Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test implication of motivation intrinsic and motivation extrinsic to employee performance and to determine which variables dominant to employee performance. This research was conducted in PT PERTAMINA RU V (persero) and using simple random probability sampling which generate in 100 respondents. Type of research used in this research is explanatory research. Simultaneously the influence of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee performance is significant and positive. Partially, intrinsic motivation significantly influence employee performance, whereas extrinsic motivation no significant effect on the performance of the employee. In this research also found that the dominant influence intrinsic motivation rather than extrinsic motivation on employee performance. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional dan motivasi kerja terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pegawai Unit Pelaksana Teknis Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno Kota Blitar yang dimoderasi oleh budaya organisasi. Penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatori ini menilai hubungan antar variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Dari populasi 103 pegawai kantor tersebut, 97 orang bersedia terlibat. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dari kuesioner berskala Likert 5 poin dan dianalisis menggunakan kuadrat terkecil parsial di SmartPLS versi 4.0.9.6. Uji instrumen dan uji-t juga dilakukan pada model luar dan dalam. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa (1) gaya kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, (2) motivasi kerja berbanding terbalik dengan perilaku kerja inovatif, (3) budaya organisasi memperkuat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan situasional terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, dan (4) organisasi budaya memperkuat pengaruh negatif motivasi kerja terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan jaminan sosial terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksplanatori yaitu menjelaskan hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel penelitian melalui pengujian hipotesis yang dirumuskan. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 196 responden yang merupakan pegawai RSUD 'Aisyiyah Bojonegoro. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala likert. Uji instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, jaminan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, jaminan sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja, dan jaminan sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja

Abstract

The study attempts to reveal how civil servant employee voice conduct should be raised by their supervisor in order to make the relocation process of Indonesia's capital from Jakarta to Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN)- the new name of Indonesia new capital successful. Using a qualitative approach, interpretative phenomenological analysis with an in-depth semi-structured interview is used in this study to explore in detail how participants are making sense of their personal perception regarding their movement to the IKN. The findings of this study found several important factors that are taken into consideration by civil servants in facing the relocation process to IKN, namely the support of family and partners, availability of infrastructure (accessibility to quality education, public services, transportation, and health facilities), accessibility of information, open socialization. and sustainable, as well as the role of leaders in bringing about change.

Abstract

In this era, innovation is needed in running an organization in order to survive and be sus-tainable in the future. The objective of this research is to identify and elucidate the effects of workplace environment, compensation, and learning organization on innovative work behavior. In this exploratory study, the causal relationships of those variables were corrob-orated via hypothesis testing. Using census sampling, all 45 employees of PT BPR Mentari Terang, a rural bank in Tuban, were selected as samples. The data was harvested through validity and reliability-tested Likert questionnaires and was analyzed descriptively and statistically using multiple linear regression in SPSS version 26. This study finds that work-place environment significantly influences employee’s innovative work behavior, compen-sation does not affect the innovative work behavior, and that organizational learning sig-nificantly affects the innovative work behavior. Therefore, companies are expected to continue to improve the conditions of the office work environment, hold company tours or recreation involving all employees, entertainment, and other things that can support em-ployee well-being, increase interest in learning so that employees feel interested and happy in carrying out the tasks given by the company.

Abstract

This explanatory quantitative study aims to examine how transformational leadership style and Islamic work ethics influence sustainable human resource performance at SMP IT Al Mumtaz in Pontianak, with intrinsic motivation as a moderating variable. This census study included all 50 employees as the sample. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using multiple linear regression in IBM SPSS 30.0 for Windows. The study found that transformational leadership style, Islamic work ethics, and intrinsic motivation significantly positively affect sustainable human resource performance. Furthermore, intrinsic motivation mediates the relationship between transformational leadership style and sustainable human resource performance but does not mediate the effect of Islamic work ethics on sustainable human resource performance.

Abstract

Purpose: This community engagement program aimed to introduce beginner researchers to MAXQDA, a qualitative data analysis software, to enhance their understanding and application of qualitative research methods. The initiative sought to address the low interest in qualitative research by providing practical tools and training that simplify data interpretation and improve academic writing. Method: The program was conducted through face-to-face sessions, including theoretical instruction and hands-on practice. Participants learned to install and operate MAXQDA, analyze interview data, and visualize findings using features such as word clouds and code matrices. Practical Applications: The training enabled participants to conduct qualitative research more effectively, improving their ability to manage complex data and present results clearly. It also fostered greater interest in qualitative inquiry and encouraged the use of digital tools in academic research. Conclusion: MAXQDA proved to be a valuable tool for beginner researchers, enhancing their analytical skills and confidence in qualitative research. The program contributed to the development of methodological competence and improved the quality of academic writing.
