Abstract

Company profile atau profil perusahaan bertujuan untuk menarik perhatian dan memberikan informasi tentang perusahaan secara ringkas. Profil perusahaan dirancang untuk menghasilkan dampak baik serta memberikan kesan pertama yang baik pada calon investor atau klien. Company profile berisi informasi tentang perusahaan yang dijelaskan secara ringkas, jelas dan valid dan ditujukan untuk membuat agar para calon investor dan klien timbul rasa kepercayaan terhadap perusahaan, karena apa yang ditampilkan oleh perusahaan benar adanya. Informasi tersebut diantaranya prospek perusahaan, struktur jabatan, lokasi dan informasi kontak perusahaan. Selain itu, company profile juga bisa berisi tentang informasi yang lebih detail kepada calon investor atau klien mengenai harga dan beragam informasi tambahan lainnya yang terkait dengan barang dan/atau jasa yang ditawarkan. Company profile juga bukan hanya dapat menjaga branding perusahaan yang sudah lama dibangun. Tetapi, juga dapat meningkatkan branding perusahaan sebagai upaya membuka peluang keuntungan dari calon investor atau klien. Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Al-Islah Surabaya hingga saat ini belum bisa menyusun company profile yang mampu memberikan daya tarik bagi para konsumen. Padahal, company profile merupakan salah satu syarat paling dasar agar YPI Al-Islah dapat mengembangkan usahanya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman bagi pihak YPI Al-Islah serta melakukan pendampingan dalam menyusun company profile yang lebih menarik demi berkembangnya yayasan tersebut.Target luaran program ini adalah artikel ilmiah yang nantinya akan dipublikasikan

Abstract

The huge increase in the number of hotels has led to stiff competition. In the past, competition generally emphasized the quality of hotel services and facilities, but now it is also necessary to improve the ability to manage hotels efficiently. The Covid pandemic has forced hotel management to think and work hard to increase revenue and reduce costs without reducing the quality of service to guests who stay overnight. Hotels that are managed efficiently will be able to win the competition. Therefore, making forecast models and accurate estimates will help hotel managers manage hotels effectively and efficiently, so it is necessary to develop software for forecasting and estimation systems. In this community service activity, we synergize management knowledge with mathematics so that it can be used more easily, accurately, effectively and efficiently in hotel management. In this activity socialization of simulations or numerical calculations related to hotel visitor forecasting is carried out.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is getting tougher from year to year both within a country and abroad. There are a large number of companies competing with one another, especially entering the free market share in Asia, namely the Asean Economic Community (AEC). In the current development of modern economy, Indonesia is making efforts to increase its economic growth. For this, developments in any fields are made. Among others is the service industry such as accommodation, travel, and transportation services. Considering that Indonesia is a country comprised of many islands with a variety of natural beauty, it has the very potential for tourist resort attraction. This kind of thing leads to the growth of the Travel, tourism and hotel industry to support development of tourism. With such rapid service industry development, supported by promising business opportunities, investors for such sector are encouraged. The right way to reduce risk for investors interested is to develop a system for estimating the stock prices. Therefore, in this study, the high and low stock price estimation method applied for travel companies adopted developed Kalman Filter, a comparison of two Kalman Filter development methods, namely Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) and Fuzzy Kalman Filter (FKF) as a chart for investors to take into consideration in their investment decision making. The simulation results showed that the EKF method had higher accuracy than the FKF method with an error by the EKF of 3.5% and that by the FKF of 8.9%.

Abstract

This community service project aimed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of PT. AJISAKA's business management through the introduction of a sophisticated software tool for forecasting and profitability estimation. Blending management science with computational science, the project sought to facilitate informed decision-making by leveraging artificial intelligence in profitability ratio prediction. The methods employed involved the execution of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi and extensive socialization of numerical calculation techniques related to the company's profit estimation. The project was well received by the company's management, with the software's potential to enhance business insight and streamline operations being widely appreciated. The result of this endeavor underscores the potential of AI in revolutionizing profitability forecasts and business management. Furthermore, it bolsters the case for technological self-sufficiency in the economic and business sectors, paving the way for future innovation and the broad adoption of artificial intelligence in business management. Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of e-marketing training in increasing the sales revenue of coffee products in Al Muin Syarif Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School. Using qualitative research methods, the study collected and analyzed data from interviews with students and school officials, as well as observations of the e-marketing implementation in the coffee production business. The results show that e-marketing can significantly increase the sales revenue of the boarding school's coffee products. The study concludes that e-marketing training is necessary to optimize the utilization of the internet and social media platforms for promotional purposes. The implication of this study is that e-marketing competence can be enhanced among Islamic boarding school students, contributing to the promotion of their institutions and improving their skills and knowledge of digital media. This study highlights the importance of using social media platforms for marketing purposes in Indonesia and the potential impact of e-marketing on increasing sales revenue. Highlights: E-marketing training effectively increased the sales revenue of the boarding school's coffee products, demonstrating the potential of digital promotion strategies. The integration of e-marketing education within the Islamic boarding school curriculum contributed to enhancing students' digital skills and knowledge, preparing them for a technology-driven future. The study shows a positive social impact by promoting the boarding school through e-marketing efforts, fostering better community awareness and engagement with the institution's initiatives. Abstract

Digital twin is a revolutionizing technology. It involves sophisticated models such as real-time data, history data, simulation, machine learning, sensor updates which can reflect almost every detail of the physical objects, procedures, and services. Digital twin technology would be replicated the physical world into a virtual world in the future. Digital twin technology is considered state-of-the-art, but full implementation has yet to occur due to technical challenges and delays. The researchers have to create all the unique and specialized components of the thing or system and collect and combine a massive amount of diverse data. Since, many researchers and employees from some industries such as architecture, health care and engineering are still not completely understood about the technologies and tools used in digital twin technology. This paper illustrates scoping reviews of the characterization, implementation processes of digital twin in business information technology within 5 years period from 2018 to 2022. Furthermore, Digital Twin current applications in three different territories are also outlined in this paper. The purpose of the paper is to understand systematically about the digital twin technology process in different fields.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the mediating role of green innovation on the influence of human capital on business performance in MSMEs in Surabaya. The population in this study were all MSMEs in Surabaya in the accommodation and food and beverage provider sector, while the samples were taken using purposive sampling with special criteria, namely MSMEs that had been operating for more than 1 year. The data collection method uses a questionnaire in the form of a Google form and is distributed online to respondents. The number of respondents who met the criteria in the study were 100 respondents. This study uses the WarpPLS 8.0 application to assist in analyzing. The data analysis technique used is the outer model (validity test and reliability test), inner model (determinant coefficient, Q-squared and effect size), and hypothesis testing. The empirical results of this study indicate that human capital has a positive and significant effect on business performance and green innovation. Green innovation has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Furthermore, green innovation is able to mediate human capital on business performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan dunia bisnis saat ini mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat serta persaingan yang begitu ketat. Saat perusahaan semakin berkembang, maka tingkat kesenjangan sosial dan kerusakan lingkungan pun semakin tinggi karena adanya aktivitas perusahaan yang tidak terkendali terhadap berbagai sumber daya untuk meningkatkan laba perusahaan. Dalam literatur, profitabilitas bank, diukur dengan laba atas aset (ROA), biasanya dinyatakan sebagai fungsi determinan internal dan eksternal. Faktor penentu internal terutama dipengaruhi oleh keputusan manajemen bank dan tujuan kebijakan, faktor penentu profitabilitas tersebut tingkat likuiditas, provisi, kecukupan modal, biaya manajemen dan ukuran bank. Profitabilitas merupakan faktor penting di dalam perusahaan, sehingga pada penelitian ini dilakukan estimasi profitabilitas untuk mengetahui laba rugi perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, membuat model perkiraan (Forecast) dan estimasi yang tepat akan sangat membantu pengelola perusahaan secara efektif dan efisien, sehingga diperlukan pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk sistem forecasting dan estimasi. Pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini kami mensinergikan ilmu manajemen dengan ilmu komputasi sehingga dapat digunakan dengan lebih mudah, akurat, efektif dan efisien didalam pengelolaan hotel. Di dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan Sosialisasi simulasi atau perhitungan numerik terkait estimasi profit perusahaan.

Abstract

Kediri, salah satu kota di Jawa Timur, memiliki UMKM yang beragam, tetapi juga menghadapi masalah serupa. Pemerintah setempat telah berupaya meningkatkan kinerja UMKM melalui akses keuangan lebih mudah dan promosi produk. Namun, di desa Karangrejo, Kediri, UMKM menghadapi kendala keterbatasan akses keuangan, kurangnya pengetahuan manajemen, dan kurangnya pengembangan bisnis. Untuk mengatasi ini, Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat FEBTD UNUSA membantu dengan pelatihan dan pengembangan strategi, terutama dalam bidang Marketing Communication (MarCom). MarCom adalah alat penting untuk mempromosikan produk UMKM. Ini mencakup branding, komunikasi pemasaran, hubungan pelanggan, promosi langsung, dan konten pemasaran. Dalam dunia digital, MarCom digital menjadi kunci sukses. Ini membantu UMKM menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, efisien biaya, meningkatkan brand awareness, menargetkan konsumen tepat, dan memungkinkan pengukuran yang akurat. UMKM di Karangrejo, Kediri, memiliki masalah manajemen, kurangnya strategi pemasaran, dan keterbatasan dana. Mereka perlu memperkuat manajemen, mengembangkan strategi pemasaran, mencari sumber dana tambahan, memanfaatkan teknologi, dan melakukan riset pasar yang lebih baik. Dukungan dari pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat penting untuk membantu UMKM mengatasi tantangan ini. Melalui upaya bersama, UMKM di Karangrejo dapat tumbuh dan berkontribusi lebih besar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Abstract: Kediri, a city in East Java, has a variety of MSMEs, but also faces similar problems. The local government has made efforts to improve the performance of MSMEs through easier access to finance and product promotion. However, in Karangrejo village, Kediri, MSMEs face limited financial access, lack of management knowledge, and lack of business development. To overcome this, the FEBTD UNUSA Community Service Team helps with training and strategy development, especially in the field of Marketing Communication (MarCom). MarCom is an important tool for promoting MSME products. This includes branding, marketing communications, customer relations, direct promotion and content marketing. In the digital world, MarCom digital is the key to success. This helps MSMEs reach a wider market, is cost efficient, increases brand awareness, targets the right consumers, and enables accurate measurement. SMEs in Karangrejo, Kediri, have management problems, lack of marketing strategies, and limited funds. They need to strengthen management, develop marketing strategies, seek additional funding sources, utilize technology, and conduct better market research. Support from the government, the private sector and the community is important to help MSMEs overcome this challenge. Through joint efforts, MSMEs in Karangrejo can grow and contribute more to national economic growth.

Abstract

Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) berbasis digital telah menjadi sebuah strategi penting untuk mendorong pertumbuhan sektor UMKM di Indonesia. Di era digital saat ini, adopsi teknologi digital bukanlah sekadar pilihan, melainkan kebutuhan esensial bagi kelangsungan dan daya saing UMKM di pasar yang semakin ketat. Penerapan teknologi digital pada UMKM memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, produktivitas, serta memperluas jangkauan pasar. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi UMKM di Desa Karangrejo, Kediri, masih cukup signifikan dalam mengadopsi teknologi digital untuk pengembangan bisnis mereka. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh tim FEBTD bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam digitalisasi bisnis kepada UMKM di wilayah ini. Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajerial di kalangan pemilik UMKM, yang mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan bisnis dan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Selain itu, kebanyakan UMKM tidak memiliki rencana bisnis yang jelas dan terstruktur, sehingga membuat mereka kesulitan dalam mengelola bisnis mereka secara sistematis. Selain itu, masih ada banyak UMKM yang belum memanfaatkan teknologi pemasaran, seperti media sosial dan website, untuk mempromosikan produk atau jasa mereka. Hal ini membatasi potensi mereka untuk mencapai konsumen potensial yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan visibilitas bisnis. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut melalui pelatihan, pembuatan rencana bisnis, dan pengenalan teknologi pemasaran kepada UMKM di Karangrejo, Kediri. Dengan langkah-langkah ini, diharapkan UMKM dapat memaksimalkan potensi teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan performa bisnis mereka dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal serta nasional.
