Abstract

Urgensi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya penguatan pengetahuan komputer dan kecerdasan emosional siswa untuk mendukung pencapaian hasil belajar, khususnya pada elemen spreadsheet yang sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh computer knowledge dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X AK di SMK Negeri 1 Kemlagi, serta menelaah peran fasilitas laboratorium komputer sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain ex post facto digunakan dalam penelitian ini, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi nilai akademik siswa, lalu dianalisis menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa computer knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan signifikansi 0,018 (p < 0,05), dan kecerdasan emosional juga berpengaruh signifikan dengan signifikansi 0,020 (p < 0,05). Namun, fasilitas laboratorium komputer tidak terbukti berperan sebagai variabel moderasi, baik pada hubungan computer knowledge (signifikansi moderasi 0,324; p > 0,05), maupun kecerdasan emosional (signifikansi moderasi 0,429; p > 0,05) terhadap hasil belajar. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan pengetahuan komputer dan kecerdasan emosional dalam pembelajaran, sementara peningkatan fasilitas laboratorium komputer perlu diimbangi dengan pengembangan kedua aspek tersebut untuk mendukung hasil belajar siswa secara optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa kurang dan keteratasan penerapan model pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Laporan Keuangan Perusahaan Dagang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan model Problem Based Learning dan Discovery Learning pada kelas XI Akuntansi SMKN 1 Lamongan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain True Experimental Design. Dengan sampel kelas XI Akuntansi 1 sebanyak 36 siswa dan XI Akuntansi 2 sebanyak 33 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling.  Teknik pengumpulan data hasil belajar adalah tes yang dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu Pretest dan Posttest. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-test dengan membaca Equal Variances not assumed. Diperoleh hasil 0,010 < 0,05. Sehingga terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari rata-rata nilai posttest siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 14,61. Sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 12,36. Hal tersebut menunjukkan jika nilai rata-rata hasil belajar kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol.

Abstract

This study analyze the impact of intellectual capital, leadership, organizational culture, and environmental sustainability on company performance, moderated by product innovation. The study employs descriptive quantitative research design using an explanatory research approach with SEM-PLS analysis. The sample consists of 86 employees holding managerial positions in Pegadaian Area Surabaya 1, selected using a purposive sampling. Hypothesis testing was conducted through a variance-based SEM approach with the Partial Least Square. The findings indicate that the intellectual capital does not significant affect company performance, whereas organizational culture, leadership, and environmental sustainability have a significant impact. The moderation of intellectual capital, leadership, organizational culture, and environmental sustainability by product innovation does not influence company performance. This suggests that product innovation does not strengthen the impact of these variables on company performance.

Abstract

This research was an associative quantitative research which aims to determine whether or not there was an influence of of accounting productive subject, student competence, family environment on work readiness either directly or through self-efficacy mediation in class XI accounting students of SMK Negeri 2 Buduran. The sample calculation used the simple random sampling method with the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 86 students of class XI accounting at SMK Negeri 2 Buduran in the 2019/2020 school year. The technique of collecting data used interviews, documentation to obtain the value of accounting productive subject, and closed questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis, data transformation, and hypothesis testing of direct and indirect effects. The results of the direct effect test are the accounting productive subject, student competence, and self-efficacy affect work readiness. Meanwhile, the family environment has no effect on work readiness. The indirect effect test, namely self-efficacy, can mediate the effect of student competence and the family environment on work readiness. However, self-efficacy cannot mediate the effect of the accounting productive subject on work readiness.

Abstract

The financial behavior of each person is different as shown by the qualities of each individual. The study was directed to determine the results of the analysis of financial literacy to mediate the effect of pocket money, financial accounting learning, and work experience on financial behavior. Research location at the Universitas Negeri Surabaya with a research population of accounting education students at the Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Tests were carried out using purposive sampling technique and the sample size was determined using the Maholtra formula to obtain a total sample size of 120 respondents. The data collection methods were questionnaires and tests. With the Structural Equation Model data analysis technique using Warppls. So from the research results it can be seen whether there is no direct influence between pocket money on financial behavior. On the other hand, work experience and financial accounting learning variables have a positive and significant direct effect on financial behavior. Has a positive and significant influence between pocket money on financial literacy. Financial accounting learning variables and work experience have no effect on financial literacy. Financial literacy variables do not affect financial behavior and cannot mediate the effect of pocket money, financial accounting learning, and work experience on financial behavior.

Abstract

The limited use of learning media in the era of distance learning makes schools need to optimize each material with alternative developments to evaluate self-evaluation, formula calculation schemes, and curve evaluation forms. The emergence of the offline version of desktop economic mind mapping media development in the era of distance learning has the following objectives: 1) to prioritize mind mapping-based interactive learning media; 2) to analyze the structure of practicality; 3) to analyze how significant the changes in student learning outcomes were before and before being given the media that had been developed; 4) to analyze the analysis related to assessing the responses, reactions, and perceived impacts after the use of developer media. The testing phase is limited to 20 students in class X IPS 1 and X IPS 2 at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya. Researchers in collecting data using documentation methods, interviews, review sheets and expert validation, and questionnaires. The adoption of 4D stages (define, design, develop, dessiminate) is the method used to develop the product in this study with an application output in .EXE format (file extension) that is suitable for use on a Windows computer system. The results of the study refer to the development of the media which is stated to be very feasible with the percentage of material testing 93%, media testing 87%, evaluation testing 84%. The media level is stated to be very practical with a percentage of 90%. The effectiveness of the media shows an increase in understanding that is significantly more dominant than the results of measurements with other media. 88% positive responses were given by students to this development media. So that mind mapping-based interactive learning media can support students' understanding and be applied in the era of distance learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial digitalization, and lifestyle on financial inclusion through technological capital among students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The research employed a quantitative methodwith a survey approach, involving 250 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The finding sreveal that financial literacy has a positive influence on technological capital (p = 0.108), while financial digitalization shows a significant influence(p=0.000). Lifestyle also contributes positively to technological capital (p=0.000). Financial literacy have a direct effect on financial inclusion (p = 0.041), financial digitalization (p = 0.000) and lifestyle (p=0.000) show a positive influence. Technological capital significantly mediates the influence of financial literacy and financial digitalization on financial inclusion. These findings highlight the importance of integrating financial literacy and technological competence to support financial inclusion among college students.

Abstract

In this era of progress, learning innovation follows technological developments and student characteristics. The objectives of carrying out this research are: 1) to produce and test the feasibility of developing interactive media products for the basics of gamification-based institutional financial accounting, and 2) to analyze student responses to the use of interactive learning media for the basics of gamification-based institutional financial accounting. Research and Development was chosen as the research method with the ADDIE model. The research sample used was 35 class X students. The data obtained in this research was through interviews, observations, study sheets, validation sheets and questionnaires. The suitability of the media is tested using material, media, language expert validation instruments, as well as trials on students to determine responses and interest after using the media. The research results show that the interactive learning media development product in the form of this application obtained a material validation percentage of 84.17%, media validation of 100%, and language validation of 96.92%. The student response results reached 88.74%, so this application was declared very feasible and good for use in the learning process

Abstract

This study intends to analyse the influence of mathematical intelligence, learning media, interest and learning outcomes on students’ accounting comprehension ability at the vocational secondary level. The research was carried out using a quantitative method, determining the sample using simple random sampling in the student population of SMKN 1 Jombang, as many as 140 students and a sample of 104 students in grade XI of SMKN 1 Jombang. The researcher used questionnaires and documentation to collect and analyse data with linear regression tests through the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the study revealed (1) Students’ mathematical, logical intelligence, learning media, interests and learning outcomes of basic accounting students with test results F 0.049 < 0.05 showed a significant influence on the improvement of accounting understanding of grade students (2) Mathematical, logical intelligence partially had an influence of 21.1% on the level of accounting understanding of students (3) The learning outcomes of basic accounting partially had a significant influence of 44.5% on the level of accounting understanding students (4) Learning media did not have a significant influence with the results of the t-test 0.883 > 0.05 on students’ level of accounting understanding (5) Learning interest partially had a significant influence of 13.4% on students’ level of accounting understanding.Keywords: mathematic logics, learning media, learning interests, learning outcomes, students’ accounting understanding.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi abad 21 khususnya di Indonesia terjadi sangat dinamis. Perkembangan tersebut berdampak pada segala bidang tidak terkecuali bidang pendidikan. Sehingga adanya perubahan kurikulum yaitu Kurikulum Merdeka. Sehingga seorang guru hendaknya dapat berinovasi dalam mengimplementasikan media pembelajaran yang dapat disesuaikan dengan peserta didik dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi guna menjawab tantangan zaman yang serba digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan proses pembuatan produk berupa media pembelajaran menggunakan canva dan liveworksheets 2) Mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran menggunakan canva dan liveworksheets 3) Mengetahui respon peserta didik setelah dilakukan uji coba pada media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Penelitian Research and Development (R&D) ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementaasi, dan Evaluasi, dengan hasil luaran media pembelajaran berbasis android yang dapat dibuka menggunakan link berbasis digital. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan ditelaah dan divalidasi terlebih dahulu oleh ahli materi, dan ahli media. Kemudian dilakukan uji coba pada 20 peserta didik kelas X Akuntansi 2 SMK Negeri 6 Surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran menggunakan bantuan canva dan liveworksheets pada materi siklus akuntansi perusahaan jasa layak digunakan. Kelayakan dari hasil validasi materi adalah 94,2% dengan kategori sangat layak, kelayakan dari hasil validasi media adalah 94,7% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan hasil respon peserta didik adalah 97,2% dengan kategori sangat baik.
