Abstract

This time the development of a large amount of data occurs in various sectors, one of them is education sector. Although addition of data occurs every day, college does not yet have a formal strategy to perform collection, observation, and maintenance of the data. This condition is experienced by STMIK Primakara. The audit framework is required to mapping the existing data in higher education. Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) develop Data Audit Framework that contains the stages of structured work to audit the academic data. The implementation of DAF on the academic data STMIK Primakara produce SWOT analysis which represent data asset condition.

Abstract

The development of technology when making an explosion of the number of news or news documents that are very much on the internet, it is necessary to have clustering done in dividing these documents so that they can be adjusted based on the category of the online news. Application of document clustering can increase the effectiveness of information retrieval by referring to a hypothesis that relevant documents will tend to be in the same cluster if a collection of documents has been clustered. This research aims to try to do clustering on online news about Covid-19 taken from three online news websites contained in XML files. K-Means clustering is used as a grouping of online news by using an open-source application, Carrot2 Workbench which turns out to be able to generate nine clusters of "Covid-19" queries entered in the Carrot2 application.

Abstract

Good governance (good governance) is the most prominent issue in the management of public administration today, the municipal government of Denpasar appointed Office of Communications and Information Technology as a service manager SIPKD. The rapid development of the growing information demands to the use of information technology in the management of IT services that are strategic in getting the information service that is fast, precise and accurate. Hence the need for a standard integrated IT governance while providing best practice guidance in managing IT services framework. ITIL V3 is able to provide a detailed description of some IT practices with emphasis on life cycle management services relating to several areas of work which includes Service Strategy, Service Transition, Service Operation and CSI. Audit V.3 ITIL-based information technology is expected to give a picture of the extent to which the maturity level of the service rendered, resulting in a decision in the form of recommendations to management in Diskominfo Denpasar

Abstract

A data warehouse are central repositories of integrated data from one or more disparate sources from operational data in On-Line Transaction Processing (OLTP) system to use in decision making strategy and business intelligent using On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) techniques. Data warehouses support OLAP applications by storing and maintaining data in multidimensional format. Multidimensional data models as an integral part of OLAP designed to solve complex query analysis in real time.

Abstract

Natural dyes are economically and environmentally superior to ruthenium-based dyes because they are cheap and non-toxic. In this study, natural dyes were extracted from mangosteen peel waste. Color extraction was carried out with three types of solvents (distilled water, methanol and ethanol) which had been acidified with 10% citric acid and with a ratio of material: solvent (1: 4, 1: 6, 1: 8 w / v). The photochemical properties are studied by UV-Vis spectrophotometer and FTIR spectroscopy. The absorption peak of the three types of solvent occurs at different wavelengths. The presence of carbonyl (C = O) and hydroxyl (OH) groups contained in anthocyanins can attach coloring to the surface of TiO2. Ethanol solvents with a ratio of 1: 8 produce the lowest photon energy at wavelength and absorption coefficient of 539.00 nm and 2,008 km-1 respectively. The lowest band gap of the dye helps electrons move rapidly from the valence band to the conduction band and only requires less energy for electron recombination which will increase the performance of the DSSC.

Abstract

APBD is a systematic detailed list of receipts, expenditures and local spending within a certain period ( 1 year ) arranged in Permendagri No. 16 of 2006, so that the data APBD can be used as guidelines for governments and local expenditures in carrying out activities to raise revenue to maintain economic stability and to avoid inflation and deflation. Government financial institutions in areas such as DPKA kota Bima, experienced difficulties in identifying the relevance of each archive data on a APBD that so much, that results in a data warehouse, in addition to the administration, APBD in the government of Kota Bima have not been effective. To minimize the difficulty in identifying heap data archive APBD, then the data warehouse can be used to produce a knowledge that by using the techniques of Data Mining ( DM ), the method used is clustering and forecasting, clusterisasi performed using the K-Means Algorithm while for forecasting with multiple linear regression. With this method intended to classify and identify the data in the budget that have certain characteristics in common, and can predict the value of APBD in the future.

Abstract

Udayana University have a graduation system that need to be assessed to get a good measure of the capability level, an audit based on COBIT 5 based on Delivery, Service, and Support that contain 6 processes conducted to obtain the results. SIMUDAPAPI(Sistem Informasi Wisuda Paperless Integrated) got best capability level DSS02 (2,76) shows the highest capability level, Which means the system able to handle incident and providing quick solutions, and the lowest achieved by DSS06 with 2,5. The gaps still have not been filled and there will be a required changes to improve SIMUDAPAPI Udayan University

Abstract

Although many methods for optimizing DGplacement and its size in a network with the target of reducingsystem power losses and voltage profile have already beencommended, they still lack from several weaknesses. As a resultmuch can be done about to happen with new algorithms. Theproposed algorithms commonly have stressed their formulationson real power losses only and ignored the reactive power losses.Power systems reactive power injection plays an important rolein voltage stability control, thus the reactive power losses need tobe incorporated in optimizing DG allocation considering theirvoltage profile improvement. Whereas Particle SwarmOptimization (PSO) approach was proposed for finding theoptimal size of DG. This study work intended to apply both realand reactive power flow, power loss sensitivity factors and PSOmethod in finding the candidate buses for DG placement and itssize on Bali’s 150 kV transmission networks. The experimentalresults show that the proposed algorithm is indeed capable ofobtaining a good quality solution efficiently

Abstract

Spatial Data Clustering is one of the most important technical techniques used to obtain information about knowledge about number boundaries in databases from various applications. This technique can determine groups of forms that cannot be arranged and can be used effectively with a budget. Exploring interesting and useful spatial boundary patterns is more difficult to extract traditional and categorical numerical polymers because of the difficulty of species, the relationship between autocorrelation of spatial boundaries. One of the pioneering techniques in the development of facial and technical grouping technologies is DBSCAN. This technique can determine groups of shapes that cannot be arranged and can be arranged in an effective way. the groups that have already received the next classification process are carried out in order to obtain information on the classes already formed. The K-Nearest Neighbour classification technique is based on learning by analogy. When there is new data, K-Nearest Neighbor will look for a class of data from the learning sample that is closest to the new data. This closeness can be defined using the Euclidean Distance calculation method.

Abstract

Spurred by a global energy crisis, the use of renewable distributed generation (DG) with solar photovoltaic (PV) energy, micro-hydro power, and biomass power are gaining momentum and play major role in Bali’s distribution system as an alternative distribution system planning option. If distributed generation planning is optimal by selected optimization of multi-objective function under certain operating constraints and then their site and size are also selected optimally, the penetration of DGs is potentially beneficial. This paper would review techno-economic model objective, voltage profile improvement and power losses constraints as well as optimization based model using particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm application in Bali’s distributed generation planning.
