Abstract

This article discusses the crucial role of teachers in facing the challenges of 21st century learning at the Inpres Silae State Elementary School (SDN). Education in this era requires adaptation and innovation to suit technological developments and the demands of the times. Teachers at SDN Inpres Silae are expected not only to deliver material, but also as learning facilitators who are able to develop 21st century skills in students. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data source was obtained from teachers at SDN Inpres Silae. This research examines the role of teachers in facing the learning challenges of the 21st century. Indonesian teachers must be able to overcome the challenges of learning in the 21st century. Teachers must be able to adapt to changing times. If teachers are unable to adapt to this increasingly advanced era, the role of teachers will increasingly change and be replaced by the role of technology and social media as a means of learning. This article can conclude that the role of teachers at SDN Inpres Silae is not only limited to imparting academic knowledge, but includes character building, developing creativity, and preparing students to face the realities of a dynamic world. With this holistic approach, teachers in these schools act as agents of change and move education in a direction that meets the demands of the times.

Abstract

North Sibalaya Village is located in Tanambulava district of Sigi regency and is the capital of the district. The stunting rate in the village is fairly high, which is around 36% which is caused by many factors, one of which is malnutrition in pregnant women and children. Therefore, this research was carried out to carry out efforts to prevent and reduce stunting in North Sibalaya Village. The source of data from this study is secondary data, in the form of data obtained from hospitals and posyandu. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis research methods. The methods carried out include deliberation, socialization, posyandu as well as counseling and distribution of PMT. This research was conducted with the aim of being able to find out what efforts are being made to prevent and reduce stunting in the region.

Abstract

Indonesia faces many food-related problems. The occurrence of malnutrition always begins with food scarcity or the weak ability of the community to process food sources in the region. Food security is an important priority for every government and society. Given the increasingly limited agricultural land, optimizing the use of yard land is one of the strategic options to increase household food supply in Beka Village. The purpose of this program is to educate the community on the best way to manage idle land into food security land. The method of implementing this service uses a participatory training method involving the community and the Beka Village Government. The results achieved in this service are the establishment of food security land in each RT in Beka Village as a pilot village.

Abstract

Human resource management is the main factor in carrying out activities. The Regional General Hospital of Morowali district is the largest in Morowali district, which has many civil servants. With the large number of employees, of course, they have very high activity in serving the community. If activity is too high, it will affect employee performance. Furthermore, performance will affect other activities, such as delays in the patient handling process and miscommunication between nurses, medical staff, and other health workers. This dramatically influences a harmonious work atmosphere and can affect employee performance. Excessive workload (work overload), such as the high responsibility that must be maintained by every employee in serving and caring for patients, is also a pressure felt by every employee. With the emergence of higher workloads, employees will feel that the work demands are burdensome, and the behavior of superiors who sometimes pressure employees will make them feel like they are experiencing work stress.

Abstract

This research aims to prove whether there is an influence between destination uniqueness on tourist experience and intention to visit again, the influence of tourist experience on intention to visit again, and prove whether tourist experience can mediate the relationship between destination uniqueness and intention to visit again. This research was conducted in Donggala Regency by focusing on Bonebula Beach. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling approach. The data that will be used to test the hypothesis is 120 respondents. The analytical equipment that will be used is structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS which can help researchers find and obtain the desired data. The research results show that the uniqueness of the destination influences tourists' experiences and also influences their intention to visit again. Other findings show that tourists' experiences have a positive influence on their intention to visit again. Research findings also show that tourist experience can positively mediate the relationship between destination uniqueness and revisit intention. Abstract

Employee work behavior in the form of actions or attitudes or assumptions about their own work. Every company should know how the work behavior of its employees. Employee work behavior leads to the achievement of company goals, and will have an impact on company performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the work behavior of employees at the main branch of PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS) Palu. Sources of data in this study come from primary data, through surveys, observations, and interviews. The target of this research which is the research population is all employees of PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS) Palu as many as 69 people. The results of the research show the behavior of employees at PT. Bumi Nyiur Swalayan (BNS) Palu, has motivation, can show work productivity, responsible and work hard.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of organizational experience in the formation of competitive student character in the higher education environment. The literature study research method was used to summarize key findings that support the positive influence of organizational participation on student character development. The results of this study indicate that student organizations have a considerable role in shaping character values through student activities provided in higher education. Organizational experience contributes to the improvement of leadership and teamwork skills, shaping the character of student who are adaptive and ready to contribute in a professional environment. Due to the role of ormawa in the campus towards the formation of student character, student can later have knowledge and experience in organizing, as well as character building which can later become the hallmark of student.

Abstract

Abstract. The high arrival flow of freight vehicles at Kayumalue Motor Vehicle Weighing Implementation Unit at certain times causes queues. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the utilization factor (utility) in the system, the average number of units (vehicles) in the system, the average time by units in the system, the average number of units (vehicles) in the queue, and the average time by units (vehicles) in the queue at UPPKB Kayumalue. The results of this observation show that at arrival door one (1) Time period 08.00-18.00 WITA the utilization factor (utility) in the system is 0.583, the average unit (vehicle) in the system is 1.40 vehicles, the average time of the unit (vehicle) in the system 12 minutes, the average unit (vehicle) in the queue is 0.817 vehicles, and the average time of the unit (vehicle) in the queue 7 minutes. While at the arrival door, two (2) time periods 08.00-18.00 WITA utilization factor (utility) in the system is 0.357, the average unit (vehicle) in the system is 0.555 vehicles, the average time of the unit (vehicle) in the system 6.66 minutes, the average unit (vehicle) in the queue is 0.198 vehicles, and the average time of the unit (vehicle) in the queue 2.4 minutes. Abstrak. Tingginya arus kedatangan kendaraan angkutan barang di Unit Pelaksana Penimbangan Kendaraan Bermotor Kayumalue pada waktu-waktu tertentu menyebabkan antrian. Antrian terjadi karena UPPKB Kayumalue memiliki keterbatasan layanan satu platform (jembatan timbang) dan satu server untuk sistem informasi, meskipun ada dua pintu kedatangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor pemanfaatan (utilitas) dalam sistem, jumlah rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam sistem, waktu rata-rata yang dihabiskan unit dalam sistem, jumlah rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian, dan waktu rata-rata yang dihabiskan unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian pada UPPKB Kayumalue. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling sebanyak 30 sampel per pintu kedatangan. Hasil pengamatan ini menunjukan bahwa pada pintu kedatangan satu (1) periode waktu 08.00-18.00 WITA faktor pemanfaatan (utilitas) dalam sistem sebesar 0.583, rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam sistem 1.40 kendaraan, waktu rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam sistem 12 menit, rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian 0.817 kendaraan, dan waktu  rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian 7 menit. Sedangkan pada pintu kedatangan dua (2) periode waktu 08.00-18.00 WITA faktor pemanfaatan (utilitas) dalam sistem sebesar 0.357, rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam  sistem 0.555 kendaraan, waktu rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam sistem 6.66 menit, rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian 0.198 kendaraan, dan waktu rata-rata unit (kendaraan) dalam antrian 2.4 menit.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penggunaan sosial media dalam strategi pemasaran telah menjadi krusial dalam era digital saat ini, terutama dalam industri otomotif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas strategi pemasaran Online to Offline (O2O) yang diterapkan oleh CV. Alfin Jaya Motor melalui penggunaan sosial media untuk meningkatkan interaksi pelanggan dan konversi penjualan. Metode penelitian studi kasus digunakan untuk mendalami implementasi strategi O2O, dengan mengumpulkan data dari survei pelanggan, wawancara dengan manajemen perusahaan, dan analisis data penjualan dan interaksi media sosial. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan mencapai 95% dan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam aktivitas pemasaran setiap bulan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mendukung pentingnya integrasi efektif antara platform online dan offline dalam mencapai tujuan pemasaran. Rekomendasi disarankan untuk optimalisasi strategi konten, penggunaan analitika data yang lebih mendalam, serta pengembangan hubungan pelanggan yang lebih kuat melalui sosial media untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran di masa depan. ABSTRACT The use of social media in marketing strategies has become crucial in today's digital era, especially in the automotive industry. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Online to Offline (O2O) marketing strategy implemented by CV. Alfin Jaya Motor through the use of social media to increase customer interaction and sales conversion. A case study research method was used to explore the implementation of the O2O strategy, by collecting data from customer surveys, interviews with company management, and analysis of sales data and social media interactions. The research findings show a customer satisfaction level of 95% and a significant increase in marketing activities every month. The implications of this study support the importance of effective integration between online and offline platforms in achieving marketing goals. Recommendations are suggested for optimizing content strategies, using deeper data analytics, and developing stronger customer relationships through social media to improve future marketing performance. Abstract

The management of medication logistics is a critical component of hospital operations, encompassing interconnected stages such as planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution, disposal, and control. This study aims to comprehensively describe the medication logistics management process, from planning to control, as an integral part of delivering high-quality healthcare services. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative research approach, the study was conducted at TK. III Dr. Sindhu Trisno Hospital in Palu. Data collection involved in-depth interviews and field observations, with informants comprising four key personnel: the Head of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Staff, Head of the Medication Warehouse, and the Warehouse Keeper. The findings revealed that medication planning is conducted using a consumption-based method, grounded in patient usage patterns. Medication procurement utilizes the Kanza application for real-time stock recording. Storage adheres to the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) method, ensuring medication safety and quality in compliance with standards. Distribution is prescription-based and closely monitored, while disposal follows procedures outlined in Ministry of Health Regulation No. 58 of 2014. Medication logistics control leverages an information system that facilitates rapid decision-making to prevent stock shortages or surpluses. This study highlights the importance of technology adoption, inter-unit coordination, and regulatory compliance in managing medication logistics to ensure optimal availability and quality healthcare services
