Abstract

Purpose – Emphasized that digital technology has a role in services across industries beyond manufacturing, including retail, banking, and the Internet of Things. Methodology – This study uses a combination of bibliometric analysis methodology and systematic literature review (SLR), to provide an inclusive view of the digital transformation that enable servitization in various industries. Findings – Organizations greatly profit when digital servitization plans are implemented successfully. First off, it increases revenue streams by expanding beyond just product sales as a source of money. Companies can tap into more income sources and attain better financial stability by providing complementary services and solutions. Second, by taking into account customers changing requirements and preferences, digital servitization raises customer happiness. Organizations may increase client loyalty, encourage repeat business, and build favorable brand perception by offering personalized and integrated services. Research limitations – The specific strategies, benefits, and disadvantages of digital servitization can vary depending on factors such as industry dynamics, company size, market conditions, and the successful execution of transformation initiatives. Organizations need to carefully assess their unique circumstances and tailor their digital servitization strategies accordingly to maximize the benefits and mitigate potential challenges. Practical implications – IoT, cloud computing, and data analytics are examples of digital technologies that businesses can adopt to optimize service delivery, boost operational effectiveness, and acquire insightful data on customer behavior. As a result, they are in a position to dominate their market and beat off rivals in the age of digital technology.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of return on assets (ROA), dividend payout ratio (DPR) and earning per share (EPS) on sharia stock price registered in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) period 2014-2016. The hypothesis in this study was tested using multiple regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study there are several findings. The first finding is, return on asset (ROA) has a positive effect on sharia stock price, which shows that the greater the ROA of the company, the profit generated by company to be larger. This will increase the attractiveness of the company is increasingly in demand by investors and the impact on rising stock prices. The next finding is dividend payout ratio (DPR) has no effect on stock price, which means dividend distribu-tion does not guarantee that the company get a big profit, sometimes the company thinks the profit earned better to invest in projects that have good prospects that can increase the company’s profit, certainly with the approval of the shareholders. The last finding in this research is earning per share (EPS) has a positive effect on sharia stock price, which means that the higher EPS shows the company’s net profit is ready to be distributed to all shareholders of the company and investors will think the company is able to earn profits for the future so that many investors are willing to invest in the company until stock prices rise.

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine how much influence policy-contract agreement the Islamic bank financing (murabahah, istishna, mudharabah, and musyarakah) against the profitability of Islamic banks. Profitability used in this thesis is the Bukopin Syariah, BRI Syariah, BSM, and Muamalat Indonesia Bank. The data in this paper uses secondary data, monthly financial statements (balance sheet and income statement) in the period March 2015-August 2016. The financial statement has been taken from the publication of the report issues by the website of each bank. Mechanical of data management using multiple linear, regression, and test the classical assumption of normality test, multikoloniaritas, heteroksidasitas, and autokorolation, while proving the hypothesis of determination R2, F statistical test, and the test T statistic.

Abstract

The aim of this research to examine are there impact of service quality to loyalty with satisfaction as intervening variable to students in Nahdlatul Ulama University of Surabaya. Population in this research are students in Nahdlatul Ulama University of Surabaya total of the sample are 368 from 4.536 students. This research are quantitative method with spread 368 questionnaires. The technique analyze of this research use SEM – PLS (partial least square) software. Free variable of this research is service quality (X), intervening variable is satisfaction (Z) and bunch variable is student’s loyalty (Y). The result of this research shown that service quality (X) have positive impact and significant to students loyalty (Y) have positive impact and significant with path coefficient 0,67 with p – value < 0,001 (significant on 1%). While service quality (X) have positive impact and significant to students loyalty through satisfaction variable (Z) shown positive impact and significant with path coefficient 0,47 with p - value < 0,001 ( significant on 1%).

Abstract

Primebiz Hotel Surabaya (PBS) is service company (hotel) which its service quality is determined by its human resources. The quality of its human resource much be influenced by hotel leader. Leadership has an important role in the company since leadership will influence the management style, corporate culture, working environment, and values of the company. To resolve human resources management problems, it uses threecle (three circle) model. This model was shaped from the practical management that has been implemented at Primebiz Hotel Surabaya (PBS). In this study, various leadership models are elaborated and discussed at the PBS. The result of the implementation of this model much support the hotel management in making decision and increasing the efficiency as well as the effectiveness in the hotel operation. Implementing this model, it means increasing wisdom and fairness in making decision, especially related with the human resources issues.
