Abstract

The DL learning model emphasizes student-centered learning, one of which is to encourage students to find concepts independently through direct learning experiences. This model is believed to improve concept understanding and student learning outcomes, especially at the elementary school level. The purpose of the research is to find out how the DL model affects the learning outcomes of VA class students of SDN Gedang Porong 1 in the independent curriculum. The method applied is preexperimental design with the type of one group pretest-posttest design. Researchers took a population of 28 students in class VA. The research subjects included VA class students who were given DL-based learning treatment. The data collection technique used the initial (pretest) and final (posttest) treatment tests. The sampling technique used saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique applied is the test technique used to find data about student learning outcomes. The research instrument used test sheets for pretest and posttest questions. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics using paired sample t-test. The results of the study prove that the average score of students' pre-test reached 75.57, while the average posttest score increased to 93. The results of data analysis with the t-test showed a significant level of <0.001 which is smaller than <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in learning outcomes before and after applying the DL model.

Abstract

Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia menyatakan bahwa stunting adalah suatu permasalahan gizi yang bisa membuat balita pendek atau tinggi badannya tidak sesuai dengan usia pada umumnya. Maka dari itu, ada upaya yang dilakukan oleh perwakilan KKN-P 46 yaitu kunjungan balita stunting untuk memberikan pendampingan langsung dan melakukan sosialisasi mengenai stunting untuk pencegahan dan penanganan apabila terjadi stunting. Pelaksaan kegiatan ini dilakukan secara luring dan terjun langsung ke lokasi yang terdampak stunting. Perwakilan KKN-P 46 melakukan kunjungan langsung dan mendampingi Ibu Bidan melakukan pemeriksaan pada balita yang terindikasi stunting pada tanggal 7 Februari 2024. Pada tanggal 20 Februari 2024, perwakilan KKN-P 46 melakukan sosialisasi pada ibu hamil guna mencegah terjadinya stunting pada bayi yang akan lahir. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengetahuan ibu bayi dalam merawat bayi di dalam kandungannya maupun bayinya yang telah lahir.

Abstract

Objective: This research aims to develop processed kale products into snacks with high economic value in the form of kale jerky as an effort to increase the added value of local commodities and strengthen the competitiveness of MSMEs in Candiharjo Village. Method: The implementation method includes observation of local potential, deepening the production process, socializing market strategies, developing packaging and product design, as well as active promotion through social media and digital content creation. Results: The results show that the design and development of DEKACAN (Dendeng Kangkung Candiharjo) products includes comprehensive stages, ranging from product rebranding, label creation, and visual identity (packaging, posters, x-banners), to online marketing strategies. The primary packaging used in the form of a transparent stand-up pouch with an attractive label sticker design has been proven to be able to increase consumer interest in products. In addition, the use of social media, especially Instagram Business, is considered effective for expanding market reach because it offers features that support visual and interactive promotions at a low cost. Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in the transformation of kale into a jerky product that is not yet common in the market, as well as the combination of visual design strategies and digital marketing based on local potential that has a direct impact on the growth of MSMEs. This approach also shows how traditional products can be developed into modern products that are able to keep up with trends and increase market attractiveness in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menilai apakah media e-comic berbasis pendidikan multikultural layak untuk digunakan sebagai penunjang pada pembelajaran IPS materi keberagaman budaya Bangsa Indonesia dan mampu memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta didik terkait pentingnya toleransi budaya, agama dan ras dalam kehidupan sehari-hari serta senantiasa bersyukur dapat menikmati karunia Tuhan dengan hidup di negara yang multikultural.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R and D dengan model ADDIE. Namun, penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap pengembangan saja dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari uji kelayakan media e-comic berbasis pendidikan multikultural ini mencapai persentase 91,6 persen untuk aspek materi dan ilustrasi. Aspek bahasa sebanyak 83,3 persen dan tampilan media sebanyak 100 persen. Skor rata-rata dari keseluruhan aspek ialah 91,5 persen. Sehingga dapat dikatakan media e-comics berbasis pendidikan multikultural layak untuk digunakan dengan sedikit revisi.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to improve the cultural and civic literacy of grade V students through the implementation of educational poster projects as contextual and interesting learning media. The background of this study is the low level of cultural and civic literacy of students, as identified from the initial test results in class V of SDN Krian 2. Most students showed a low understanding of cultural and civic values, which was allegedly caused by the lack of connection between the material and meaningful learning activities. Method: This study used the Kurt Lewin model of Classroom Action Research (PTK) method implemented in two cycles, with the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 29 fifth grade students. The instrument used was a test to measure the level of cultural and civic literacy before and after the implementation of the action. Result: The results showed a significant increase, from 55.5% in the pre-cycle (poor category), to 78.5% after Cycle I, and increased again to 86% in Cycle II (good category).  Novelty: The novelty in this study lies in the use of educational poster media as a project-based learning approach that is able to improve cultural and civic literacy in grade V students.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to explore and describe the implementation of differentiated learning strategies in early childhood education and their impact on the development of critical thinking skills at TK ABA Bebekan.  Method: Utilizing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected over five weeks through classroom observations, teacher interviews, and documentation analysis. The study focused on class B, where differentiated strategies were implemented based on children's learning styles and interests. Results: The findings indicate that the teacher employed three forms of differentiation—process, content, and product. Children were more engaged, demonstrated increased curiosity, and exhibited critical thinking behaviors such as asking questions, reasoning, making decisions, and solving problems. Specifically, 12 out of 15 children actively questioned phenomena, and 13 made independent choices during learning. Novelty: This study contributes to the limited literature on early childhood differentiated instruction in Indonesia by highlighting its practical application in enhancing critical thinking, particularly through individualized learning activities that respect children’s developmental uniqueness.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the importance of teaching materials as a support for the teaching and learning process, namely by using digital poster media. Digital poster media, namely electronic poster teaching materials with graphic designs that can communicate visual messages or information in a form that is not easily damaged and used by students during the learning process. This digital poster media can help teachers to improve their teaching skills through the use of interesting media by utilizing current technological developments, so that learning becomes more interactive, creative and fun for students. The purpose of this study was to produce digital learning media in the form of posters and to find out the feasibility of digital poster-based learning media in the learning process, which was seen from student responses, implementation, and effectiveness of the digital poster media. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE model. The product developed is in the form of digital poster learning media on social studies material for class VI theme 9. Data collection techniques use interview sheets for class VI teachers, material and media expert validation for UMSIDA lecturers, effectiveness sheets for class VI teachers, digital poster media implementation sheets, sheets test of learning outcomes after using digital poster media, and questionnaires on student responses to digital poster media. The validation results of media experts are 84%, material experts are 94%. The results of student responses to digital poster media were very feasible with a score. The results of implementing the benefits of digital poster media obtained results of 88% in the feasible category. The results of the effectiveness data obtained results of 88% in the category of very effective and suitable for use in learning. As well as student learning outcomes increased with the acquisition of an average score of 92 above the KKM score.

The method used is quantitative with a true experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group model. The subjects of the study were third-grade students of Purwodadi 2 Public Elementary School who were divided into experimental and control groups. Data collection was carried out through tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the analysis using the independent sample t-test showed a significance value of 0.004 (p < 0.05), which indicates a significant difference between the experimental and control groups. Multicultural learning that integrates religious values such as tolerance, compassion, and mutual respect has been proven to be able to reduce bullying behavior significantly. These findings indicate that a learning approach based on religious values not only impacts cognitive aspects but is also effective in shaping the character of students who are tolerant and moral. Thus, this strategy can be used as an alternative in creating a safe, inclusive school environment and supporting holistic character development.

Abstract

Literasi informasi di tingkat sekolah dasar menekankan pada kemampuan untuk mencari, memproses, dan mengorganisir informasi. Namun, kemampuan literasi informasi siswa sekolah dasar cenderung masih kurang. Penyebabnya adalah terbatasnya penelitian yang membahas model group investigation pada materi literasi informasi siswa sekolah dasar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh model group investigation terhadap literasi informasi siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen Jenis pre-experimental dengan Desain one group pretest posttest. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 66 siswa SD Muhammadiyah kemudian diambil sampel menggunakan teknik Random Sampling sebanyak 22 siswa kelas V sekolah dasar. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi informasi siswa terdiri dari 18 pernyataan dengan pilihan jawaban singkat. Penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata skor preteset 52,95, sedangkan rata-rata skor posttest 52,95. Analisis data menggunakan T-test menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan dengan probabilitas 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa literasi informasi siswa meningkat setelah model group investigation diterapkan. Hasil tersebut menjadi salah satu aspek yang memungkinkan penelitian lanjutan pada aspek literasi lainnya. Kata Kunci: Literasi Informasi; Group Investigation
