Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there is a simultaneous influence between parental income, financial literacy, and lifestyle on the personal financial management of students at Vocational High School 6 Surabaya, to analyze whether there is an influence between parental income on the personal financial management of students at SMKN 6 Surabaya, to analyze Is there an influence between financial literacy on the personal financial management of Vocational High School 6 Surabaya students, and to analyze whether there is an influence between lifestyle on the personal financial management of Vocational High School 6 Surabaya students. The respondents in this research were class X students majoring in financial and institutional accounting at Vocational High School 6 Surabaya, totaling 72 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is saturated sampling. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and tests. The results of this study indicate that (1) Parental income, financial literacy, and lifestyle simultaneously influence the personal financial management of S Vocational High School 6 Surabaya students (2) Parental income significantly influences the personal financial management of Vocational High School 6 Surabaya students (3) Literacy finances have a significant influence on the personal financial management of Vocational High School 6 Surabaya students (4) Lifestyle has a significant influence on the personal financial management of Vocational High School 6 Surabaya students.

Abstract

Students are one of the agents of change who will be used as pioneers or examples for the community. However, over time the quality and financial behavior of students can be said to go up and down because the ease of digital technology has an impact on financial behavior in everyday life. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, fintech payment, and tiktok shop marketplace on financial behavior in undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Surabaya State University. This type of research is quantitative using primary data sourced from respondents' answers. The population of this study were undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Surabaya State University with probability sampling technique and 64 respondents were obtained as samples in this study. This research data was processed using IBM SPSS Statictics 22 software and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that the financial literacy variable had a significant negative effect on financial behavior. Meanwhile, the fintech payment variable and the tiktok shop marketplace have no significant effect on financial behavior. Financial literacy has a negative influence because students tend to not understand the meaning of financial literacy well. Fintech payment and marketplace tiktok shop have a positive influence because in the modern era that is all digital it is required to keep up with modern developments.

Abstract

The study aims to produce a textbook called Basic Teaching and Learning Skills in the Aspect of Teacher Personality Competence Integrated with QR-Code to improve the quality of professional teacher competence. The study applied the Research and Development (R&D) methodology based on the ADDIE model. The findings indicated that there was high level of feasibility, including material expert validation 83.3, language validation 88.3 and student responses 95.5 which is categorized as very feasible. The results show that the implementation of the QR-Code can increase the level of interactivity to watch the videos, case studies, reflective materials that reinforce the level of conceptual knowledge and internalization of the characters. The findings synthesis is in accordance with Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) and experiential learning theories, and technology is the reflective medium in personality development. It concludes that the QR-Code textbook is a productive, innovative, and topical medium to form teacher personality competence, which is consistent with the curriculum and the demand of transformation education digital. The product will help improve innovation in higher education by helping close the gap between the pedagogical content and digital literacy and providing adaptive and professional teachers to meet the demands of the 21st-century education.

Abstract

In the digital technology era, schools are expected to be able to implement teaching materials through technology-based media to deliver learning content effectively. Therefore, the PKM team aims to assist teachers at Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) in developing technology-based teaching materials. The results of the training and mentoring sessions show that teachers are highly interested in the training on digital-based teaching materials. The teachers stated that the material presented during the training was clearly explained and easy to understand, particularly in the context of implementing online learning. The time required for the training activities was very efficient and effective, and the teachers found it to be much-needed. A total of 100% of the teachers agreed to use digital teaching materials after receiving the training. The conclusion of this community service is that the assistance provided aligns with the teachers' needs, as technology-based teaching materials are well-suited for both online and offline learning, enabling students to learn anytime and anywhere. The teachers' response to the teaching materials training was very positive. This program has had a significant impact on enhancing the teachers' understanding of developing digital teaching materials, which can contribute to improving the quality of education at Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur.

Abstract

The learning achievement of each student will not be the same, because each student has certain abilities that vary from other students in terms of ability and ability to master the material, even though the object/criteria for the assessment are the same. For this reason, study Structured handouts that are in accordance with the characteristics of students are very supportive in improving study achievement. Structured handouts are basically self-instruction. Therefore, study through structured handouts emphasizes the active role of students in study themselves. This study uses a quantitative Independent T test method by comparing the mean of the control class and the experimental class. The results of the Independent t test showed that the calculated value resulted in an alpha significance value of less than α = 5%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in learning achievement before and after using the combined excel structured handout. The use of structured handouts in learning is more feasible in realizing creativity and innovation in students because it focuses on the individual abilities of students. Learning by using structured handouts allows students to measure their own abilities and can improve their own abilities without feeling pressured.

Abstract

Learning is an activity that is inseparable from human life. By learning, humans are able to develop the potential that they were born with so that they will be able to adapt to meet their needs. By learning, it is hoped that there will be changes in behavior in accordance with the expected goals. However, sometimes the expected changes in behavior do not occur and are not even in accordance with the expected goals, so learning difficulties are born. To help solve the problem of learning difficulties, among others, is to apply learning models that invite students to participate actively and are used to find out how to increase students' learning motivation in mastering certain competencies and the existence of teaching materials in the form of PBL-based textbooks. Along with the development of teaching materials in the form of PBLbased Cost accounting textbooks compiled in previous studies, it is necessary to test their effectiveness together with PBL learning models so that they can be a solution in overcoming lack of motivation and learning difficulties. This study resulted in a comparison of the PBL learning model using teaching materials in the form of a PBL-based Cost Accounting textbook with PBL using a reference book. The effectiveness of using PBL-based cost accounting textbooks needs to be tested to find out whether there is an improvement in the quality of learning. The sample in this study is Accounting Education students’ batch 2021. Comparison of the learning model with the use of PBL-based cost accounting textbooks is expected to be able to display the quality of interesting learning activities to observe. As for testing the comparison of this learning model using a True Experiment research design using an independent t test. Evaluation of learning media is an evaluation that has a special emphasis on user-oriented from the PBLbased Cost Accounting textbook. The results showed that there was a convincing difference in learning outcomes before and after using the PBL-based Cost accounting textbook.

Abstract

Higher education is a key pillar in improving the quality of human resources in today's era of globalization and free competition. However, the participation rate of vocational high school (SMK) students, particularly those majoring in accounting, in continuing their education to higher education remains relatively low. This situation also occurs at SMK NU Gresik, where most graduates choose to go directly to work rather than continue their studies. This study aims to empirically analyze the factors influencing the interest of 12th-grade Accounting students at SMK NU Gresik in continuing their education to higher education. Seven independent variables were examined in this study: learning motivation, perceptions of higher education, academic self-confidence, parental support, family economic situation, peer influence, and the role of schools/teachers. The method used was an associative quantitative approach using a survey technique. Sampling was conducted using simple random sampling, with 114 respondents from a total population of 159 12th-grade Accounting students. The research instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial effects of each variable on interest in continuing higher education. The results of the study indicate that all seven independent variables simultaneously significantly influence student interest. Partially, learning motivation, perceptions of higher education, academic self-confidence, and parental support have a significant influence, with learning motivation and parental support being the dominant factors. Meanwhile, family economic conditions, peer influence, and the role of the school have insignificant influences in the partial regression model, although they remain contextually relevant in students' educational decisions. These findings have important implications for schools, guidance and counseling (BK) teachers, and parents in creating an educational ecosystem that encourages vocational high school students, particularly those majoring in accounting, to pursue higher education. Strategic interventions are needed to increase learning motivation through academic mentoring programs, the provision of scholarship information, and the active involvement of parents and teachers in students' educational decision-making processes. This study also makes a theoretical contribution to the vocational education literature by demonstrating that success in further education is not solely determined by external conditions such as economics, but is also strongly influenced by psychological and social factors inherent in the students themselves.

Abstract

The role of the Pessrta Didik Worksheet has an important influence to encourage enthusiasm and help students to increase broad material insights. the progress of times that are increasingly advanced by using sophisticated technology, student worksheets have experienced rapid development. The use of conventional Student Worksheets has begun to be shifted by modern Student Worksheets which are more effective, efficient, creative, and innovative.The research that is being developed uses the 4D model from Thiagarajan, namely the R&D research method which includes four stages, namely the definition stage, the planning stage, the development stage, and the dissemination stage. Research that is being developed uses two types of data, namely using verbal or qualitative data and using numerical data or quantitative data using open questionnaires and closed questionnaires, then the data will be interpreted based on the score table by Likert and Guttman scales. Research that is being developed is used to interpret its feasibility, to observe the development carried out by researchers and student assessments of Lift the Flap Student Worksheets using Microsoft Excel in learning the Fifo, Lifo, Average inventory method in class XI Accounting and Finance at Vocational High School Institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce a game of snakes and ladders based on Google Slides as a medium of enrichment in the material for class XI mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah contracts at SMK Negeri 2 Mojokerto which was tested suitable for use in enrichment activities and received positive responses from students. The development model used is the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate) from Thiagarajan. The development process is carried out according to the stages of the 4D development model, namely through the definition stage, design stage, and development stage. The deployment stage is not carried out. After the development process follows the existing stages, an assessment activity is carried out on Google Slides. To assess the feasibility of the developed media, the expert carried out review and validation activities as well as limited trial activities for 15 students.validation of the development of the snake and ladder game enrichment media based on Google Slides from material experts and media experts with an average percentage of 93.55% and 95.15% with very feasible criteria. While the results of the trial for students obtained an average value of 90.48% with the criteria of very understanding. Thus, it can be concluded that the enrichment media for the game of snakes and ladders based on Google Slides in the material for the class XI mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah contracts is very appropriate to be used as an enrichment medium in schools.
