Abstract

Family support is the closest and inseparable part of the sufferer because with this support it will raise his confidence to face or manage the problems he faces better, as well as people who must obey the suggestions given by the family to support the management of the problem. faced. This study aims to determine the factors related to the compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets at BPM Vera in 2021. This type of research is an analytical survey research with a cross sectional method approach. The population is all pregnant women at BPM Vera, totaling 36 pregnant women. The number of samples used were 36 people obtained by using total sampling technique. Data analysis technique using chi square. The results obtained in this study were from 36 pregnant women who received family support in compliance with consuming Fe tablets as many as 7 people (19.4%) and 29 people did not receive family support (80.6%), there is a relationship between family support and compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets with p value = 0.012 <0.05. there is a relationship between age and adherence to consuming Fe tablets, there is a relationship between education and adherence to consuming Fe tablets, there is a relationship between work and adherence to consuming Fe tablets, there is a relationship between family support and adherence to consuming Fe tablets. It is recommended for health workers to increase family support for pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets.

Abstract

In the midst of this developing society, people in Indonesia still use traditional health services, especially baby massage to traditional birth attendants. Baby massage to a shaman has become a hereditary tradition. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the behavior of mothers in doing baby massage independently at the Dian Maternity Clinic, West Jakarta. This type of research is an analytical survey. Then analyze the dynamics of the correlation between phenomena or between risk factors and effect factors is a phenomenon that results in an effect (influence). There is no influence between the mother’s education factor on the mother’s behavior in doing baby massage independently at the Dian Maternity Clinic in 2022 with a p value of 0,580. There is no influence between the mother’s knowledge factor with a p value of 0,551. There is an influence between the mother’s attitude factor on the mother’s behavior with a p value of 0,021.

Abstract

Injectable contraception is a way to prevent pregnancy by means of hormonal injections, this type of hormonal contraceptive injection in Indonesia is increasingly being used, the more it is used because of its effective work, practical use, relatively cheap and safe price. This study aims to determine the relationship between the use of 3-month injectable family planning and weight gain in women of childbearing age at the Maga Health Center, Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022.This type of research is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population is all pregnant women who are at the Maga Health Center, Mandailing Natal Regency in 2022, totaling 36 pregnant women. The number of samples used is 52 people obtained by using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique using chi square.The results obtained in this study were from 52 respondents, there was a relationship between the knowledge variable and weight gain with a p value = 0.001, there was a relationship between the variable length of use and weight gain with a p value = 0.002, there was a relationship between the age variable and weight gain body with a value of p = 0.002, there is a relationship between the education variable and weight gain with a p value = 0.003 and there is a relationship between the work variable and weight gain with a p value = 0.001. there is a relationship between the knowledge variable and weight gain, there is a relationship between the variable duration of use and weight gain, there is a relationship between the age variable and weight gain, there is a relationship between the education variable and weight gain and there is a relationship between the work variable and the increase weight. It is suggested to the puskesmas to increase the knowledge of mothers to increase counseling related to the use of injectable contraception.

Abstract

Baby massage is a form of touch therapy that is very beneficial for both babies and their parents. Touch or massage on babies can stimulate milk production, increase appetite and weight. This action will also strengthen the bond of love between parents and children, and become a positive basis for the emotional and physical growth of the baby. This study aims to determine the effect of infant massage on increasing infant weight in infants aged 2-6 months at the Halimah Lubis Midwife Clinic, Deli Serdang Regency in 2022. This type of research is a quasi-experimental study, with a One Group Pretest and Post Test Design approach. The population is all babies aged 2-6 months who are at the Halimah Lubis Midwife Clinic, Deli Serdang Regency in 2022, totaling 36 people. The number of samples used were 36 people obtained by using the total sampling technique. The results obtained in this study were from 36 respondents, there was an effect of baby massage on increasing the weight of babies aged 2-6 months with a value of t = 6.610. There is an effect of baby massage on increasing the weight
