Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan karakter tanggung jawab siswa melalui pendekatan CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) pada mata pelajaran Fiqih di MI I’Anatusshibyan 1. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas dengan kualitatif deskriptif dan kuantitatif deskriptif tipe Classroom Action Research (CAR). Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen penelitian yaitu observasi, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan terhadap karakter tanggung jawab siswa dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Hasil observasi karakter tanggung jawab siswa di kelas I dapat digambarkan pada tahap prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II. Dari pelaksanaan prasiklus diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 1.55 atau 38.94% berada pada kategori kurang, selanjutnya dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I. Hasil observasi pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata  sebesar 2.10 atau 52.63% berada pada kategori cukup. Dari hasil pengamatan pada siklus I peneliti mendapat beberapa hambatan, kemudian dilakukan perbaikan atau penyempurnaan baik pada tahap perencanaan yakni RPP sampai tahap pelaksanaan pada siklus II. Hasil observasi pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3.02 atau 75.52% berada pada kategori baik. Dengan demikian terdapat peningkatan nilai karakter tanggung jawab siswa dari tahap prasiklus sampai siklus II sebesar 1.46 atau 36.57%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan CTL dapat meningkatkan karakter tanggung jawab siswa kelas I di MI I’Anatusshibyan 1.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Islamic education in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly, but quality is still a problem in most of Islamic educations. One of the problems is how the quality of Islamic education can be increased by improving behavior management. The purpose of this study was to describe the integrated management of behavior management-based education in Islamic education. A literature review research method or literature search was carried out in this study. Finding showed that behavioral management in Islamic education is basically management based on people, that places humans as the main factor that must be considered, humanized, supported, respected, and fulfilled all their needs. There are seven factors that influence behavior management in Islamic education, namely motivation, superior culture, leadership, communication, reward and punishment, strategic management and integrated quality management. Behavioral management has an important role in Total Quality Management in Islamic Education. ABSTRAK Pendidikan Islam di Indonesia pada saat ini telah berkembang dengan pesat, tetapi kualitas masih merupakan masalah di sebagian besar Pendidikan Islam tersebut. Salah satu masalah Pendidikan Islam adalah bagaimana kualitas Pendidikan Islam dapat meningkat dengan memperbaiki manajemen perilaku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguraikan manajemen mutu terpadu pendidikan berbasis manajemen perilaku pada Pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelusuran kepustakaan sebagai metode penelitian. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perilaku dalam Pendidikan Islam pada dasarnya adalah manajemen berbasis pada manusia, yang menempatkan manusia sebagai faktor utama yang harus diperhatikan, dimanusiakan, didukung, dihormati, dan dipenuhi segala kebutuhannya. Ada tujuh faktor yang mempengaruhi manajemen perilaku dalam pendidikan Islam, yaitu motivasi, budaya unggul, kepemimpinan, komunikasi, reward and punishment, manajemen strategis dan manajemen mutu terpadu. Manajemen perilaku memiliki peran penting dalam Total Quality Management dalam Pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Balanced Scorecards (BSC) is one of the management and measurement systems used to measure the work efficiency of an institution. In Indonesia, the BSC is used as a tool for measuring the performance of higher education institutions, only a few have written about its use at the elementary and secondary school levels. Contrary to what the experts found about the poor condition of Indonesian education, the results of the BSC measurement from the study literature show the opposite condition. Is there any other meaning of these results? The success of the BSC is associated with the vision and mission of the educational institution, that's why the BSC is private and does not describe a strategy for education in general. If a benchmark of Islamic education is made and supported by longitudinal research, it will help the long-term achievement of Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to measure or analyze whether there is a significant correlation or relationship between the use of Quizizz media and the learning motivation of class VIII students in Islamic education subjects at SMPN 1 Bogor. This study uses a correlational quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Bogor as many as 296 students. The sample of this study was 25% of class VIII SMPN 1 Bogor, which was 74 students. Data was collected using a questionnaire and documentation techniques. While the data analysis technique uses statistical techniques, using product moment correlation to find the relationship between the two variables. The results of data analysis showed a positive correlation between the use of Quizizz media and the variable of student learning motivation with the value obtained by the value of rcount = 0.495. Thus, when compared to the value of rcount with the value of rtable, by taking a significance level of 5% and degrees of freedom n-2 = 74 – 2 = 72. Thus, the value of rcount > rtable = 0.495 > 0.232. Then based on testing the significance of the correlation coefficient using the t test formula, the tcount value is 4.833 and the ttable value at = 0.05 is 1.666, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

Classroom management is a problem faced by both new teachers and even senior teachers. This is because the emotional state of students is always changing. Today's enthusiasm and enthusiasm is not necessarily tomorrow. So that profesional teachers are teachers who are able to manage the class well so that the learning process always runs effectively, efficiently, encouragingly and achieves the expected goals. Teachers who do not carry out classroom management and only position or portray themselves as authority figures or discipnarians tend to fail than teachers who carry out classroom management as a process of establishing and maintaining an effective learning environment. This study aims to describe the application of classroom management through the quiz-quiz trade cooperative learning model in learning Arabic. This model was chosen to get an effective, fun learning atmosphere and of course to help students learn Arabic, especially muhadatsah (conversation). This research was conducted at SMP IT Al Binaa Bekasi class IX with the results that 62.5% of students agreed that they were happy and felt helped by this method, 12.5% strongly agreed, and 22% disagreed. In terms of whether this model makes it easier for students to practice communicating in Arabic, the resulting data is 67.5% agree, 22.5% strongly agree and only 10% choose to disagree. So it can be concluded that the cooperative learning model of the quiz-quiz trade in Arabic language learning must be mastered by teachers in managing their classes to achieve effective learning.AbstrakManajemen kelas menjadi masalah yang dihadapi para guru baik guru baru bahkan guru senior sekalipun. Hal ini karena kondisi emosional siswa selalu berubah-ubah. Hari ini semangat dan antusias belum tentu besok. Sehingga guru yang profesional adalah guru yang mampu mengelola kelas dengan baik sehingga proses pembelajaran selalu berjalan efektif, efisien, menggembirakan dan mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Guru yang tidak melaksanakan manajemen kelas dan hanya memosisikan atau memerankan diri sebagai figur otoritas atau penegak disiplin (authority figures or disclipnarians) cenderung gagal daripada guru yang melaksanakan manajemen kelas sebagai proses pemapanan dan pemeliharaan (establishing and maintaining) lingkungan belajar yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan manajemen kelas melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif quiz-quiz trade dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Model ini dipilih untuk mendapatkan suasana belajar efektif, menyenangkan dan tentunya membantu siswa dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab khususnya muhadatsah (percakapan). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP IT Al Binaa Bekasi kelas IX dengan hasil sebanyak 62,5% siswa setuju bahwa mereka senang dan merasa terbantu dengan metode ini, 12,5% sangat setuju, dan sebanyak 22% tidak setuju. Dalam hal apakah model ini memudahkan siswa untuk berlatih komunikasi dengan bahasa Arab, dihasilkan data 67,5% setuju, 22,5% sangat setuju dan hanya 10% yang memilih tidak setuju. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan model kooperatif quiz-quiz trade pada pembelajaran bahasa Arab harus dikuasai oleh para guru dalam mengelola kelas mereka untuk mencapai pembelajaran yang efektif.

Abstract

Di era perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, pengunaan internet menjadi sangat mudah. Hal ini disebabkan kebutuhan terhadap akses informasi, gaya hidup, komunikasi, hiburan, dan pengetahuan yang tersedia pada berbagai sosial media. Media sosial memiliki peranan dalam pembentukan jati diri seseorang dan tingginya penggunaan sosial media dikalangan mahasiswa akan berdampak pada kesehatan mentalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas penggunaan media sosial dengan kesehatan mental mahasiswa PAI Universitas Ibn Khaldun Bogor. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian  kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional (correlational reserch). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 87 mahasiswa PAI. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampling yaitu simple random sampling. Analisis data dengan uji Korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil  dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang negatif signifikan antara intensitas penggunaan media sosial dengan kesehatan mental mahasiswa PAI. Hasil koefisien korelasi menghasilkan r = -0,220 dengan taraf signifikansi p =  0,041 (< 0,05). Artinya semakin tinggi intensitas mahasiswa dalam menggunakan media sosial maka semakin rendah kesehatan mentalnya. Berlaku juga sebaliknya semakin rendah intensitas penggunaan media sosial maka kesehatan mental akan semakin tinggi.

Abstract

This thesis is the background that SDN Ciomas 4 Bogor is one of the formal educational institutions that implements distance learning so that it requires schools to be able to make this teaching and learning process effective and efficient. Teachers as educators are required to be able to carry out teaching and learning activities through online. With the problems or obstacles that occur in the process of giving value to student learning outcomes in online learning. The goal is to find out what assessment strategies are effective for teachers to use in assessing students. and to find out the obstacles experienced by teachers and students in online learning. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Using a case study approach, which is a method used to collect and analyze data in a particular case. The results showed that the research strategy used by the Class 5 teacher at SDN Ciomas 4 during this online learning was to create a whatsapp group where the assessment activities could run as they should. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan budaya Islami di SMAIT Ummul Quro Bogor.  Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Langkah selanjutnya adalah teknik analisis data reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan Perencanaan manajemen kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan budaya Islami di SMAIT Ummul Quro Bogor meliputi : (1) pemahaman mengenai budaya sekolah Islami (2) Mengadakan musyawarah dalam merumuskan dan merencanakan budaya sekolah Islami (3) Latar Belakang, Tujuan, dan Visi-Misi Sekolah (4) Langkah-langkah dan sosialisasi budaya sekolah Islami (5) Sasaran budaya sekolah Islami. Pengorganisasian kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan budaya Islami di SMAIT Ummul Quro Bogor meliputi : (1) Peran Kepala Sekolah dalam menjalankan budaya sekolah (2) Peran wakil kepala sekolah, guru, dan komite dalam mewujudkan budaya sekolah Islami (3) Terdapat Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Abstract

The issue in this research is how is the learning method applied in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al Ghazaly Bogor ? To that end, this study aims to describe the learning methods applied in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al Ghazaly Bogor.  This study uses descriptive qualitative method with primary data collection through in-depth interviews and observation while secondary is data obtained through documentation.The study showed that The application of learning methods in Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Al Ghazaly Bogor has not been effective because it still uses conventional methods like lecture methods, discussion methods, demonstration methods, and Resitation methods. There needs to be a variety of learning methods so that the learning process is active, creative and enjoyable.

Abstract

This research is about how the relationship of muhadhoroh activities of students to communication skills. This research was conducted at Ar-Ridho Sentul Modern Islamic Boarding School. The problem of this research is how muhadhoroh activities on students, how communication skills on students and how is the relationship between muhadhoroh activities on communication skills. The purpose of this study was to determine how muhadhoroh activities on students, how communication skills on students and how the relationship between muhadhoroh activities on communication skills. The method used is quantitative descriptive, the data collected is obtained from the results of the questionnaire, the results of the study state that: The relationship of muhadhoroh activities of students to communication skills is 53.3%. The results of these calculations through the determination test analysis (KD) = r2 x 100% or 0.533 x 100% = 53.3%. In addition, in the calculation results through the significance test analysis Fcount (60.439) > Ftable (3.175) with Sig. (0.002) < ɑ (0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
