Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the stigma of Equality Education graduates from the employer's point of view and its impact on their decision to accept prospective workers from Equality Education graduates. Equality education is known as a flexible education system that is not limited by age, time, or learning methods. The flexibility of the learning system is considered by the community that equality education is a place to get a diploma with the easy way. On the other hand, in the world of work, competencies are needed that must be possessed by job applicants. One of these competencies is generated from the learning process in the scope of formal and non-formal education. Employers in deciding to accept a worker certainly have considerations, one of which is of course the stigma that is formed in society. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 100 employers (HRD/Personnel/Business Owners) in Tasikmalaya City. Collecting data using a questionnaire and deepened by interviews. Data analysis with descriptive approach and simple linear regression analysis using statistical software version 23.0 for windows. The results showed that the stigma of equality education graduates had a positive but not significant effect on job acceptance decisions.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic institutions that organize learning, deepen, practice Islamic law. The routine of the daily activities of the santri is in accordance with the existing regulations, this is intended to build self-discipline and self-discipline habits from the santri. This study aims to determine how high the effect of understanding the rules on the discipline of students. This study used a quantitative method with a total sample of 32 students at the Tanjung Resik At-Taqwa Islamic Boarding School, Tasikmalaya City. The research instrument uses a questionnaire filled out by respondents after conducting validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 23. The results of data analysis are indicated by the t value on the disciplinary variable (Y) worth 6,756, while the Sig. of 0.000. indicated the value of Sig. < Alpha 0.05 then Ha is accepted, Adjusted R Square of 0.590 means that 59% of the contribution of the variable understanding of discipline (X) to discipline (Y) and 41% is not included in the model. While the correlation value in this study with R 0.777a shows a strong relationship between the variable understanding of discipline (X) and the variable discipline (Y). Thus it can be stated that the understanding of the rules affects the discipline of the students.

Abstract

Lembaga Kursus Pelatihan adalah bagian dari pendidikan nonformal yang dibentuk dengan tujuan memberdayakan masyarakat agar dapat menciptakan generasi yang memiliki potensi yang mendukung kemajuan masyarakat melalui program pelatihan sebagai penyediaan fasilitas untuk melaksanakan pengembangan potensi yang dimilikinya. Tanpa terkecuali di Lembaga kursus pelatihan walaupun dengan warga belajar yang variatif baik dari segi usia maupun latar belakangnya, agar pembelajaran dapat berhasil menciptakan potensi yang berkualitas bagi warga belajarnya, maka diperlukan salah satunya sikap disiplin dalam mengikuti pembelajarannya. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian untuk mengkaji tentang pengaruh tingkat kedisiplinan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik, dengan studi di LKP Yuwita Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yaitu bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel bebas yaitu kedisiplinan dan variabel terikat yaitu hasil belajar melalui teknik pengumpulan data dengan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang terdiri dari 28 pernyataan positif yang telah lulus uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan uji normalitas, uji heteroskedasitas untuk melakukan analisis regresi dan korelasi sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa Ho ditolak yang berarti hubungan variabel bebas (X) atau kedisiplinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan variabel terikat (Y) atau hasil belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh motivasi belajar tentang hasil belajar Mahasiswa Pendidikan Masyarakat 2021. Tujuan adanya penelitian ini agar dapat mengukur tingkat keberhasilan hasil belajar agar termotivasi belajar yang dimiliki oleh Mahasiswa Pendidikan Masyarakat 2021. Pengukuran adanya hasil belajar dilakukan agar dapat mengetahui perubahan perilaku Mahasiswa ke arah yang lebih baik untuk memberikan dorangan motivasi terhadap mahasiswa untuk senantiasa mengembangkan hasil belajarnya. Seperti yang kita ketahui, Mahasiswa Pendidikan Masyarakat 2021 merupakan mahasiswa baru di dunia perkuliahan.penelitian ini membahas adanya  pengaruh yang dimiliki sebagai masa transisi dari siswa ke mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode analisis regresi linear sederhana. Adapun penelitian ini juga memiliki hasil dari motivasi belajar yang berdampak terhadap hasil belajar degan presentase 21,2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 78,8% merupakan kontribusi dari variabel lain.

Abstract

Waste is a result of production activities from both industry and household activities that are discarded as unused materials. The issue of waste has become a very important and well-known issue among the entire population. The increasing population and more complex human activities further exacerbate the waste problem. Unfortunately, this does not affect people's awareness and the lack of public effort to maintain a clean environment and avoid indiscriminate waste disposal. This location of the community service is located at SDN Kudanguyah in Tasikmalaya, West Java, with a method of socialization. The results of the activity are divided into three parts: planning, which contains activities to identify needs and understanding of the waste bank. The second part is the implementation of activities, which contains technical waste management activities. The third part is the evaluation, which contains activities that record problems that occurred during the implementation of the activity. The conclusion is that the waste management socialization activity is considered successful with increased enthusiasm from the targets in the implementation of the activity and the follow-up after the activity which will actually implement the waste bank in waste management in the target area.

Abstract

Mangkubumi especially Sambongpari is still not aware of the environment. In addition, the source of water for rice fields is still using flowing rivers. This can make the river contaminated from household waste and garbage which is feared to affect the quality of crops and have an impact on human health. MCK is not in accordance with applicable regulations and well spacing is also not appropriate will cause soil contamination and soil pollution occurs. this is exacerbated by a consumptive society and a lack of community action in caring for the environment. in this case the researcher observes the activities carried out by the community regarding the area that will be used as the object of counseling. identification of problems and potential environmental impacts of observed activities. identify patterns of change or problems that arise. this asks questions to community leaders and related parties concerned with environmental care counseling related to the behavior and habits of the Mangkubumi community in order to find out how far the community has knowledge about environmental issues and how far they care about the environment. this will provide solutions and solutions to existing problems from environmental awareness counseling actions. This program was carried out on October 28, 2022 with the theme "My Actions for My Earth" PPPHL and the local community. The presentation of the material was carried out very well, while the form of tree planting and mutual cooperation was carried out on October, 30 2022 for one full day. Tree seeds for tree planting were obtained from the forestry service, this tree planting event was highly appreciated by the forestry service because planting trees is like giving good life to other living things. Developing environmental education programs in schools and educational institutions to increase public awareness, starting from the child level to maturity. Support plastic waste reduction initiatives by providing eco-friendly alternatives and educational campaigns. Involving the community in critical land rehabilitation programs and restoring natural ecosystem functions. Providing information and tips to the public on how to save energy and water to the community.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a peer teaching-based training marketplace application that can enhance the skills of Community Education students at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Siliwangi. The research method used is the Four D Model, which consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate phases. The Define phase involves data collection and gathering information about the issues and needs faced by Community Education students at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Siliwangi. Subsequently, in the Design phase, the design of the peer teaching-based training marketplace application is created, involving various experts and specialists in the field. The Develop phase entails the actual development and construction of the peer teaching-based training marketplace application. The application is equipped with features to facilitate knowledge and skill-sharing among students, such as discussion forums, course selection, and an assessment system. The final phase, Disseminate, involves testing the application with Community Education students at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Siliwangi. This research aims to contribute to the development of education in Indonesia, particularly in enhancing the skills of Community Education students at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Siliwangi. The peer teaching-based training marketplace application developed in this research can serve as an alternative for students to improve their skills and deepen their understanding of their respective fields.

Abstract

In a learning activity, an individual is an actor in determining the success of the learning process. Learning results will be less than maximum when there is no awareness, will, or involvement of students in learning. As a student should be able to take responsibility for what he has done and not rely on others to do the task, every student should have an attitude of learning independence. This study aims to be able to know: 1) the relationship between independence of learning and the results of learning Arabic in Nashrul Haq Al-Islamy; 2) the independence of studying in Pondok Pesantren Nashrul Haq Al-Islamy; and 3) the results of studying Arabic at Nashral Haq El-Iislamy. The quantitative approach used in this study is correlational. The study involved a sample of 49 cells. Data is then collected using an analytical research instrument. Of the 30 statements tested first, only 20 could be validated, with a reliability value of 0.814. The results of the study of students at the Nashrul Haq Al-Islamy Training Hall showed that learning independence was at a high score of 80, while learning results were in the middle category of 79. The relationship and significance between the independence of learning and the results of learning Arabic in Nashrul Haq Al-Islamy are in a very low category. It is that the correlation value is 0.047 and the significance value is 0.747, which means more than 0.05 (0.747>0.05). Based on the results of the study, H1 in this study was rejected. Therefore, there is no significant connection between independent learning and the results of learning Arabic in the Nashrul Haq Al-Islamy Residence

Abstract

The current level of empowerment of Women Farmers Group is considered moderate, with suboptimal management and uneven skills distribution, leading to the need for active monitoring that significantly influences the empowerment level of the Women Farmers Group. Therefore, active participation is crucial, making the REBONDING program a solution to the existing issues. This research aims to explore the influence of the participation of Women Farmers Group members on the empowerment level. The study employs a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling, involving the entire population, consisting of 30 members of the Women Farmers Group Mekar 2 in Mekarharja Village. The research instrument used is a questionnaire containing statements that have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data underwent normality assumption testing and heteroscedasticity assumption testing, allowing for the continuation to the hypothesis testing stage, namely simple linear regression and determination analysis (R Square). The analysis results state that the contribution of the variable "participation of Women Farmers Group members" to the empowerment level is 73.5%, while the remaining 26.5% is contributed by other variables not included in the research model. In conclusion, the participation of Women Farmers Group members in the Rebo Distan Keliling program has a positive and significant impact on the empowerment level. With a probability value < alpha level of 0.05 (5%), the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted.

Abstract

Abstract. This study examines the efforts of Community Self-Help Activators (PSM) in increasing community participation through the Bulan Bhakti Gotong Royong Masyarakat (BBGRM) activities in Ciamis Regency. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to describe the strategies and methods used by PSM in educating, training, and assisting the community and village apparatus. The results show that PSM's role is crucial in enhancing active community participation through counseling, training, and assistance. Innovations such as using Zoom application for counseling have proven effective in quickly and widely disseminating information. Challenges such as limited internet access and technological skills among the community are addressed by providing technical guidance. Technical Guidance Training (Bimtek) also helps improve the community's understanding and skills in implementing BBGRM. Overall, PSM's efforts in increasing community participation through BBGRM activities in Ciamis Regency have successfully raised awareness, involvement, and contributions from the community.
