Abstract

Abstract :One of the efforts made in creating a better self control and positif. By increasing the self control to not be involved in matters bad affecting and self harm so as todevelop themselves optimally with positive things. The Refore, researchers found it necessary to develop amaterial about the motivation of the organization which is expected to be used bythe teacher's guidance and counselling to be given to their students. This material was compiled using the method of research and development (R&D). The purpose of thisresearch is 1) Compile the material to the appropriate self control for students of class XI Accounting 2 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. 2) To find out the quality of the self control material produced. This material is validated by the supervising lecturer I, supervising lecturer II, teacher of guidance and counseling in the school and 42 Students class XIAccounting 2 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 pekanbaru. This materials are gived to the students with the allocation 4 times (4 x 45 '). This material consists of the meaning of self control, the purpose of self control, types of self control, function of self control, factors that affect the self control, strategy of self control and the benefits of exercise self control for thestudents. Research results from the development of this material shows the quality of the material produced is in the category of "Very Good", with the acquisition of score foroverall assessment of aspects of 4,42.Keywords: Development of guidance counseling materials, self control student

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the aggressive verbal description of students before and after being given a Role Playing technique, students 'aggressive verbal differences before and after being given a Role Playing technique and to reduce students' aggressive verbal skills through group guidance. The research method used is a quantitative method with the type of pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest research. The subjects of this study were eighth grade students of Pekanbaru State Junior High 1 with aggressive verbal high, amounting to 7 people. The instruments of data collection used were questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the Non Parametric statistical technique using the Wilcoxon Test and the Spearman Rank Test. The results showed that aggressive verbal students before being given role playing techniques through group guidance were mostly in the high category at 14% and after being given role playing techniques through the guidance of verbal aggressive groups students experienced a decrease in the moderate category of 71, 42% and in the moderate category 28.57%. Based on the Wilcoxon Test there are significant differences in student self-confidence before and after being given role playing techniques through group guidance with a significance value of 0.018 <α 0.05. Based on the Spearman Rank Test, it can be concluded that the relationship between role playing techniques through group guidance and student confidence is in the high category of 0.793 or 62.8%. Next to find out the coefficient of determination as follows: (rs) 2 = (0.793) 2 = 0.628. This means that the influence of role playing techniques through group guidance services to increase student self-confidence is 62.8% while 37.2% is influenced by other factors that originate in students and from the student environment.Key Words: Role Playing Technique, Self Confidence, Group Guidance

Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are 1) To know the description of academic procrastination level of students before and after the implementation of group guidance, 2) to know the difference of academic procastiasi level before and after group guidance in the experimental group, 3) to know the difference of academic procrastination level of pre test students with post test at Control group, 4) to know the difference of academic procrastination level of the students in the post test of the experimental group and post test of the control group, 5) to know the influence of group guidance on the level of academic procrastination of the learners. Data collection tool in the form of an academic procrastination questionnaire. The subjects of the study were students of class VII Junior High School 14 Pekanbaru, amounting to 41 people and divided into 2 experimental groups and 2 control groups. Determination of sample by using technique of Pusposive Sampling. Data analysis was performed using percentage technique, wilcoxon comparison, mann whiteney different test and rank spearman correlation. Where researchers chose class VII students because of the results of the phenomenon in the field. The result of data analysis showed that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.063 in group 1 and 0.024 in group 2 with a significance value of 0.05. Sig. (2-tailed)> 0.05 so that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected in group 1 and Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected in group 2. There is no significant correlation between group guidance to academic procrastination level in group 1 of 33.2% A significant relationship between group guidance on the level of academic procrastination in group 2 was 49.1%. This is evidenced by the correlation value of 0.577 and 0.701 so that the value of the correlation coefficient of group 1 at the level of moderate and group 2 at a strong level. Abstract

Abstract :This research is aimed at 1) To know the description of student self efficacy, 2) To know the description of student's learning behavior, 3) to know the description of student's cheating behavior, 4) to know the correlation between self efficacy and student's learning behavior, 5) to know the relationship between self efficacy and student's cheating behavior. Data collection tools such as questionnaires self eficacy, learning behavior and cheating. Subjects were all students of class X SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru, amounting to 370 people, but researchers only take 50% of the students of class X. The samples using Random Sampling technique. The data analysis was done by using percentage and Pearson product moment correlation. Where the researcher chose class X students because of the results of the phenomenon in the field. The results showed that students who have self efficacy mostly are in the medium category of 62.16%, students who have learning behavior mostly are in good enough category of 57.84% and students who have cheat behavior is almost mostly in the category Rarely 47.57%. There is a positive relationship between self efficacy and student learning behavior. This is evidenced by the correlation value of 0.511 and the value of p = 0.00. There is a negative relationship between self efficacy and student cheating behavior. This is evidenced by the correlation value of -0.514 and the value of p = 0.00.Keywords: Self Efficacy, Learning Behavior and Cheat Behavior

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out the general picture of the social problems of students, the picture of social problems of students with very high economic background, the picture of social problems of students with high economic background, the picture of social problems of students with a medium economic background , And to know the description of social problems of students with low economic background, in SMP Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. Technique of data retrieval in this research using questionnaire method, to collect data of social problem that experienced by student based on economic level of parent. Research subjects are all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Pekanbaru which amounted to 361 people. Determination of sample by using Saturation Sampling technique. Data analysis was done by using qualitative method with descriptive approach. Where researchers chose class VIII students because of the results of the phenomenon in the field. The results showed that the social problems experienced by students in general are in the category no problem that is equal to 48.75%, social problems with very high economic background is in the category enough problematic 60.00%, social problems with economic background High is in the category of no problem at 50.00%, social problems with economic background are in the category of quite problematic 55.00%, and on social problems with low economic background is in the category no problem of 48.79%.Key Words: Social problems, economic

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of group guidance service against social self concept of students is low. This research was conducted from March 2016 to may 2016. Research methods used are real methods of experimental with pretest-posttest pattern control group design. The subjects of the research in this study are student of class X with low social self concept as much as 10 students. Data collection instrument used was the now are open. Data analysis technique used is a non parametric statistical techniques. Based on the results of a test of wilcoxon research hypothesis turns out to be accepted there is a difference of social self concept of students before and after the implementation of the guidance group group experiments. Next after compared between experimental group and the control group test results based on the mann-whitney, there is a significant difference in the concept of social group experiments with students in the control group. Spearman Rank test based on the influence of the tutoring service group towards the concept of social self that is 42.2%.

Abstract

Abstract: This research to determine the effect ofservice information about self understandingof low self efficacy students class X Social SMA N 12 Pekanbaru academic year 2013-2014. Subjects were students of class X Social are low self efficacy .This research method is Quasy Experimental Research design. To determine differences in level self efficacy of students before and after information service about self understanding then use the pre experimental design One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data collection tool used was a questionnaire. Where samples were 31 people with a total sample technique. The description of the levels self efficacy of students before information service about self understanding given all of students in the low category. The description of the levels self efficacy student after information service about self understanding given average students in Class X Social SMA N 12 Pekanbaru in highter category. Based on the analysis of data by using the ttest and ttable (12.33> 2.021) than the results of the calculation of the determinant of the correlation coefficient r2 = 0.42 was obtained, which means there is a 42% contribution to the increasing level self efficacy of information service about self understanding student of class X Social SMA N 12 Pekanbaru academic year 2013-2014.Key words: information service , Self efficacy,self understanding

Abstract

Abstract: Many of demands and pressure experiences by satudents make it a burden caused by the low bility of stress management. In that regard school have an important role in improving stress management, especially for students in school. But so far the school has not shown efforts to handle it. Therefore, the researchers felt the need to develop a material about Stres Management that is expected to be used by guidance and counseling teacher to be delivered to students. This material is prepared using methods of research and development (R & D). The purpose of this research is 1) Establishment of the material in Stress Management in terms of clarity, systematics, image support, freshness and completeness of the materials and support games / video 2) To determine the quality of material produced. This material is validated by the supervisor 1 & 2 teachers and 40 students Counseling SMPN 13 Pekanbaru. This material is tested to the student with the allocation of a 3-hour lessons (3 x 40 '). This material consists of stress and the mean of stress, stress clasification, symptoms of stress, factors causing stress, the mean of stressor, the source of stress and nature of stressor, and a method to managing stress. The results of the development of this material indicates the quality of the material produced is in the category of " Good", with the acquisition of a score of 4.02 for the entire aspect of the assessment.Key Words: Modul Of Guidance and Counseling, Managing Stress

Abstract

Abstract : Social adjustment is an important in teenage life. Especially for students who are addicted to online games. The purpose of this research is to determine the image of online game addiction and social adjustment of students in school. Addicted online game students is who she/he play online games more than two hours. The subjects of this research are students who addicted to online games as much as 12 people by using purposive sampling and this research method is a descriptive quantitative. In this study the instrument used is a questionnaire. The results of the study found that in general the students know online games from their friends, in a day of students playing online games for 3 to 4 hours, funds in playing online games as much as Rp. 10,000 to Rp. 15,000 in a day, while for the type of game played war genre. The impact students feel due to playing online games is eye irritation, numbness or tingling hands and feelings want to get angry. The social adjustment of students who are addicted to online games is less good. In the aspect of real appearance are, generally many students who violate the rules of the school such as unplug in school hours, on the adjustment aspects of the group generally students play only with certain groups such as playing with fellow game fans. In generally at aspects of social attitudes, students prefer to play online games rather than actively participate in extracurricular activities at school, and on the personal satisfaction aspect students feel less satisfied when doing something alone.Keywords: Online Game Addiction, Social Adjustment.

Abstract

Abstract : This study purpose to know learn dicipline students before and after group tuition and to know how big influence of Tuition group to discipline learn Class student at class X SMA Handayani Pekanbaru academic year 2014/2015. problem is, 1)Determine level of learn discipline before tuition grup. 2) Determaine proses of tuition group with student learn discipline. 3) Determine effect of student learn discipline after tuition group. 4) To know the different learn discipline before and after tuition group. 5) To know effect level of student learn discipline with tuition group.The method used in the study was quasi experimental, quasi experimental studies in which no treatment was the dependent variable. Subjects of this study and the sample totaled 206 sudents were taken by random sampling technique were 30 samples from students of class X SMA Handayani Pekanbaru. The results of the data analysis that the appointment of acquisition is greater than t table t at 5%, = 2.000 (11,405> 2.000) , Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, which means that there are differences in the study significantly between student discipline before and after the implementation of group tuition services in class X SMA Handayani Pekanbaru of 38%.Keywords: group tuition, disciplinary learning, students
