Abstract

ABSTRAKKompetensi dan keahlian guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi sangat diperlukan untuk meraih keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran daring. Meski demikian tidak semua guru mampu cepat beradaptasi dalam menggunakan aplikasi-aplikasi pembelajaran. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan serta bimbingan kepada guru agar memiliki kemampuan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran dan evaluasi yang menyenangkan berbantukan aplikasi Quizziz. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi 3 tahapan, diantaranya: kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan akhir. Kegiatan awal meliputi observasi dan FGD bersama mitra dan tim, kegiatan inti adalah pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan ketiga adalah tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan dimana kemampuan peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan yang sangat signifikan. Data awal menunjukkan pada aspek pengetahuan awal terhadap aplikasi hanya 13 % diantara mereka yang mengetahui aplikasi Quizziz dan hal tersebut meningkat menjadi 100 % setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan. Selanjutnya pada aspek pemahaman,  sebelum dilaksanakan pelatihan hanya 8% peserta yang memahami aplikasi Quizziz dan setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan meningkat menjadi 70%. Dan terakhir ketertarikan dimana sebelum pelaksanaan pelatihan hanya 26% peserta yang menyatakan tertarik menggunakan aplikasi Quizziz dan setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan mengalami peningkatan menjadi 89%. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan minat atau ketertarikan peserta dalam penggunaan aplikasi Quizziz pada pembelajaran. Kata kunci: pembelajaran daring; teknologi pembelajaran, aplikasi pembelajaran; quizziz . ABSTRACTThe competence and expertise of teachers in utilizing technology is needed to achieve success in online learning. However, not all teachers are able to quickly adapt in using learning applications. This service aims to provide counseling and training as well as guidance to teachers so that they have the ability to carry out fun learning and evaluations using the Quizziz application. The method used in this activity includes 3 stages, including: initial activity, core activity, and final activity. Initial activities include observation and Focus Group Discussion with partners and teams, the core activity is the implementation of training, and the third is follow-up activities. The results of this activity indicate where the ability of the training participants has increased very significantly. Preliminary data shows that in the aspect of initial knowledge only 13% of participants know the Quizziz application and eventually it increases to 100% after the training. Next on the aspect of understanding. before the training was carried out only 8% of participants understood the Quizziz application and after the training it increased to 70%. And lastly, interest, where before the training only 26% of participants expressed interest in using Quizziz and after the training increased to 89%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that this service activity went well and succeeded in increasing the knowledge, understanding, and interest of participants in using the Quizziz application for learning. Keywords: online learning; learning technology, learning applications; quizziz

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the cultivation of nationalism values and the obstacles faced by schools. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in January 2020 at SDN Karanganyar Gunung 02, Candisari, Semarang, Central Java. The subjects of this research were class V teachers. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instruments used were interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and documentation guidelines. The data validity test was done by triangulation of techniques and triangulation of sources. Technique triangulation is done by checking the data using different techniques at the same source. Source triangulation is done by checking data on different sources. The data analysis technique used includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that SDN Karanganyar Gunung 02 had implemented the implementation of the value of nationalism in learning activities through exemplary and inserting character values into the subject matter being taught. SDN Karanganyar also implements the values of nationalism outside of learning activities such as extracurricular activities. The obstacle in planting the values of nationalism is that teachers still find it difficult to integrate the values of nationalism in the lesson plans but in practice, it has been done. The second obstacle is the difficulty in adapting the curriculum to local wisdom. The implication of this research is as a reference for educators to see the challenges and obstacles in the implementation of planting the values of nationalism so that it can be used to improve aspects that are not yet optimal.Keywords: implementation; the value of nationalism; resistance

Abstract

The social interactions that occur between individuals in mathematics are called sociomatematics. Sociomatematic norms are rules derived from mathematical values that are brought into a social context. Sociomatematic norms are seen as being able to improve students' understanding. The main focus of this research are, (1) Analyzing social content in Elementary School Mathematics Learning courses; (2) Describing the social interaction process on the research subject; and (3) Describe the relationship between social interactions and mathematics learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The research subjects were 100 PGSD students. The data collection technique used a survey method and the analysis of the results of the student mathematics examination. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis. From the research, the results obtained: (1) Mathematical content in the lecture process has been raised by the lecturer. The lecture system in the form of group discussions can improve students' communication skills, courage and cooperation. (2) An overview of student social interactions can be modeled. The social interaction model shows that social interaction can take the form of associative and dissociative. (3) There is a relationship between social interaction and mathematics learning outcomes. This relationship is quite strong, and social interactions have an effect on student mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Penciptaan ini bertujuan untuk mengkreasikan ragam-ragam hias yang bersumber dari kain tenun Sasak, Samawa, dan Mbojo. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, proses penciptaan mengikuti landasan penciptaan menurut Konsorsium Seni yaitu 5 (lima) tahapan penciptaan sebagai berikut: (1) persiapan, (2) elaborasi, (3) sintesis, (4) realisasi konsep dan (5) penyelesaian atau evaluasi. Penciptaan ini menghasilkan empat karya yaitu paduan ragam hias Sasambo bertema: (1) geometris, (2) tumbuh-tumbuhan, (3) binatang, dan (4) manusia/wayang. Keempat ragam hias ini akan digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada prakter Komposisi di Prodi PGSD FKIP UNRAM.

Abstract

Learning readiness influences learning success. Changing the learning model requires preparation. Well-planned online learning is different from learning in an emergency. This study aims to determine the readiness of student learning in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used non-experimental quantitative. The data collection method is done by survey. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics. The subjects in this study were PGSD students at Mataram University. The number of respondents involved 260. Problems in this study include: how are students' learning readiness? what are the problems faced by students? Can students take part in online learning well? The results showed that students' learning readiness was still lacking. Students experiencing technical obstacles include lack of online media mastery, no training, limited costs, and difficulties in internet connection. Most students expect online learning to stop and come back face to face.

Abstract

Local script is one of the local wisdoms that must be preserved. Primary school education plays an important role in the preservation of local writing. This study aims to determine the perception of prospective elementary school teachers towards the preservation of local writing. the intended local writing is the Sasambo script in NTB. This research uses a combined method. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Interview results were analyzed qualitatively. This study involved the University of Mataram PGSD students as respondents. The problems studied include: how is the motivation of prospective teachers in preserving local writing? What do prospective teachers do in preserving local writing? What are the difficulties experienced by prospective teachers in preserving local writing? The results showed that the motivation of prospective elementary school teachers in preserving local writing was still quite high. However, prospective teachers have difficulty in preserving local writing. Difficulties faced by prospective teachers include: local writing is rarely used, low community interest in learning, lack of teachers, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of literature, low awareness and low literacy. Efforts to preserve local writing by prospective elementary school teachers include: studying local writing, conducting training, and holding competitions. Local writing preservation programs in NTB need attention. The attention of prospective teachers, the government and the community can save local writing from extinction

Abstract

ADHD is a psychological disorder in which a person has difficulty focusing andhyperactive behavior. Most of the ADHD students come from TKW families, with asignificant number in Central Lombok district. This study aims to examine the factorscausing the hyperactive behavior of TKW children. This research took place in a publicelementary school in the Batuk Liang area of Central Lombok district. This location waschosen because there were many students with special needs from TKW families, one ofwhom was experiencing hyperactivity. Through this research, the phenomenon of sensorydisturbance and hyperactivity among TKW children can be revealed. The subjects of thisstudy were children TKW who experienced hyperactivity, including: HN class V 12 yearsold, SP class VI 13 years old, SJM class V 11 years old, AN class VI 12 years old and KS classVI class 12 years old. The informants in this study were the caregivers of the TKWchildren and the teachers where the TKW children went to school. The method used inthis research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out byobservation and in-depth interviews. The research stages include preliminary studies,making instruments, data, analyzing data, and making research reports. The mainproblem in this study is how the socio-emotional development of TKW children so thatthey become hyperactive, how the family care patterns are applied and how the behaviorof TKW children in their daily lives. Based on the findings in the field and theoreticalstudies, it can be denied that hyperactive behavior is less due to the accumulation of innerconflicts caused by TKW children due to the love of their parents. The socio-emotionaldevelopment of TKW children began to be problematic since the mother left to becomeTKW. Grandma's inability to provide proper parenting and tend to give freedom to TKWchildren to behave inappropriately so that they have problems with their socialenvironment. As a result, these hyperactive TKW children have few friends because theyare ostracized. The behaviors shown by hyperactive TKW children include makingtrouble, engaging in acts of violence and other illegal acts

Abstract

Wabah Corona telah menyebabkan banyak kekacauan di dunia. Salah satu aspek yang mudah terpengaruh adalah perekonomian masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat di tengah merebaknya wabah korona. Lokasi penelitian di Pasar Sore Paoq Kambut, salah satu pasar tradisional di kawasan Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kualitatif. Analisis dan pemilahan data dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pedagang, pembeli, dan petugas parkir. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa masyarakat tidak terlalu mengkhawatirkan mengenai corona. Orang mengaku lebih takut tidak makan dari pada Corona. Aktivitas perdagangan yang sedang berlangsung justru meningkat. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan jam buka pasar. Adanya pandemi Covid-19 juga telah melahirkan peluang bisnis baru bagi masyarakat, salah satunya dengan munculnya penjual masker dadakan dan hand sanitizer.

Abstract

This study describes the perceptions and motivations students of Department of Primary Education concerning about the teaching profession along with the knowledge and experience they gained in college. The implications of the results of this study can provide a spectrum going forward so that Department of Primary Education study program managers can sustainably develop teacher professional programs to strengthen the identity of students as teacher candidates. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. The method used in this study is a survey method using an open questionnaire. The subjects of this study were 36 students of Department of Primary Education, Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Mataram University in the afternoon 7b class. The results showed all respondents stated that this profession is a noble profession, but they can switch to other jobs if income is more adequate. 83.33% of respondents said they were ready to become teachers while 16.67% said they were not ready to go into the field independently.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the problems of various community behaviors in facing the threat of COVID-19, especially of farmworkers on the PGL sub-district, Bdg district. The basic reason for this research is that in the midst of the government's great efforts to suppress the spread of this virus by limiting community activities, both social distancing and suggestions to stay at home in various areas, the people of PGL sub-district, especially farmers and farm laborers, are still carrying out their activities. like before the COVID-19 pandemic. The descriptive method is used in this research. Observations were made with interview techniques and documentation because they were very appropriate for studying descriptive social problems such as this research. The reasons for farmers and farm laborers to continue their activities are: First, farm workers in PGL think that the COVID-19 pandemic will not hit their area, they believe they will remain healthy because of their work patterns that are outdoors and exposed to direct sunlight. The two economic factors and difficulties in fulfilling the necessities of life, the third is the lack of public awareness farmworkers about the dangers of COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaji permasalahan tentang berbagai perilaku masyarakat dalam menghadapi ancaman COVID-19 terutama masyarakat kalangan buruh tani yang berada di kawasan kecamatan PGL kabupaten Bdg. Alasan mendasar dari penelitian ini adalah di tengah usaha pemerintah yang begitu besar dalam upaya menekan penyebaran virus ini dengan membatasi aktivitas masyarakat baik social distancing ataupun anjuran untuk stay at home di berbagai wilayah, tetapi masyarakat kecamatan PGL khususnya pada kalangan petani dan buruh tani masih menjalankan aktivitasnya seperti sebelum terjadi pandemi COVID-19. Metode deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, dan dokumentasi karena sangat tepat untuk mengkaji permasalahan sosial yang bersifat deskripsi seperti penelitian ini. Alasan para buruh tani tetap beraktivitas adalah: Pertama, buruh tani di PGL beranggapan pandemik COVID-19 tidak akan melanda wilayahnya, mereka berkeyakinan tetap sehat karena pola kerja mereka yang berada di luar ruangan dan terkena sinar matahari langsung. Kedua, faktor ekonomi dan kesulitan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup; ketiga, kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat kalangan buruh tani akan bahaya dari COVID-19.
