Abstract

Indonesia’s pharmaceutical industry grows 7-10% yearly with a market over IDR 100 trillion. However, companies like PT Bina San Prima struggle to improve employee performance, unsure which incentives and discipline policies work best to boost productivity and stay competitive. The main objective of this research is to investigate how incentives and adherence to rules impact the performance of employees at PT Bina San Prima, which is a pharmaceutical company located in Sukabumi. To achieve this, a quantitative method was employed, involving the use of multiple linear regression analysis to assess the connection between different factors. The study included all staff members of PT Bina San Prima, with a total of 51 participants chosen through a method of probability sampling. Information was gathered via surveys using a scale of measurement, with tests conducted to confirm the accuracy and consistency of the data-collecting tools. The examination findings reveal that both rewards (X1) and adherence to rules (X2) positively and notably impact employee productivity (Y), with adherence to rules having a more pronounced effect. An 82% coefficient of determination (R²) signals that the combined variables of rewards and adherence to rules can account for the majority of fluctuations in employee productivity, although 18% can be attributed to other factors. This research proposes enhancing discipline schemes and enhancing rewards to enhance employee productivity. Weaknesses of this research include the concentration on a restricted number of variables and the utilisation of a quantitative method that disregards the qualitative aspect.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has prompted companies to adopt digital systems in order to enhance operational efficiency and employee performance. However, adaptation to digitalization does not always have a direct impact on productivity, especially in the context of the retail industry which demands high discipline and adherence to work procedures. This study aims to analyze the influence of company system digitalization and work discipline on employee performance, as well as to evaluate the role of work discipline as a mediating variable in the context of the retail industry in Cibitung. This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis method. Data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to 100 employees selected using purposive sampling. The results of the analysis indicate that the digitalization of company systems does not directly impact employee performance in a significant way. However, digitalization does have a beneficial and significant effect on work discipline, which in turn has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Although the role of work discipline as a mediator in the link between digitalization and performance may not be statistically significant, there are still signs of partial mediation. Based on these results, it can be concluded that just introducing digital technology is not sufficient; there needs to be additional focus on improving work discipline to fully optimize the effect on employee productivity. This research offers practical advice for retail managers, emphasizing the need to combine digital policies with discipline-strengthening tactics such as training, monitoring, and incentives to enhance performance.

Abstract

This study aims to design a conceptual framework for an educational game based on the Roblox platform that integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to support the preservation of Sundanese culture among children aged 6–10 years. In today's digital era, children are more attracted to interactive media and have limited exposure to local cultural values. Therefore, adaptive learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) approaches are utilized to create a personalized and communicative learning experience. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through literature review, observation of Roblox content, and analysis of Sundanese cultural elements. The findings indicate that integrating AI into culturally-based educational games holds significant potential to enhance children's engagement in learning local culture in a contextual and enjoyable manner.

Abstract

A Likert-scale questionnaire was used to gather data from 100 randomly selected employees, and SPSS 25 was used to calculate path analysis, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The purpose of this research is to look at the impact of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance at PT Pampas Electric. This study's research strategy is descriptive verification using a quantitative approach. The results showed that the talent management variable (X1) had both good validity (all valid statement items) and excellent reliability (Alpha Cronbach score of 0.809). The knowledge management variable (X2) is highly valid and reliable (α = 0.839). Path analysis revealed a substantial positive impact of talent management (X1) on employee performance (β = 0.562, p < 0.05) and knowledge management (X2) on employee performance (Y) (β = 0.481, p < 0.05). These findings suggest that PT Pampas Electric's staff performance may be improved through effective talent management and knowledge management. The study concludes that talent and knowledge management play an important role in boosting employee performance. The practical implications of this research include the significance of firms successfully managing and developing personnel and knowledge in order to attain peak performance.

Abstract

Digital transformation has encouraged organizations to adopt Artificial Intelligence (AI), which has important implications for employees’ working conditions and performance. This study aims to analyze the effects of AI adoption, work pressure, and psychological resilience on job satisfaction and its implications for employee performance in Bekasi, Indonesia. The study uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data were collected from 200 employees who are involved in AI-based organizational systems. The results show that AI adoption has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (β = 0.134; t = 1.856) and employee performance mediated through increased task efficiency and more accurate decision-making. In contrast, work pressure has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (β = 0.372; t = 4.614), indicating that excessive job demands can reduce job satisfaction and performance. Psychological resilience emerges as an important factor in maintaining emotional stability and employees’ ability to adapt to stress, which positively affects job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance, showing that more satisfied employees tend to perform better. This study concludes that successful AI integration requires a balance between technological innovation and employee well-being, supported by resilient development programs and supportive organizational policies.
