Bank Syariah Indonesia has a growing number of customers every year. The increase in customers is not matched by the quality of service in the form of customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is still an obstacle to maximizing Islamic banks' profits. This study aims to examine the effect of marketing mix and digital banking on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia Pekalongan Pemuda Branch during the pandemic. The sample used was 99 respondents from a population of 17,261. The sample uses an accidental sampling technique. The method uses a questionnaire. Instrument testing, classical assumption analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing were used to analyze the data. The results of the analysis conducted on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Indonesia Pekalongan Pemuda Branch during the pandemic, namely how digital banking variables affect customer satisfaction, However, the marketing mix has no effect on customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze how effective promotion can help build customer loyalty in kebab businesses in Wonokerto, and to find out whether the business is feasible or not to run. Qualitative case studies were conducted by conducting in-depth interviews with kebab business owners and several loyal customers, as well as observing promotional activities carried out. This study uses qualitative research methods to collect data and analyze complex phenomena in a specific language and cultural context. In-depth interviews were used to collect data from purposively selected informants, namely kebab business owners and some loyal customers. Observations were also made to obtain information regarding promotional activities carried out and interactions between customers and kebab business owners. The results of the study show that effective promotion can help build and maintain customer loyalty to kebab businesses in Wonokerto. Kebab business owners need to pay attention to customer needs and preferences in designing effective promotional strategies. Effective promotion must be able to attract customers and provide significant added value for them. Therefore, kebab business owners need to understand the characteristics of customers and the market environment to design targeted and effective promotional strategies. So that the business can be declared feasible to run.

Indonesia masih memiliki masalah gizi yang sangat mempengaruhi kualitas sumber daya manusianya (SDM). Upaya pemerintah untuk mengatasi dan mencegah masalah ini adalah dengan menerbitkan pedoman umum gizi seimbang (PUGS) pada tahun 2014. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai pola makan sehat dengan gizi seimbang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini berupa promosi dan edukasi, dengan kuesioner sebagai bahan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sedikit masyarakat yang memahami dan mengerti gizi seimbang yang sebenarnya dengan pilar pedoman yang bagaimana dan takaran seperti apa. Namun, setelah dilaksanakannya promosi dan edukasi gizi seimbang ini, menjadikan masyarakat lebih mengetahui dan memahami secara jelas pola makan sehat dengan gizi seimbang yang baik dan sesuai.

The food stall business is a business that has quite large and promising opportunities. Food stalls can also be used as a place for buyers to relax, gather and so on which makes buyers have a reason to come to the food stall. That is why many people open food stalls, especially chicken noodle stalls. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the business feasibility of the asymie chicken noodle shop. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The data obtained is in the form of primary data, namely interviews and secondary data, namely observation. The research was conducted at Asymie Wonopringgo Chicken Noodle Warung. The results of the study show that when viewed from the market and marketing aspects according to the feasibility study, the asymie chicken noodle shop is very good. This can be seen from the good service, the many facilities and the characteristics of the product with full chicken meat topping provided by the Asymie chicken noodle shop. In addition, the price offered is also affordable for consumers of all ages according to the market segment and the promotion is carried out very well, namely through WhatsApp Story.

Penelitian ini berusaha memberikan gambaran kebiasaan masyarakat yang tidak lazim di desa winduaji dalam melakukan transaksi hutang piutang yaitu denga system gadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tinajuan etika bisnis islam terhadap praktik gadai sawah yang ada di desa winduaji, selain itu penelitan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tinjaukan etika bisnis islam terhadap praktik system ijon, terakhir penelitian ini ingin menganalisis dampak praktek gadai sawah dan sistem ijon terhadap kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan analisis data kualitatif. berdasarkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 8 orang, 6 orang dalam transaksi gadai sawah dan 2 orang dalam praktik system ijon. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa praktek gadai sawah tidak sesuai dengan prinsip etika bisnis islam, hasil kedua menemukan bahwa praktik sistem ijon cenderung merugikan pihak penjual karena haarga yang ditawarkan lebih rendah daripada harga barang saat panen. Hasil ketiga menemukan bahwa baik praktik gadai sawah maupu system ijon tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat desa winduaji.

Abstract. Investment can simply be defined as an activity of investing capital or assets with the aim of making a profit. More practically, investment is a commitment of a certain amount of funds or other resources made now with the hope of gaining profits in the future. The aim of this research is to find out about the development of sharia mutual funds in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a bibliographic approach sourced from books and scientific journals according to the topic and focus of the research. The results of this research show that the development of sharia mutual funds in Indonesia has been quite significant with the number of sharia mutual funds increasing and many investors already using sharia mutual funds as their investment instruments. The aim of this research is to describe the meaning of sharia cooperatives, both in terms of the history of the founding of sharia cooperatives, the function and objectives of sharia cooperatives, the activities of legal business entities or laws or regulations regarding sharia cooperatives, and the profile of one of the relevant institutions. This research method uses a library approach, namely a research approach method that comes from books and journals that are appropriate to the topic of discussion and research focus. The results of the literature review in this research conclude that sharia cooperatives are run guided by sharia laws, thereby ensuring benefits in their activities. Sharia cooperatives must be run by people who understand sharia economics and can convey their knowledge to the community as cooperative members, so that people understand the advantages of transacting in sharia cooperatives, and choose sharia cooperatives rather than transacting in economic institutions with a capitalist system to carry out economic activities. Cooperatives can provide an effort to overcome poverty in society. Sharia cooperatives have products and mechanisms that are based on the Koran and Hadith.

The Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) is a board formed to oversee the running of the company so that it can run in accordance with sharia principles. Supervision of the company is in line with the rampant moral hazard in the form of fraud, cheating and money lending that is carried out so that it results in a loss of public trust in several financial institutions in Indonesia. Therefore, the role of DPS is needed as the foundation of sharia financial institutions to keep the company in accordance with sharia so that public trust can ultimately be fulfilled. The method used in this research is qualitative with a description-analytical approach and the type of research is library research, namely research whose object of study uses library data in the form of books as a source of data. Public trust is an important factor in the development of financial institutions in Indonesia. In its development, DPS has not been able to optimize its role as a supervisor of LKS operations or as a driver of economic development in accordance with sharia principles. This is due to the challenges that must be faced, namely the limitations of competent scholars and the lack of optimization of supervision. To face this challenge, efforts are needed to optimize the role of DPS as follows: First, socialization and training should be held both among financial institutions and to the public. Second, DPS can determine and determine members who will become candidates for the Sharia Supervisory Board to carry out their duties as DPS and not underestimate their position.

This research aims to understand the role of sharia venture capital, using a qualitative approach by utilizing in-depth analysis of secondary data from various related literature sources. The data collection technique used is a literature study technique to obtain a theoretical basis in the form of opinions or writings of legal experts, ulama and other authorities regarding the role of sharia venture capital in Indonesia. This research is descriptive in nature to analyze research results but is not used to draw broader conclusions. The results of this research conclude that Indonesia, as a country whose economy continues to grow, faces major challenges in increasing the competitiveness of the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector. Participate in Direct Equity Company capital participation (PMV) to the partner company by taking a certain number of shares in the Partner Business Company (PPU). In carrying out venture capital financing, it starts with a venture agreement in each implementation, but don't forget to include the provisions of Islamic law in accordance with the best Sharia Venture Capital Companies (PMVS).Keywords: venture capital, capital financing, micro, small and medium enterprise sector
