. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang berkunjung pada UPTD Puskesmas Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang tahun 2023 sebanyak 16.395 pasien. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian pasien yang berkunjung pada UPTD Puskesmas Tebing Tinggi kabupaten Empat Lawang tahun 2024 sebanyak 100 pasien Tekhnik Pengambilan Sampel kuantitatif dalam penelitian metode survey dengan Purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis Univariat, Bivariat dan Multivariat. Hasil: Ada hubungan bukti langsung, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati dengan kepuasan pasien dan variabel bukti jaminan merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kepuasan pasien di UPTD Puskesmas Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang. Saran: Agar pihak manajemen puskesmas dapat menyusun rencana program dalam upaya peningkatan kepuasan pasien seperti perbaikan sarana dan prasarana puskesmas, memberikan pelayanan yang lebih berkualitas dengan skill yang sesuai dengan standar SDM kesehatan. Kata Kunci : Bukti Langsung, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan, Empati, Kepuasan Pasien

Pests and disease are one of the factors that cause yield loss of red chilli. Knowledge of the population dynamics of the main pests and diseases of red chilli can be used as the basis for recommendations for pest and disease control. The research aims to analyze pests and diseases population dynamics on red chilli cultivation, the influence of environmental factors and the influence of population dynamics on red chilli production. This research was conducted in Kereng Bangkirai Village Sebangau District, Kalampangan Village Sebangau District and Tanjung Pinang Village Pahandut District, Palangka Raya City. The research was conducted from December 2022 to March 2023. The research using a quantitative descriptive method. The sample plants used the diagonal plot sampling method, with an area of 4 m x 4 m. Observation were made in the morning once a week from transplanting to harvesting. The result showed that the dynamics of the main pest population of red chilli plants was influenced by the availability of food, the population of red chilli pests was high when the condition of the plant organs (leaves) was still at a young age which was suitable for its feed designation, the dynamics of anthracnose disease was influenced by temperature and humidity; Temperature and humidity do not always have a significant effect on pest and disease population dynamics. Fluctuating pest populations are influenced by the cultivation system applied by farmers, especially the use of synthetic pesticides; The higher number of pest and disease populations cause less production of red chilli plants.

Abstract Based on Law No. 28 of 2009 on Regional Taxes and Fees, Article 2, the regions have the authority to levy taxes, which are divided into provincial taxes and county/city taxes. One of the taxes under the jurisdiction of the county/city government is the street lighting tax. The subject of the street lighting tax is the use of electricity, both self-generated and obtained from other sources, namely electricity generated by power plants. This research is explanatory qualitative research to analyse the problems in street lighting tax. The place of research is South Tangerang City with two informants from the superior and staff in the balance and revenue section of South Tangerang City. This study aims to analyse the revenue potential and contribution of the Street Lighting Tax to increase the PAD of South Tangerang City. The results showed that Street Lighting Tax in South Tangerang City has quite a good contribution at 33% and in 2020 and 2021, its revenue has reached the target. Abstrak Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 28 Tahun 2009 tentang Pajak Daerah dan Retribusi Daerah, Pasal 2, daerah mempunyai kewenangan memungut pajak, yang terbagi menjadi pajak provinsi dan pajak kabupaten/kota. Salah satu pajak yang menjadi kewenangan pemerintah kabupaten/kota adalah pajak penerangan jalan. Subjek pajak penerangan jalan adalah penggunaan tenaga listrik, baik yang dihasilkan sendiri maupun yang diperoleh dari sumber lain, yaitu tenaga listrik yang dihasilkan oleh pembangkit tenaga listrik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif eksplanatori untuk menganalisis permasalahan pajak penerangan jalan. Tempat penelitiannya adalah Kota Tangsel dengan dua orang informan yang berasal dari atasan dan staf bagian perimbangan dan pendapatan Kota Tangsel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi penerimaan dan kontribusi Pajak Penerangan Jalan terhadap peningkatan PAD Kota Tangsel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pajak Penerangan Jalan di Kota Tangsel mempunyai kontribusi yang cukup baik yaitu sebesar 33% dan pada tahun 2020 dan 2021 penerimaannya telah mencapai target.

Writing skills are crucial in education, yet many students face challenges with engagement and interest. Given the increasing use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in education, exploring innovative approaches to address these issues is important. This study investigated ICT-based interactive video to enhance students' engagement and descriptive writing skills. Conducted with 33 seventh-grade students from a junior high school in Malang, this qualitative study employed classroom observations and analysis of written texts. Data analysis involved categorizing observation records by themes such as student engagement and interaction with the video. Students’ descriptive texts were examined for advancements in clarity, coherence, and creativity and categorized based on these aspects. The findings indicated that after using interactive videos, students’ descriptive writing displayed advancements in the three areas examined, with many students achieving high-quality levels. These results suggest that interactive videos can be a valuable tool for boosting students’ engagement and writing skills. The study highlights the need for incorporating such media into writing instruction. It suggests that further research should explore the refinement of these tools and their application in varied educational settings.

Objectives of this research are: (1) Producing an Interactive E-Moodle based on problem solving and analysis:(2) validator and teacher assessment results; (3) pupils perception result; (4) the effectiveness of use interactive E-Moodle based on problem solving in physics learning toward of student problem solving ability at Senior High School (SMAN) 5 Soppeng that has been developed. This is research and development using 4D model which steps are defining, designing, developing and disseminating. Trial subjects of research was using 9 pupils which held on SMAN 5 Soppeng. This research uses several instruments such as validator assessment sheets, teacher assessment questionnaire, student perception questionnaire, and Problem Solving test which was designed with an essay model. The average of validator and teacher assessments results are percentages of 77.60 and 81.89, respectively. Both percentages show good and very good category. The trial was done twice. First trial result shows that the average score of student test is 18.89 meanwhile, the average score of second trial is 19.67. Generally, the score of students is 19.00. Based on the test score we found that student categories in good and very good categories. In addition, student perceptions result of interactive E-Moodle shows in good and very good category. We can conclude that an Interactive E-Moodle based on Problem Solving is appropriate for use in physics learning.

The state's obligation to protect children's rights is not only based on national law but must also be in line with international commitments. The aim of the research is to analyze the extent to which the state fulfills its responsibilities in ensuring the protection of children's rights in accordance with international provisions, such as the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), and national regulations, such as the Child Protection Law in Indonesia. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with analysis of legal documents, statutory regulations, and literature studies. The research results show that although the international legal framework has been adopted into national law, its implementation still faces various obstacles, including a lack of inter-institutional coordination, limited resources, and a lack of public understanding of children's rights. This journal recommends strengthening national regulations and increasing institutional capacity to ensure more optimal protection of children's rights.

Abstract: Law enforcement is an important process that must reflect a balance between the state's right to maintain public peace and individual rights protected by law. This journal aims to analyze how the principle of balance is applied in the legal system in Indonesia, with a focus on the application of individual basic rights in the legal process. This research uses normative juridical methods with a statutory approach and case analysis to understand the application of these principles in practice. The research results show that although regulations in Indonesia have adhered to this principle of balance, their implementation still faces challenges, such as permits and weakening legal authorities' understanding of individual rights. The main recommendation from this research is the need to strengthen the capacity of law enforcement institutions and review legal policies that ignore individual rights.Keywords: Law Enforcement, State Rights, Individual Rights

Abstract: The circulation of hazardous cosmetic products containing high-risk chemicals poses a serious threat to consumers. This article examines the legal responsibilities of business actors in ensuring consumer protection based on Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. The study aims to analyze issues related to the violation of business actors' responsibilities, the effectiveness of government oversight, and legal remedies available to harmed consumers. The research adopts a normative juridical approach by analyzing relevant laws and real-life cases. The findings reveal that business actors are responsible for ensuring product safety, providing accurate information, and complying with licensing standards. However, weak government oversight and low consumer legal awareness remain major obstacles to law enforcement. This article highlights the importance of strengthening regulatory oversight and educating consumers to prevent the distribution of hazardous cosmetic products. Through collaboration between the government, business actors, and the public, effective consumer protection can be achieved.Keywords: Legal Responsibility, Hazardous Cosmetics, Consumer Protection.
