Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) through the entrepreneurship theme in the Independent Curriculum at Poboya State Elementary School. The research approach employed is qualitative, utilizing a descriptive method, which focuses on the subjective experiences of teachers and students. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and project documentation, and analyzed systematically with the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study indicate that the Independent Curriculum provides a more comfortable, relevant, and participatory learning atmosphere, with teachers acting as learning facilitators. Differentiated and project-based learning through P5 activities is an effective strategy for shaping students' characters by Pancasila values. The entrepreneurship theme in the project encourages students to think creatively, innovatively, independently, and responsibly. The success of this activity is also supported by the school's readiness to adopt technology and utilize the Merdeka Mengajar platform. Overall, the implementation of P5 at Poboya State Elementary School has created a dynamic, inclusive, and adaptive learning environment for the times.

Abstract

This research aims to prove whether there is an influence between destination uniqueness on tourist experience and intention to visit again, the influence of tourist experience on intention to visit again, and prove whether tourist experience can mediate the relationship between destination uniqueness and intention to visit again. This research was conducted in Donggala Regency by focusing on Bonebula Beach. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling approach. The data that will be used to test the hypothesis is 120 respondents. The analytical equipment that will be used is structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS which can help researchers find and obtain the desired data. The research results show that the uniqueness of the destination influences tourists' experiences and also influences their intention to visit again. Other findings show that tourists' experiences have a positive influence on their intention to visit again. Research findings also show that tourist experience can positively mediate the relationship between destination uniqueness and revisit intention. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan APBD Pemda Kab. Morowali. Permasalahan yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tingkat efektivitas PAD, tingkat aktivitas, dan tingkat pertumbuhan kinerja keuangan PAD, belanja rutin, dan belanja modal) Pemda Kab. Morowali. Untuk mengetahui permasalahan dalam penelitian ini digunakan alat analisis rasio kinerja keuangan yaitu; rasio efektivitas, rasio aktivitas, dan rasio pertumbuhan. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa PAD masih kurang efektif. Adapun tingkat aktifitasnya, alokasi belanja modal masih besar dibandingkan dengan belanja rutinnya. Sementara rasio tingkat pertumbuhanya, baik rasio pertumbuhan PAD, belanja rutin, dan belanja modal masih dikategorikan tidak berhasil. Kata Kunci : efektivitas, aktivitas dan pertumbuhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inovasi manajerial terhadap Kualitas Layanan di 3 kantor Kelurahan, terutama Kelurahan Duyu, Kelurahan Lolu Utara, dan kelurahan Petobo. Kelurahan-Kelurahan ini dipilih karena karakteristiknya yang unik dan mewakili tantangan yang dihadapi oleh banyak kelurahan di indonesia. Mereka Terletak di wilayah perkotaan dengan kepadatan penduduk tinggi, heterogenitas sosial yang kompleks, dan menghadapi tuntutan masyarakat yang meningkat terhadap layanan publik yang baik. Inovasi manajerial mencakup penerapan teknologi informasi, penyesuaian proses kerja, dan peningkatan kompetensi pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Palu Sulawesi Tengah dengan jumlah responden 46 pegawai dari kelurahan staf pelaksana yang tidak menduduki jabatan struktural. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan terkait variabel inovasi manajerial dan kualitas layanan, Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi sederhana dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS untuk membantu menganalisis data, Inovasi Manajerial (X) berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Layanan (Y) sebesar 53,0%. Sedangkan sisanya 47,0%. Penelitian  ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi manajerial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan Pengabdian ini, Tim Pengabdian memilih Desa Towale kecamatan Banawa Tengah Kabupaten Donggala Sebagai Objek Kegiatan pengabdian dikarenakan Desa Towale merupakan Desa yang kaya akan Destinasi wisata, tetapi masih belum di ketahui banyak wisatawan, baik wisatawan lokal, wisatawan nusantara serta wisatawan mancanegara. Desa Towale banyak menyimpan keindahan alam serta warisan budaya yang sangat berpotensi untuk menjadi wisata unggulan atau masuk dalam kawasan strategis pariwisata nasional. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan Bapak Subhan sebagai Kepala Desa Towale, “ada sekitar 70 lokasi wisata yang ada di desa kami dengan berbagai keindahan alam yang eksotic, warisan budaya yang berpontensi menjadi wisata unggulan. Hanya saja, lokasi tersebut masih sangat perlu pengelolaan yang lebih profesional, termasuk bagaimana destinasi wisata yang ada di Desa Towale bisa lebih dikenal oleh para wisatawan.

Abstract

Thel samplel useld in this study consists of 39 elmployelels from thel Bungku Sellatan Subdistrict Officel. Thel sampling telchniquel elmployeld is non-probability sampling, spelcifically celnsus sampling. Thel data analysis telchniquel useld is multiplel linelar relgrelssion analysis. Baseld on thel data analysis relsults, thel relgrelssion elquation obtaineld is as follows: Y = 0.554 + 0.164 X1 + 0.142 X2 + 0.259 X3. Thel relsults of this study indicatel that work facilitiels, compliancel, and compeltelncel havel a significant influelncel on elmployelel pelrformancel at thel Bungku Sellatan Subdistrict Officel simultanelously. Furthelrmorel, individually, both thel work facilitiels variablel, thel compliancel variablel, and thel compeltelncel variablel significantly affelct elmployelel pelrformancel at thel Bungku Sellatan Subdistrict Officel. Thel coelfficielnt of deltelrmination shows an R squarel valuel of 0.588, indicating that 58.8% of elmployelel pelrformancel is influelnceld by thel variablels of work facilitiels, compliancel, and compeltelncel, whilel thel relmaining 41.2% is influelnceld by othelr factors not elxamineld in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of student mentoring in the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program as a catalyst for human resource development for MSMEs in Palu City. The research method used was qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving field supervisors (DPL), student mentors, and MSME actors as samples. Data were collected through interviews with nine informants and analyzed using triangulation techniques and Nvivo 15 software. The results show that DPL plays a crucial role as a bridge between students and MSMEs, not only as academic mentors but also as motivators and facilitators in shaping students' mindsets and practical skills. This mentoring provides opportunities for students to develop relevant soft and hard skills. However, there are obstacles in the form of the lack of clear achievement standards and success indicators in the mentoring program, so that the progress of MSMEs during mentoring does not always show significant improvement. These findings emphasize the need to develop concrete and measurable output standards to increase the effectiveness of the MBKM program.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial competence on the performance of MSMEs fostered by the Business Incubator in Palu City, with digital transformation as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory design involving 45 MSMEs selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed with SEM-PLS through WarpPLS 7.0. The results indicate that managerial competence has a significant positive effect on MSME performance, while digital transformation has a significant negative effect and does not mediate the relationship. These findings highlight the importance of enhancing managerial competence to strengthen MSME performance in the digital era.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of omnichannel strategy on repurchase intention with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable among Sociolla consumers in Palu. Using purposive sampling, 180 respondents who had shopped through more than one channel participated. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. Results show omnichannel strategy significantly impacts satisfaction (β = 0.911) and repurchase intention (β = 0.612). Satisfaction also influences repurchase intention (β = 0.346) and partially mediates the relationship. The findings highlight the importance of integrated customer experiences in fostering loyalty in digital beauty retail, especially in non-metropolitan regions.

Abstract

North Sibalaya Village is located in Tanambulava district of Sigi regency and is the capital of the district. The stunting rate in the village is fairly high, which is around 36% which is caused by many factors, one of which is malnutrition in pregnant women and children. Therefore, this research was carried out to carry out efforts to prevent and reduce stunting in North Sibalaya Village. The source of data from this study is secondary data, in the form of data obtained from hospitals and posyandu. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis research methods. The methods carried out include deliberation, socialization, posyandu as well as counseling and distribution of PMT. This research was conducted with the aim of being able to find out what efforts are being made to prevent and reduce stunting in the region.
