Abstract

Clean water is water used for daily needs with quality that meets hygiene requirements. Poor environmental sanitation can increase the deposit of microorganisms in water. Water containing microorganisms can cause disease. This study aims to determine the number of Escherichia coli bacteria and groups of coliform bacteria. This research includes laboratory observational research. Water samples were obtained from springs and community shelters. Identification and numeration using the MPN (most probable number) method. The media used were Lactose Broth (LB), Brillian Green Lactose Broth (BGLB) and EC Broth with three tubes. The results of the study identified the presence of Coliform and E.coli bacteria. The numerical results on Coliform show only one sample that meets the quality standards. The results of the numeration of E.coli bacteria, all samples did not meet the quality standards of the Minister of Health Regulation No. 32 of 2017. Bacterial contamination is thought to be the result of community activities using water sources as a place for bathing and washing. The conclusion of this study is that the water used for the daily needs of the people of Demta is contaminated with coliform and E.coli.

Abstract

Malaria adalah penyakit akut atau kronis yang disebabkan oleh parasit Plasmodium yang menyebabkan demam, anemia, dan splenomegali. Hiperlisis sel darah merah yang terjadi pada pasien malaria menyebabkan anemia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengamati ukuran, warna, dan bentuk eritrosit penderita malaria. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Puskesmas Hamadi dan Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Politeknik Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan di Jayapura. Sebanyak 100 sampel dipilih secara accidental sampling untuk pemeriksaan malaria. Sampel darah diambil melalui pembuluh darah kapiler dan dibuat sediaan darah tebal dan tipis dengan pewarnaan Giemsa 3%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 48 pasien positif malaria dengan jenis parasit antara lain Plasmodium vivax (42%), Plasmodium falcifarum (35%) dan Plasmodium malariae (19%). Pemeriksaan morfologi eritrosit dari 48 sampel positif malaria memperlihatkan 46 sampel (96%) memiliki ukuran normositer, 40 sampel (83%) berwarna hipokrom, dan sebagian besar berbentuk akantosit (59%) dan sel target (31%). Hasil penelitian menyiratkan bahwa penderita malaria di Puskesmas Hamadi sebagian besar mengalami perubahan morfologi eritrosit pada warna (hipokrom) dan bentuk (akantosit dan sel target), namun tidak pada ukurannya. Perubahan bentuk eritrosit (akantosit dan sel target) mungkin terkait dengan kondisi kesehatan lain atau komplikasi yang mungkin terjadi. Kata kunci: Anemia, Malaria, Morfologi Eritrosit, Plasmodium   Malaria is an acute or chronic disease caused by the Plasmodium parasite, which leads to fever, anemia, and splenomegaly. The hydrolysis of red blood cells in malaria patients results in anemia. This study aims to observe malaria patients' erythrocyte size, color, and shape. It is a cross-sectional descriptive study conducted at the Hamadi Community Health Center and the Microbiology Laboratory of the Health Polytechnic Ministry of Health in Jayapura. A total of 100 samples were selected through accidental sampling for malaria examination. Blood samples were taken from capillary blood vessels and prepared as thick and thin blood smears stained with 3% Giemsa. The results showed that 48 patients tested positive for malaria with the following parasite distribution: Plasmodium vivax (42%), Plasmodium falciparum (35%), and Plasmodium malariae (19%). The examination of erythrocyte morphology in 48 positive malaria samples revealed that 46 samples (96%) had normocytic size, 40 samples (83%) were hypochromic, and most were acanthocytes (59%) and target cells (31%). The findings suggest that malaria patients at the Hamadi Community Health Center predominantly experience changes in erythrocyte morphology in terms of color (hypochromia) but not size. The observed changes in erythrocyte shape (acanthocytes and target cells) may be associated with other health conditions or potential complications. Abstract

Ecoenzymes use cheap and easy-to-obtain raw materials, especially in the household environment. The fermentation process, which takes up to three months, is quite a long time. However, the resulting solution has many benefits, especially for health. In the process alone, it can produce gas O3 (Ozone). This gas is needed by the earth for the sustainability of the ecosystem. Ecoenzyme solution when mixed with water, will react and can produce a liquid that can be used for cleaning. Starting from floor cleaners, clothes, bath soap, agricultural medicines and so on. This solution when mixed to water the plants will produce fruit and better yields. In addition, this solution can also be used to repel pests in the fields, such as insects, birds and so on. Another benefit is that if the organic waste is used after fermentation, it can be used for organic fertilizer. The benefits of ecoenzymes apart from being environmentally friendly can also generate economic value for the people of Pencangakan Village, Adiwena District, Tegal Regency. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of academic supervision and organizational climate on job satisfaction of teachers, with work motivation as an intervening variable. The background of the research is based on the phenomenon of low teacher job satisfaction as reflected in limited independent lesson planning, low participation in professional development, and weak motivation. The study employs a quantitative approach with path analysis techniques. The sample comprises 108 public junior high school teachers in Temanggung Regency selected through random sampling. Research instruments were developed based on theories of supervision, organizational climate, motivation, and job satisfaction. The results show that academic supervision and organizational climate significantly affect teacher motivation and job satisfaction. Furthermore, work motivation serves as a significant intervening variable mediating the influence of academic supervision and organizational climate on job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how interactive PowerPoint learning media can improve students' creative thinking skills at SDN 2 Bulus Tulungagung. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, the study involved 11 grade 6 students. The results showed that the use of interactive PowerPoint media effectively enhanced students' creative thinking skills, as seen from the indicators of fluency, flexibility, originality, and detail. Students who were previously less active in conventional learning exhibited increased motivation and participation after using this media. The use of this media also contributed to creating a more engaging and enjoyable learning environment, which motivated students to be more enthusiastic in participating. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that interactive PowerPoint media is effective in supporting the development of students' creative thinking skills and can be used as an innovative alternative learning tool in primary education.

Abstract

Distance learning is held as an effort to continue to present the teaching and learning process for students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many students admitted that they were not happy with the implementation of distance learning. This study aims to describe the development of Animaker application-based learning videos on the YouTube channel as an alternative to distance learning media during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a Design-Based Research (DBR) model. This study shows an overview of the stages of developing a learning video which includes needs analysis, material preparation and product design according to the learning objectives to be achieved, product implementation, and evaluation. Questionnaire technique is used as a method of collecting data at the stages of needs analysis and evaluation. At the needs analysis stage, the researcher gave questionnaires to 114 students who took part in learning Islamic Religious Education by distance learning or online, while at the evaluation stage, validation was carried out by two experts and the video learning trial was conducted by six students. The material expert validation in the two learning videos developed received very good and proper predicates (92% and 87%) from material experts. Meanwhile, the validation of media experts received very good and proper predicates (94% and 94%). Then, the results of student assessments in small groups showed good scores with an average score of 90% with very good and decent predicates. This indicates that the learning video developed is suitable for use as an alternative learning media during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This community service initiative was implemented through the International Community Service (ICS) 2025 under the theme "Empowering Humanity Sustainability Through Islamic Philanthropy." The primary objective was to enhance awareness and strengthen the global discourse on the role of Islamic philanthropy in fostering economic development, reducing poverty, and promoting social justice. The activity was conducted through an online seminar involving speakers from Indonesia and Denmark, utilizing a participatory approach consisting of presentations, discussions, and participant interaction. The program presented diverse perspectives on zakat’s role in economic growth, poverty alleviation, identity strengthening among Muslim minorities, and the evolution of philanthropic collaboration across sectors. The outcomes demonstrated an increased understanding among participants regarding the adaptive and transformative potential of Islamic philanthropy in various socio-economic settings. This community service program has enhanced participants understanding of Islamic philanthropy and encouraged its application in economic development and community empowerment. The follow-up plan includes continuous mentoring and the strengthening of international collaboration to support the sustainable implementation of Islamic philanthropy.

Abstract

Pendidikan di era   teknologi saat ini  memiliki tantangan yang luar biasa, diantaranya popularitas Android. Sehingga guru harus dapat mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, agar mampu meningkatkan partisipasi belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan diantaranya adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif, mendeskripsikan hasil pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis serta menganalisis efektivitas pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis game android untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada materi asmaul husna siswa MI Muhammadiyah 1 Jombang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan aplikasi Game Android untuk Siswa MI Muhammadiyah 1 Jombang  terhadap peningkatan Partisipasi dan Hasil Belajar   Siswa. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan antara sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media pembelajaran  berbasis game android ini. Dari segi partisipasi siwa, Terdapat peningkatan  hingga  19,00 %. Dari segi hasil Belajar Siswa, Hasil dari analisis dapat dilihat dari rata-rata pre-test mendapatkan hasil 74,9 dan nilai rata-rata post-test  mendapat 87,3. Maka Terdapat peningatan 12,4 dari nilai sebelumnya. Dapat diketahui pula bahwa pretest dilaksanakan sebelum diberikan perlakuan pembelajaran menggunakan media dan post-test  adalah nilai setelah mereka belajar menggunakan media BMAH. Sehingga  dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi game berbasis Android yang dikembangkan oleh penulis, layak digunakan untuk Siswa MI Muhammadiyah 1 Jombang.
