Abstract

The purpose of this was to analysis of the role of social enterprise studiProsperous living is an ideal condition that is expected by the whole community, so that many efforts are made by the government or the community, one of which is by building social enterprise. Studio Dapur is a social enterprise that has an eco-socialpreneur concept and has a goal to improve the quality of life of people in the surrounding villages. This article will discuss the role of social enterprise that will be carried out by Studio Dapur in alleviating poverty in Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategies used by MuluMile in increasing sales volume. This type of research is using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, referring to the 4P concept of the marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Place) and then SWOT analysis is used. Based on the analysis conducted, MuluMile has strategies in increasing sales volume, namely: 1) Products, a strategy used to improve product quality. 2) Price, providing affordable prices by reducing the level of profit of a product. 3) Promotion, making information media in social media (WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook). 4) Place, give good service. Based on the internal and external analysis carried out at the MuluMile company, it can be found that MuluMile is currently in a development strategy. Where the decision to be taken is to develop the company by improving quality andcompleteness of the product and reproduce all forms of promotion.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the differences in students' creative thinking ability using the Problem Based Learning Method in prakarya and entrepreneurship subjects, the object of this study is class X SMA Plus Merdeka Soreang students. The method used in this study is a pseudo-experimental method or Quasi Experiment. The results of this study are differences in students' creative thinking ability using the Problem Based Learning Method in craft and entrepreneurship subjects in the Covid-19 Era.

Abstract

The development of the creative industry is not optimal, this is due to the lack of attractiveness of the industry, the dominant position of creative businesses, the immature creative industry business model and the lack of guidance from the government, as well as the business risks that must be faced. This research uses a case study method so that a causal explanation of the conditions in the field can be produced and can answer the "how" and "why" questions so that comprehensive study results can be obtained and can answer the problems that arise in this research. Data was collected by means of literature studies and interviews. The data analysis process is carried out by describing the business through the Social Business Model Canvas (SBMC), and exploring the insights of the social business model with the middleman model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher professional competence on student entrepreneurship competence in the subjects of craft and entrepreneurship at SMKN 1 Solok, in this study using a quantitative approach, the data sources used in this study were primary data and secondary data, primary data namely data which is directly obtained from respondents from filling out google forms , while secondary data comes from literature studies in the form of journals, books and laws related to research. The result of the research is that the professional competence of teachers has a positive effect on the entrepreneurial competence of students at SMKN 1 Solok.

Abstract

Business competition in the textile and clothing industry is getting tighter. Many competitors cause companies in that field to experience a decrease in sales. This study intends to formulate a business strategy using the SWOT analysis tool so that companies know what must be maintained and improved in increasing sales to excel in business competition. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The findings from the study used the QSPM matrix analysis. There are 3 priorities for the formulation of a new strategy, namely a field research strategy, a strategy for evaluating and analysing market trends, and increasing digital marketing. The implications obtained by the company are increasing market demand, developing markets, and being able to compete with competitors.

Abstract

This research proposed a framework to identify the impact of social enterprise on local communities in Tasikmalaya. Research on the impact of social enterprise on society in dealing with poverty problems, has been carried out in different locations, but no one has researched the impact of social enterprise in the Tasikmalaya area. Therefore, it is necessary to research the impact of the existence of a social enterprise on the surrounding community and in dealing with social problems that occur in the area around the existence of the social enterprise. This research used qualitative methods by collecting data through observation and in-depth interviews with social enterprise actors and the surrounding community. The results of the research showed that there are four roles of social enterprise that can be identified in Tasikmalaya, and five impacts of social enterprise on the recipient communities are found. In general, social enterprises have a positive impact on society in economic, social and environmental aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of training and entrepreneurship skills enhancement, as well as to determine the impact of digital marketing training on improving the entrepreneurship skills of participants in the Independent Study Program at PT. Arkatama Multi Solusindo Batch 2. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and verificative approach. The population of this study consists of 284 participants of PT. Arkatama Multi Solusindo Batch 2, the sample was taken using a non-probability purposive sampling technique totaling 71 participants. Data analysis and testing were conducted using SPSS version 27. The analysis methods include instrument tests, classical assumption tests, and simple linear regression tests. From all the tests performed, the result obtained is that H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive influence of digital marketing training on the improvement of entrepreneurship skills. If training is provided, the participants' entrepreneurship skills can improve. Conversely, if training is not provided, the participants' entrepreneurship skills will not improve. This shows that training plays an important role in enhancing entrepreneurship skills.

Abstract

This study seeks to ascertain the impact of social media marketing and service quality on customer satisfaction. The research adopts a quantitative approach, employing both descriptive and verification methods. The population for this research comprised 350 customers who made purchases through Jastipwithluv in 2023. From this population, a sample size of 20% was selected, resulting in 70 respondents. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to customers. Data analysis was conducted using various statistical tests, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination, all performed using the SPSS software. The findings indicate that social media marketing and service quality significantly and positively influence customer satisfaction at Jastipwithluv, accounting for 52.4% of the variation. This demonstrates that both social media marketing and service quality can effectively enhance customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Innovation in a business is an important key to remaining competitive and improving the quality of products, services and marketing. So it can increase customer awareness and satisfaction and increase revenue. The aim of this research is to find out the description and formulation of Marketing Innovation using the Digital Marketing Canvas approach at Albaby Official MSMEs. The object of the research is an MSME that operates in the fashion sector, especially baby shoes. Located in Dramaga, Bogor Regency. Using a qualitative case study approach. This study focuses on understanding the problems faced by MSMEs regarding digital adoption and the innovations they implement. Using primary data through observation, semi-structured interviews with MSME owners and secondary data including MSME sales data. Alleged interim results : MSME Albaby Official is experiencing problems with products and marketing, the core problem is in marketing because MSME Albaby Official only uses the Shopee platform to market its products. It is hoped that by implementing marketing innovations in its business, MSME Albaby Official can increase brand awareness and increase revenue. The results of this research confirm that the application of the Digital Marketing Canvas has helped MSMEs in developing effective marketing strategies and adapting themselves to rapidly changing market dynamics.
