Abstract

Abstract : This study purpose to know learn dicipline students before and after group tuition and to know how big influence of Tuition group to discipline learn Class student at class X SMA Handayani Pekanbaru academic year 2014/2015. problem is, 1)Determine level of learn discipline before tuition grup. 2) Determaine proses of tuition group with student learn discipline. 3) Determine effect of student learn discipline after tuition group. 4) To know the different learn discipline before and after tuition group. 5) To know effect level of student learn discipline with tuition group.The method used in the study was quasi experimental, quasi experimental studies in which no treatment was the dependent variable. Subjects of this study and the sample totaled 206 sudents were taken by random sampling technique were 30 samples from students of class X SMA Handayani Pekanbaru. The results of the data analysis that the appointment of acquisition is greater than t table t at 5%, = 2.000 (11,405> 2.000) , Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means that there are differences in the study significantly between student discipline before and after the implementation of group tuition services in class X SMA Handayani Pekanbaru of 38%.Keywords: group tuition, disciplinary learning, students

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the level of emotional intelligence of students, To know the picture perindenter kecerdaan emotions of students, To know the level of conflict management students who have on him, To know the picture of student conflict management indicators. The sample in this research is all students of SMP class VIII which amounted to 134 people. The result of this research is the emotional intelligence of students in general is in the high category with the percentage of 76.9%, then in the middle category with the percentage of 14.2%, and then in very high category with the percentage of 8.9%, students' emotional intelligence per-indicator of the most Students are selected on the indicators of managing self-emotion, and the least are indicators of recognizing self-emotion. The average student conflict management strategy lies in a compromise strategy.Keywords: Analysis, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict Management

Abstract

Abstract: "The Effect of Guidance Group Service Against Delinquency Rate Decrease Class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru in Academic Year 2013/2014". The purpose of this research are: (1) To determine the level of juvenile delinquency picture students in class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru before the implementation of the guidance group (2) To determine the level of juvenile delinquency picture students in class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru after the implementation of the guidance group (3) To know the different levels of juvenile delinquency students of class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru before to after the implementation of the guidance group (4) To determine the effect of the decrease in the level of group counseling juvenile delinquency students in class X SMA Babussalam Pekanbaru. The population was 102 students or all students of class X, the sample size in this study was 15% of the population is 16 students. This research method is quasi experiment. The results based on calculations thitung greater than ttable at a rate of 5% (5.86> 2.042). Then, there are significant differences between juvenile delinquency level before the after-class implementation guidance services group X Babussalam Pekanbaru.Keywords: Guidance group, Juvenile Delinquency

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to; 1) To know the description of career planning ofstudenst before being given information service about further studies. 2) To know thedescription of career planning of students after given information service about furtherstudies. 3) To figure out the difference in career planning of students before and aftergiven information service about further studies. 4) To know how the effect ofinformation service about further studies on career planing of students. The methodused is Quasi experiment method, using One group pretest-postest design. Thepopulation of this research is students of class XI Science SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru andsample is 50% of the population, using simple random sampling technique. Based onthe results of data processing the career planning of students before given informationservice about further studies are mostly located in medium category, while after giveninformation service about career planning further studies students are mostly located ongood and very well category. The calculation of test-t obtained t-count greater than ttable(20,9 > 1,960) then the hypothesis is accepted, there is a significant differencebetween career planning of students of class XI Science SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaruservice performed before and after information about further studies on 5% error level.Based on results of calculation of coefficient of determinant and correlation, then thecontributions information service abou further studies of career planning is 38% whilethe others 62% is affected by other variabels.Keywords: information services, career planning

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims at developing materials creative learning tenth grade high school students / MA or equivalent, and a description of its feasibility in terms of aspects of clarity, systematics, image support, freshness, completeness of the materials, and support for video or games. This type of research is the development of research with data analysis techniques using data validity. Sources of data obtained from the lecturers I, supervisor 2, three people BK teachers and 30 students of class X.3 SMA 4 Pekanbaru. The results showed that the material has been developed peer interaction with the overall quality of the material aspects Good. So that the material is fit for use by teachers in school guidance and counseling.Keywords: creative . learning

Abstract

Abstract: Entering the world of college, students must adapt not to expect too much guidance and counseling such as high school. Students must be given the independence of learning to achieve maturity to help him become a student of knowledge and religion. One of the students independence is by self-management or can be called self-management. The role of self-management is needed in learning activities, because self-management is one of the internal factors that affect learning. Good self-management is the driving force and motivator for individuals to learn, so that in individual learning will be more excited and not quickly bored in learning materials are learned and along with this can improve learning achievement. The purpose of this study is 1) to know the picture of student self-management. 2) To know the picture of student achievement. 3) To know the relationship of self-management with student achievement. Hypothesis in the proposed there is a positive and significant relationship between self-management with student learning achievement. The subjects of the study were Student Guidance and Counseling for the fourth semester of Universitas Riau, amounting to 64 people with the technique of determining the number of samples is called the total sampling ie the total sample is the whole of the population. Data collection using questionnaire about self management and student's Indeks Prestasi Komulatif data. Data analysis technique used is product moment analysis. Based on the calculation results obtained correlation coefficient value (r) of 0.466 with significant 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a relationship of self-management with student achievement. Effective contribution given by self management to learning achievement of 20,4% indicated by coefficient of Adjusted R Squared = 0,204, it still there are 79,6% other factors influencing learning achievement of intelligence, interest, environment.Keywords:Self-management,learning achievement2

Abstract

Abstrack : The challenge of globalization makes character building an important part of creating a high-quality people, but in fact it's even harder to implement. There are many schools and parents who want their students to receive high academic value, and ignore non-academic matters. Mostly, graduates include high graduates, many do not have strong and intelligent characters. The authors felt it necessary to study in a study with the title the influence of group guidance on the improvement of student character values. The purpose of the study was to know how the description of the character values of students before and after being given a group guidance service. In this research, use the experiment design method. Design of it’s research with a group pretest-posttest research method, a one-time pretest and posttest. Subject in this research is 20 students junior high school 13 Pekanbaru. The group guidance technique used is the way to provide information, the technique of providing information is the explanation by the group leader to the group members, the giving of information can be given by lecture, sincere, guidance board. Determination of the subject of this study is done by purposive sampling which means sampling technique with certain considerations in accordance with the required sample requirements. Data analysis technique used in this research is Wilcoxon test and Spearman rank test. After the implementation of group guidance services on the improvement of students character values, there is a positive influence of group guidance on the improvement of student character values.Keywords: Values of character, group guidance, peace loving, caring environment

Abstract

Abstract :The title of this research is ?? Effect of Group guidance towards the enhancement of low self esteem of First ? Year local track students of Academic Year 2014/2015 at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru??. The purposes of this research were 1) to know the description of local track students? self esteem before given group guidance service, 2) to know the dynamic description of the group guidance implementation in order to enchacement of low self esteem? , 3) to know the description of students? low self esteem enhancement after given group guidance service, 4) to know how much the difference of local track students? low self esteem enhancement before and after given group guidance service is, 5) to know how much the influence of group guidance towards the enhacement of local track students?low self esteem is. The instrument used in this research was scale self esteem iventori (sei). The subjects of this research were 29 first ? year local track students of academic year 2014/2015 at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru. The sample of this research was 29 students and they were selected by purposive sampling. The description of self esteem before given group guidance was in low category (100%), medium category (0%), and high category (0%). The description of local track students? self esteem enhacement after given group guidance was in lowcategory (0%), medium category (100%), and high category (0%). Based on the result of the calculation of the correlation coefficient between X1 and X2 was 0,46 and the determination coefficient (r2) was 0,21. This means that the contribution of group guidance towards the enhacement of low self esteem was 21%. Therefore, it can be known that ttest was bigger than ttable, (12,6 > 2,021) so that Ha was accepted . So, it means that there was influence of group guidance towards the enhancement of low self esteem of first ? year local track students of academic year 2014/2015 at SMAN 4 Pekanbaru.Keywords : Group guidance, Self Esteem.

Abstract

Abstract : this research puppose to discover before and after a given group guidance, know the difference and how big an influence on students ability to resolve conlicts on aspect of collaboration, compromise, accommodate, dominates of class Social SMA N 12 Pekanbaru academic year 2013/2014. This research methodology is Quasi Eksperiment, then use the experimental design is One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data collection tool used was a questionnaire. Where samples were 30 people with a random sampling technique. The description of students ability of conlict resolution before given group guidance on aspect collaboration and compromise in medium category, while acommodate and dominate in high category. After a given group guidance on aspect collaboration, compromise, and accommodate are in the high category, and dominate are in the medium category. Based on the analysis of data by using the ttest and ttable on aspect of collaboration (9,8>2,021), compromise (8,6>2,021) accommodate (3,8>2,021), dominate (9,5>2,021). Group guidance services to contribute to aspects of collaboration by 42%, compromise by 68%, accommodate by 12% and dominate 53% to the improvement of students ability to resolve conflicts of class X Social SMA N 12 Pekanbaru accademic year 2013/2014.Kata Kunci : Group Guidance, Ability of Conflict Resolution

Abstract

Abstract: Social anxiety is an excessive feeling of worry when an individual is in a social situation such as worrying about getting a negative judgment from another person, nervousness, shame, rejection, lack of confidence, discomfort and tend to avoid social activities. Of course these anxiety feelings interfere with the learning process of students in the implementation of tasks and social activities where social anxiety will affect emotional and cognitive conditions. One way to reduce social anxiety is to use Reframing techniques. The purpose of this study was to describe students' social anxiety before and after being given Reframing techniques through group guidance, to determine differences in students' social anxiety before and after being given Reframing techniques through group guidance and to determine the effect of Reframing techniques through group guidance on decreasing students' social anxiety. This research is an experimental quantitative study with the approach of one group pre-test and post-test The results showed that: (1) Social anxiety of students before being given a Reframing technique through group guidance is mostly in the high category, student learning anxiety after being given a Reframing technique through group guidance is mostly in the medium category. (2) There are differences in students 'social anxiety before and after being given a Reframing technique through group guidance which shows a decrease in students' social anxiety.
