Abstract

Manajemen mutu sarana perpustakaan memiliki peranan penting dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Garut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam manajemen mutu sarana perpustakaan di pondok pesantren tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk mengidentifikasi praktik-praktik manajemen mutu yang dilakukan di perpustakaan Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Garut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Garut telah menerapkan langkah-langkah yang komprehensif dalam manajemen mutu sarana perpustakaan. Langkah pertama adalah melakukan evaluasi kebutuhan, di mana dilakukan penilaian terhadap kebutuhan pengguna perpustakaan serta pemahaman mendalam tentang sumber daya yang diperlukan. Perencanaan anggaran juga menjadi langkah penting dalam memastikan alokasi dana yang memadai untuk mendukung kebutuhan sarana perpustakaan. Selanjutnya, seleksi dan akuisisi dilakukan dengan hati-hati untuk memilih buku dan materi referensi yang relevan dan berkualitas tinggi. Pengorganisasian koleksi buku diatur dengan baik agar pengguna dapat dengan mudah mengakses sumber daya perpustakaan. Pemeliharaan dan perbaikan rutin juga dilakukan untuk menjaga kualitas sarana perpustakaan, termasuk peralatan dan fasilitas. Pelatihan dan pengembangan staf perpustakaan menjadi fokus penting dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka dalam mengelola perpustakaan. Evaluasi dan perbaikan secara berkala dilakukan untuk mengukur mutu sarana perpustakaan serta mengidentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang langkah-langkah yang diambil dalam manajemen mutu sarana perpustakaan di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Garut. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan bagi pengelola perpustakaan di institusi serupa dalam (1) manajemen perpustakaan pesantren, (2) manajemen pelayanan perpustakaan untuk meningkatkan mutu, dan (3) manajemen pustakawan agar memberikan manfaat yang optimal kepada pengguna perpustakaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen  sekolah dasar Islam terpadu (SDIT ) Al Firdaus, dengan memfokuskan pada manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) yaitu  tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, manajemen keuangan, serta apa saja faktor pendukung dan hambatan yang dihadapi dalam merealisasikan manajemen sekolah dasar Islam terpadu (SDIT) Al Firdaus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu (SDIT) Al Firdaus Cijeruk Bogor. Alasan melakukan penelitian disekolah tersebut karena sekolah itu diminati oleh masyarakat sekitar walaupun baru merintis kurang lebih selama lima tahun. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriftif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, pengamatan secara langsung  serta studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu Ketua Yayasan,Kepala Sekolah dan bagian Tata Usaha (TU). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian adalah pertama, manajemen perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan kontrol pengawasan terhadap pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang telah dilakukan di sekolah dasar Islam terpadu (SDIT) Al Firdaus yang telah diterapkan berjalan cukup baik. Kedua, manajemen keuangan utnuk pembiayaan operasional lembaga tersebut hanya mengandalkan pemasukan dari yayasan, donatur dan partisipasi. Ketiga,f aktor pendukung dalam merealisasikan manajemen sekolah. Keempat, hambatan dalam merealisasikan manajmen sekolah

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujun untuk membahas kinerja guru bahasa inggris guna meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptiif. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah Formatif Sumatif Evaluation Model. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Evaluasi Kinerja Guru Bahasa Inggris Guna Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor yaitu: kinerja guru dalam belajar mengajar sudah baik karena guru selalu melakukan langkah-langkah yang harus dipersiapkan sebelum pelaksanaan pembelajaran, Mutu Pendidikan dalam pelajaran bahasa Inggris memiliki mutu yang baik dilihat dari pemahaman dan prestasi yang diraih peserta didik adapun kendalanya adalah belum adanya labroratorium bahasa bagi guru pengajar juga peserta didik namun demikian dapat memanfaatkan sarana prasarana yang ada seperti perpustakaan.Abstract:  This research purpose to discuss the performance of English teachers to improve the quality of education at MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The evaluation model used is the Formative Summative Evaluation Model. The object of this research is MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor. The results of the study stated that the Evaluation of the Performance of English Teachers to Improve the Quality of Education at MA Darunnajah 2 Cipining Bogor, namely: the teacher's performance in teaching and learning was good because the teacher always carried out the steps that had to be prepared before the implementation of learning, the Quality of Education in English lessons had a quality which is good in terms of understanding and achievements achieved by students. The obstacle is that a language laboratory for teaching teachers and students must be available. However, they can utilize existing infrastructure, such as libraries.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia with a focus on the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. The Independent Curriculum is an educational initiative that gives schools and teachers freedom to develop curricula and learning methods to improve the quality of education. SDGs, on the other hand, are global programs aimed at achieving sustainable development throughout the world. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data from various literary sources, including books, articles, documentation, magazines and newspapers. The research results show that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum consists of three stages: Independent Learning, Independent Change, and Independent Sharing. PAI teachers face challenges in understanding the SDGs and integrating them into the PAI curriculum. However, they also have the opportunity to link religious values ​​with SDGs principles in learning. This research concludes that PAI teachers have a key role in achieving sustainable development goals by integrating religious values ​​with SDGs principles. By collaborating with pioneer schools that have successfully adopted the Independent Curriculum, PAI teachers can become important agents of change in efforts to realize the SDGs program in Indonesia.

Abstract

To achieve success, every educational institution requires good management. One way is to make management arrangements, so that the process of developing Islamic culture can take place effec-tively and efficiently. This study aims to analyze planning, organizing, driving and supervising management in SMA Pesat Bogor City. This paper is a qualitative research that conducts in-depth observations at the Pesat High School in Bogor City. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results obtained show that man-agement and planning activities started with deliberations held with the vice principal and teachers to design the RKT and RKJM; organizing in the form of dividing tasks and roles with school mem-bers; mobilization carried out in the form of motivation and guidance to produce Islamic culture including in fostering morals, worship, and Islamic learning content; and supervision in the form of follow-up with rewards and punishments.

Abstract

The tradition of reading Barzanji's poems in Cianjur District seems to be decreasing and decreasing. The causal factors include 1) the lack of socialization and training from Barzanji speakers towards the younger generation, 2) the lack of interest and attention from the younger generation to learn the recitation of Barzanji's poems, 3) the absence of a specific institution to deepen Islamic cultural art in terms of this is the preservation of the tradition of reading Barzanji's poetry, 4) the rapid flow of infiltration of non-Islamic culture towards the Muslim community so that the Muslim community knows and applies non-Islamic cultures more than the Islamic culture itself. Furthermore, the author conveys that this research will describe the results of data analysis on the meaning and values ​​of Moral Education in the tradition of reading Barzanji's Poems in the community of Cianjur Regency. This method is descriptive. An effort to preserve the Barzanji tradition in the community of Cianjur Regency includes: 1) Improving the learning and training process for the Barzanji Tradition at Majlis Ta'lim and Islamic boarding schools so that the Barzanji tradition can be passed down from generation to generation, 2) Organizing a Barzanji festival periodically with involving religious institutions and schools, especially during religious holidays, 3) making or incorporating Barzanji poetry into teaching materials in Islamic Religious Education or Indonesian language subjects in schools from elementary to tertiary level, 4 ) Carrying out intensive outreach regarding the historicity and meaning of Barzanji's poetry to the wider community both in urban and rural areas.

Abstract

Islamic education is one of the important pillars in shaping the character and personality of students. However, to achieve optimal quality of education, a systematic and effective managerial approach is needed. Total Quality Management (TQM) is one approach that can be applied in Islamic education to improve the quality of education and customer satisfaction, which in this context are students, parents, and the community. This journal examines the application of TQM principles in Islamic education to improve the quality of learning and ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction with an approach based on continuous improvement, process management, and the involvement of all parties. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that refers to library data and interview results. This study intends to understand the situation about what happened to the research subjects. This method aims to describe or explain in full the occurrence of various phenomena studied. The results of this study indicate that. The improvements that Al-Munawwaroh Middle School implements are consistent and ongoing improvements in each school year. The way to find out what customers want is by working with the school committee to become a mediator or convey messages or hopes from the community to the school.

Abstract

Problems of learning activities in educational institutions are influenced by several factors including the use of teaching materials, conventional learning methods, and low student interest in learning. The learning process that feels boring makes it difficult for students to receive the material presented, because the learning only focuses on information from one side (Teacher Center). In addition, the world of education today has the development of information and communication technology that has a very large influence, including on digital learning sources that are easy to access. Therefore, the learning system becomes easier with the existence of digital-based learning modules that can be accessed anywhere and anytime and become teaching materials in explaining learning materials. This study aims to determine the feasibility of developing a flipbook-based PAI module on the material of believing in Allah and His Messenger for grade IV in elementary schools. This study is a type of Research and Development (R&D) research and development with the ADDIE model consisting of five stages, namely Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The research data sources consist of the results of observations and interviews and questionnaires with experts, principals, Islamic Religious Education teachers and students. Meanwhile, statistical data were obtained from the results of questionnaires from experts, practitioners and students analyzed using a Likert scale. The results of this study obtained a flipbook-based PAI module on the material of faith in Allah and His Messenger for grade IV with decent and very good results, based on suggestions/input and assessments from experts and practitioners. Thus, the flipbook-based PAI module can be used as teaching materials for teachers and students in the learning process at school.

Abstract

This article discusses the Islamic education administration management system, because administration has a very important role in achieving the goals of educational institutions. The success of education is not only determined by the vision and mission that has been formulated by the educational institution, but this success is determined by the ability and appropriateness of the administration in its management of education. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative through a literature review approach (library research). Data sources in this research are reports, news, articles and other documents relevant to the topic of discussion. The data collection technique involves searching for various data sources such as books, journals, and research that has been carried out. In this research, researchers collected data using books, journals, and research on Islamic education administration management. The data analysis technique in this research uses the content analysis method (Content Analysis) through inductive and deductive approaches. The technique in this research aims to analyze the meanings contained in all ideas related to management systems in Islamic education administration.
