Abstract

Abstract: One of the most common forms of violence in schools is bullying. Bullying is a deliberate act of harming others and there is an element of satisfaction for the bullies. The lack of character education in schools causes many students to engage in bullying that can harm the bullies and his own victims. Applying the value of the character to the student is something that should be done in the world of education. Because of the many problems that occur with the character of students at school, encouraging writers to do research about it. The purpose of this research is to know the description of bullies behavior in view of physical bullying, verbal, and mental as well as to know the description of bullies student characters at SMPN 13 Pekanbaru. The subject in this study amounted to thirty students. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. To analyze data using the percentage formula. The results showed that the behavior of bullies are in the medium category and the character value of bullies are in the high category. The conclusions of this study are a higher aspect of verbal bullying, then physical, and mental. For the character value of bullying students, the six aspects are in the high category of tolerance, friendly/communicative, caring, honest, social and responsibility. Discipline aspect is in the medium category. It is advisable for school to better monitor students development so that bullying behavior does not happen again.Key Word: Bullies, Character Value

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out how the general attitude of male and female students towards hate speech and to find out the role of Bk teachers in viewing hate speech. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews. The research subjects were determined using a total sampling technique, namely 124 students of class XI Social Sciences who met the requirements for researchers processing questionnaire data using SPPS 21. The results of the study as a whole were students' attitudes towards hate speech originating from hate speech carried out on social media the students of SMA Negeri 1 Keritang are in the very high category with the proportion of this being seen in the proportion per indicator. It can be seen that based on male and female gender, it turns out that they have a high category.Key Words: Attitudes, Hate Speeches

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode survey, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 420 siswa dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling menggunakan rumus Slovin yang berjumlah 205 siswa. Adapun pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar instrument penelitian angket skala perencanan karier yang diberikan kepada siswa kelas X dan wawancara dengan guru BK di sekolah. Dari data yang didapatkan melalui survey angket kepada siswa dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Sebagian besar siswa SMA Negeri 1 Pekanbaru sudah berada pada kategori baik. Sedangkan untuk layanan bimbimbingan karier yang diberikan oleh guru BK sebanyak 15 jenis layanan dengan pelaksaan yang terfokus pada perencanaan pemilihan peminatan siswa

Abstract

Assesmen dan evaluasi merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh guru BK tidak maksimal, namun hanya sedikit Guru BK yang melakukan penilaian tetapi tidak melaksanakannya secara tuntas, antara lain karena penggunaan metode konvensional dalam pengelolaan metode yang menyita waktu dan tenaga. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengalaman tentang peningkatan keterampilan Guru BK didalam melakukan need assessment online ketika akan membuat program Tahunan. Kondisi yang didapati dilapangan (1) masih ada beberapa Guru BK yang belum menggunakan need assement online ketika membuat Program Layanan BK.(2) masih kurangnya menggunakan google form didalam melakukan need assement terhadap sisw. Metode kegitan dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktek menyusun instrument denga menggunakan google form. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimlai dari persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan yang diikuti guru BK yang tergabung dalam MGBK Kota dumai dan PC ABKIN Kota Dumai. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah pengabdian ini sebagian besar guru-guru BK dapat melaksanakan memahami dan menyusun/merancang pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling lebih cepat dan mudah ketika akan mengimplementasikan dalam program BK. sehingga lebih hemat waktu dan meningkatkan efisensi layanan baik dari segi waktu, kemudakan melakukan dan agar lebih cepat menganalisa sehingga program yang dihasilkan lebih cepat ketika akan mengimplementasikan

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to describe: (a) Level of physical self-concept boys and girls (b) The level ofstudent achievement motivationof men and women,(c) Career planning level boys and girls, (d) Differences in physical self-concept, achievement motivation and career planning boy swith girls, (e) Contribution of physical self-concept and achievement motivation to get her to career planning under taken inclass XI SMKN Se-kota Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlation and comparative methods by making proportional random sampling technique. In this study the following conclusions can be adduced: (a) Physical self-concept level boys and girls in general are in the medium category, (b) The level of student achievement motivation of men and women in general are in the category of being, (c) Level career planning to ward boys and girls in general are at a high category, (d) There are differences in physicalself-concept of boysandgirls, (e) There were no differences in achievement motivation and career planning boys and the women, (f) There contribution of physical self-concept and a chievement motivation on student career planning direction.
