Abstract

The training on the implementation of book circulation technology based on the SLiMS application in Community Reading Parks (TBM) aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of book circulation processes in TBMs and streamline the management of book and member data in TBMs. This training involves the target of improving participants' proficiency in using the SLiMS application and optimizing the use of technology in book circulation processes at TBMs. The method employed for this training includes face-to-face instruction and hands-on practice with the SLiMS application. The training will be conducted in several stages, including the utilization of technology in book circulation processes at TBMs, introduction to the SLiMS application and its features, hands-on practice with the SLiMS application, and evaluation and discussion. Various instructional media, such as presentations, group discussions, and practical exercises, will be utilized in the training. Periodic evaluations will ensure that participants have comprehended the material and can apply it effectively in the book circulation processes at TBMs. In conclusion, the training on the implementation of book circulation technology based on the SLiMS application in Community Reading Parks (TBM) aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of book circulation processes at TBMs and facilitate the management of book and member data. The training will utilize face-to-face instruction and practical application of the SLiMS application, with the expectation that participants will gain a thorough understanding of and effectively apply technology in the book circulation processes at TBMs.

Abstract

Bullying is a form of violence that occurs among teenagers, especially in the school environment. Bullying is an act of violence carried out by a person or group of people who have power, which is carried out verbally, physically or psychologically. The impact that occurs on victims of bullying is that they experience various mental and physical health problems. The Si Billy Program (bullying-free action) is one of the efforts to overcome bullying, this program is an innovation that we have carried out on existing programs at the Ciamis Regency Population Control, Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (DP2KBP3A) Service. namely the population alert school (SSK) in the field of population control (DALDUK). Service activities were carried out in 2 schools in Ciamis Regency, namely SMPN 1 Cisaga and SMPN 1 Cijeungjing. This activity aims to provide education to teenagers about the dangers of bullying and increase awareness of mutual tolerance towards differences, in order to support the creation of a positive environment. The way to carry out this activity is through counseling designed in the form of material presentation and questions and answers. Activities are carried out at different times in each school. Through this activity, teenagers gain an understanding of bullying, have knowledge about what bullying is, types of bullying, causes, impacts, handling efforts and bullying mechanisms.

Abstract

Everyone's educational needs are of course different. In the context of adults who do not continue their education at a formal level, of course the equal education program becomes a bridge as an aspect of meeting their needs. As is the case, PKBM Harapan Baru is a bridge in meeting the learning needs of its residents. PKBM Harapan Baru provides several levels of equality packages, namely Package A, Package B and Package C, which aim to help students obtain knowledge, skills and diplomas. In February, research was carried out at PKBM Harapan Baru for a period of three weeks with the aim of finding out and understanding the factors that form the background of adults participating in the equality package education program. This research involves several stages, namely: problem identification stage, planning stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. Education provided to adults or learning citizens aims to equip adults with knowledge and skills to meet their needs.

Abstract

Educational technology literacy is a system that is used to support learning. In the service carried out, the educational technology used in its implementation is administrative tools and learning media. Children's development is influenced by their creativity capacity, which allows them to express their thoughts and discover new things so that they can think creatively, provide a good stimulus for children and can increase their creativity. Their development is influenced by all aspects in their environment such as family, playmates and even technology and information that develops in their time. This service is carried out for character direction in children regarding educational technology that can be used in learning, as well as the introduction of positive impacts and negative impacts of technology. The method of implementation is carried out by determining the location of the activity, determining the procedure of the activity, determining the time of implementation, implementing the activity and evaluating the activity to find the results of the service, namely children can practice how to do learning by using learning media, and can mention what are the negative and positive impacts of educational technology, and can know what to do if there is social deviation caused by technology

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat dianggap sebagai langkah utama dalam mewujudkan proses pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dengan menggali potensi sumberdaya alam dan sumber daya manusia. tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses Pemberdayaan Perempuan Melalui Program Pemanfaatan Lahan Pekarangan dan Pengolahan Hasil Tanaman Bayam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan focus pada pemberdayaan perempuan melalui program pemanfaatan lagan guna meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga yang ada pada Wirausaha Bolu Gulung Ayam Kelompok Wanita Tani Cipatani Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya yaitu penyuluh, ketua wanita tani dan tiga anggota wanita tani. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model analisis interaktif yang telah dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa untuk mewujudkan pemberdayaan perempuan melalui program rintisan memanfaatkan pekarangan dan mengolah produk bayam memiliki beberapa proses, dimulai dengan menarik anggota yang mayoritas berusia 40- 60 tahun, Hasil yang telah diolah oleh anggota kelompok wanita tani Cipatani yaitu salah satunya bolu bayam dan keripik bayam dengan penghasilan perbulannya 50.000 sampai dengan 250.000 tergantung banyaknya konsumen yang membeli. Anggota kelompok wanita tani juga menjual hasil olahannya melalui media dan marketplace online. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Pemanfaatan Lahan Pekarangan, Pendapatan Keluarga.

Abstract

Bullying atau sering disebut perundungan adalah suatu perbuatan yang disengaja dilakukan oleh seseorang atau kelompok dengan maksud menimbulkan rasa sakit dan dilakukan secara berulang-ulang, bullying saat ini sangat mengkhawatirkan, sehingga perlu adanya pencegahan terhadap perilaku bullying sejak usia dini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memahami peran keluarga dalam mencegah perilaku bullying pada anak usia dini. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu peran keluarga dalam mencegah perilaku bullying pada anak usia dini meliputi: 1) Peran keluarga sebagai modelling: orang tua berperan dalam membangun komunikasi yang baik dan efektif, memberikan keteladanan, dan membentuk nilai moral dan etika. 2) Peran keluarga sebagai mentoring: orang tua berperan dalam menciptakan kedekatan emosional pada anak, serta memberikan pendampingan dan dukungan. 3) Peran keluarga sebagai organizing: orang tua berperan dalam menciptakan kerja sama dalam keluarga, memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga dan meluruskan sistem keluarga. 4) Peran keluarga sebagai teaching: orang tua berperan dalam mengajarkan pendidikan karakter, membangun kepercayaan diri pada anak, juga membimbing dan mendidik anak. Simpulan dalam pencegahan bullying pada anak usia dini adalah peran keluarga terutama orang tua sangat dibutuhkan, maraknya kasus bullying saat ini membuat orang tua harus dengan ekstra dalam melibatkan diri dalam pencegahan bullying pada anak.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang mendasari pendirian Difabel Creative Center di Daarut Tauhiid Peduli Kota Bandung berkaitan dengan tantangan besar yang dihadapi penyandang disabilitas dalam mengakses peluang kerja dan kehidupan sosial yang setara. Banyak individu dengan keterbatasan mental atau fisik merasa kurang beruntung dan pesimis dalam menghadapi kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tahapan pemberdayaan kelompok disabilitas melalui program Difabel Creative Center di Daarut Tauhiid Peduli Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan kelompok disabilitas melalui program Difabel Creative Center (DCC) di Daarut Tauhiid Peduli, dilakukan dengan metode survei terbuka untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, analisis sosial-ekonomi, prioritisasi sumber daya, inovasi program, implementasi, dan evaluasi berkala. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan peserta dalam berbagai bidang kreatif. Selain itu, program ini juga berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan kesejahteraan mental dan spiritual peserta, yang terlihat dari peningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan sosial. Peluang pekerjaan bagi peserta juga meningkat, dengan beberapa peserta berhasil mendapatkan pekerjaan atau memulai usaha mandiri. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberdayaan yang dilakukan melalui berbagai aktivitas kreatif dan dukungan sosial terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup peserta

Abstract

Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) is an important educational conceptual framework. Researchers and educational practitioners work together to create Pedagogical Content Knowledge studies. Researchers and educators collaborate to gain a deeper knowledge of PCK and how to use it in real-world circumstances in the classroom through research and field experiences. The current analysis included research progress on PCK aspects from 2014 to 2023, namely the progress in the number of global publications on PCK aspects in the Scopus database from 2014 to 2023, the core journals of international publications in the field of PCK studies, the productivity of researchers in the field of PCK studies, the number of which originates from collaboration in international publications on PCK aspects of study, the development of international research publications, and the development of international research publications. The global publication Scopus instrumentation view database was used in this investigation. Data collected from Scopus was based on the terms instrumentation, instruments, measurements, medical instrumentation, virtual instrumentation, instrumentation system article title, abstract, and keywords of 2014-2023. The data comprised the number of years, daily posts of instrumentation features, author, and author's origin. Microsoft Excel was used to evaluate the data points. The VosViewer program was used to track the progress of worldwide publications on instrumentation issues. According to the results and discussion of growth developments in the field of pedagogical content knowledge studies indexed by Scopus from 2014 to 2022, the maximum number of publications (17.75%) occurred in 2022. The map of the development of the pedagogical content knowledge field based on co-words was classified into 6 clusters

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study is to find out the reality of policies regarding women's human rights as a space that provides an opportunity to lead in the realm of politics and government. This study uses a literature study with a SWOT analysis method on existing policies. The results show that in the history of the Indonesian government, Megawati Soekarnoputri and Puan Maharani were executive and legislative leaders who represented women. Although the existence of these two figures is an important model in the role of women's leadership, at the level of implementation, the involvement and participation of women in leading politics and government is still very low and there is often a marginalization of women due to the weak legal system, policies that are not gender friendly, and the perpetuation of patriarchal culture rooted in the point of view of the Indonesian people. ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui realita kebijakan mengenai hak asasi perempuan sebagai ruang yang memberi kesempatan untuk memimpin dalam ranah politik dan pemerintahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kepustakaan dengan metode analisis SWOT terhadap kebijakan yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam historis Pemerintahan Indonesia, Megawati Soekarnoputri dan Puan Maharani menjadi pemimpin eksekutif dan legislatif yang mewakili kaum perempuan. Meskipun keberadaan dua tokoh tersebut menjadi model penting dalam kiprah kepemimpinan perempuan, namun dalam tataran implementasinya keterlibatan dan partisipasi perempuan dalam memimpin politik dan pemerintahan masih sangat rendah dan kerap terjadi marginalisasi terhadap kaum perempuan yang diakibatkan karena lemahnya sistem hukum, kebijakan yang tidak ramah gender, serta langgengnya budaya patriarki yang mengakar pada sudut pandang masyarakat Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze women empowerment through Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) using the learning by doing approach in Imbanagara Village, Ciamis Regency. Women empowerment is a strategic effort to improve family welfare and encourage women's active participation in productive economic activities, particularly in home-based industries. The research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation with MSME actors and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) managers. The findings indicate that the learning by doing model effectively enhances the skills, confidence, and business management capabilities of women engaged in MSMEs. Support from BUMDes, in the form of training, mentoring, and access to capital, significantly contributes to the success of women-led businesses. The integration of technology in product marketing has also been initiated, though it still requires further enhancement. This study concludes that women empowerment through MSMEs not only improves family income but also creates new job opportunities for the surrounding community. Therefore, further technological assistance and access to capital are necessary to ensure the program’s sustainability and optimal impact
