Abstract

Motorcycles with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) technology require special maintenance including maintenance of the electronic control unit (ECU), sensors, actuators (injector and ignition coil), and fuel pump. Therefore, workshops that are engaged in motorcycle maintenance services, such as sabar garage, must continue to upgrade their skills to meet market needs. Based on the analysis of the situation and technical problems at the sabar garage workshop, it was concluded that the mechanics had difficulty measuring the compression ratio and fuel pump pressure. The results of the analysis were then discussed and activities were determined, namely a training program in the form of measuring the compression ratio and fuel pump pressure on motorcycles with EFI technology. This is intended so that sabar garage mechanics are able to operate compression gauges and fuel testers. The training was carried out for 1 day with a practical theoretical method. Partner contributions include providing practical objects, namely motorcycles with EFI technology and tool boxes. The results show that mechanics are able to measure the compression ratio and fuel pump pressure on motorcycles with EFI technology. The expected impact is an increase in service and productivity of the workshop so that it correlates with an increase in the income of the workshop.

Abstract

If inheritance assets are transferred, the economic well-being of heirs should increase. However, conflicts among heirs often prevent this, resulting in unproductive or disputed assets with unclear ownership. These disputes significantly hinder the economic progress of the heirs. This article attempts to propose a solution to the problem. According to Islamic inheritance principle, before distribution, there are three obligations must be fulfilled: handling the body’s costs, repaying the deceased’s debts, and executing their will within limits. Afterward, remaining assets can be distributed among entitled heirs according to Islamic inheritance laws. The remaining assets, termed inheritance, can enhance heirs economic empowerment when distributed. The asset management approach that focuses on Islamic inheritance is expected to further impetus for the economic strengthening of individual beneficiaries specifically, as well as benefit the Muslim community and the general public in the country, such as alleviating conflicts and cultivating heightened economic activity. This qualitative study utilizes a library research approach with phenomenological lens. Based on the literature review conducted, asset management based on the principles of Islamic heritage with the aim of increasing economic empowerment is: providing education to families about Islamic inheritance; accurately record ownership of property, debts, and receivables; the written documents as proof of ownership of asset, and the determination of inheritance rights and their division should be held; utilizing inheritance assets productively to establish sustainable individual or family finances.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the roles of organizational trust on the individual readiness for HR management system change at PT "X" Bandung. High level of individual readiness for change will increase the effectiveness of organizational change program. Population of this study was employees of PT "X" Bandung. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling technique with the criteria of being a permanent employee and having worked at least 1 year at PT “X”Bandung. A total of 100 respondents participated in this study. Data collection methods using individual readiness for change scale and organizational trust scale. Reliability score for individual readiness for is 0.919 and reliability score of organizational trust is 0.844. Simple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotesis. Result indicated a significant effect organizational trust on the individual readiness for HR management system change at PT "X" Bandung. Data analysis showed that organizational trust play a role in improving individual readiness for changes (R2 = 0.085; p <0.05). This means that contribution of individual readiness changes is 8.5% and 91.5% is influenced by other factors not measured in this study.

Abstract

Nausea and vomiting during pregnancy are among the most common complaints experienced by pregnant women. One form of non-pharmacological therapy that can be used is ginger aromatherapy. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of ginger essential oil inhalation on the frequency of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women with first trimester emesis gravidarum at 'Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital. This study was categorised as an experimental study with one experimental group. The population in this study was all pregnant women experiencing emesis gravidarum. During the research period in September 2025, there were 60 respondents. The sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula, which yielded 52 respondents. The research instrument used was the PUQE 24. The data were analysed using the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study showed that before being given ginger essential oil inhalation, most respondents experienced moderate nausea and vomiting, numbering 35 (67.4%) respondents. After being given the inhalation, most respondents did not experience nausea and vomiting, numbering 22 (42.3%) respondents. There was an effectiveness of ginger essential oil inhalation on the frequency of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women with first trimester emesis gravidarum at 'Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05.
