Abstract

This research aims to describe the Islamic Economic Perspective on Fiscal Policy. The method in this research uses a library research method, namely research whose object of study uses library data. This research was carried out by reading, reviewing and analyzing various existing literature, in the form of journals, articles, books and the internet originating from journals, government and company documentation, and government publications. And in this research the author uses a qualitative approach using secondary data sources. The findings of this literature review study conclude that the Islamic Economic Perspective on Fiscal Policy is a policy that is expected to carry out allocation, distribution and stabilization functions in a country that has certain characteristics of value orientation, ethical and social dimensions in the income and expenditure of an Islamic country. The Islamic taxation system must ensure that only the rich and prosperous groups who have advantages bear the main burden of taxes.

Abstract

Every country has the same goal, namely achieving a high level of prosperity for its country. Nowadays, one of the important conditions for achieving prosperity is globalization, making a country's economic system develop in a more open direction, both in the economic and financial fields. Indonesia is a country with an open economic system. Whatever happens to the global economy, the impact will be felt in the national economy. An open economic system provides opportunities for its people to interact in the economic sector with other countries, whether individuals, the private sector or government, where economic activities can take the form of trade in goods and services, exchange of technology and so on. the relationship between the value of other imports made and the level of community income and national income achieved. As has been stated, imports are affected expenditure, which means that the higher the national income, the higher the imports.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this research is to determine the effect of interest rate inflation and exchange rates on the profitability of sharia banking. The method used in this research is literature, namely by collecting data by looking for sources from various sources such as books, journals, articles that are appropriate to the topic of discussion. Banks are business entities that collect funds from the public in the form of savings and distribute them to the public in the form of credit and/or other forms in order to improve the standard of living of many people, one of the ratios that can measure banking performance is the profitability ratio with indicators including Return On Assets.

Abstract

This study aims to calculate and analyse the level of financial difficulties experienced by the company using the Altman Z-Score method. The variable used in this study is the Altman Z-Score method which is proxied by the ratio of liquidity, leverage, profitability, effectiveness and market ratio. The samples used were 6 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from the 2019-2021 period. In this study, hypothesis testing used the Altman Z-score analysis method, with the help of the Microsoft Excel program and Statistical Package the Social Science (SPSS) VERSION 23.0. The results of testing the hypothesis of this study indicate that the altman z-Score model is very accurate in predicting company bankruptcy, further results show that the liquidity ratio, leverage, profitability, market ratio and activity determine the final value of altman z-score prediction. The third result shows that there are six companies that are in the grey area position during 2019-2021 and the rest are in a position of experiencing financial distress.

Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country with many potential tourist destinations, natural tourism and cultural tourism in each region because Indonesia has different tribes, customs, cultures and geographical location. Indonesia is a tropical country that produces. Indonesia also has many traditional snacks in each region, Indonesian traditional snacks are one of the legacies of our ancestors that must be preserved and preserved so that they are not forgotten by future generations. However, currently Indonesian people prefer snacks such as pizza, hamburgers and other snacks as they develop. In western culture, it is not uncommon for children to be asked if they don't know the traditional food of their area. Therefore, let's preserve traditional snacks by buying traditional snacks, learning how to make them, practicing recipes, and also helping to market and introduce traditional snacks to the general public. Communication is one of the most important aspects in marketing the tourism industry in an area, according to Soemanagara (2008), this service activity provides various benefits, knowledge and skills to Bojong Pekalongan market traders to increase culinary tourism in the Bojong Pekalongan market. Promotion of local traditional food Bojong Pekalongan market traders are trained to promote local traditional food on social media using mobile media such as Traditional food is apem cake, ball baling and others.

Abstract

Cireng isi, a popular Indonesian street food, is a lucrative business for street food vendors. To increase sales, vendors need to understand the effectiveness of marketing communication in promoting their products. One effective way is by utilizing social media platforms. Vendors can use e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok, as well as Instagram to expand their marketing reach. However, an effective marketing strategy needs to be tailored to the characteristics and behavior of each platform's users. In addition, product quality and customer service are also essential to maintain customer loyalty. This study used a qualitative approach to understand the experiences of cireng isi vendors in using social media for marketing. The results showed that social media can increase sales and expand the market reach but requires effective marketing efforts and strategies. Vendors must pay attention to product quality and customer service and understand the user characteristics of each platform to create an effective marketing strategy.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach to examine business ethics in the practice of buying and selling wholesale batik negligee at Pasar Johar Semarang. Primary and secondary data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Pasar Johar Semarang is a traditional market which is famous for its lively buying and selling activities. In the practice of buying and selling wholesale, there are patterns that are commonly found, including competition between sellers, stock management, systems for returning or exchanging goods, and special agreements between sellers and buyers. This practice reflects the application of Islamic business ethical values ​​such as fairness, social responsibility, and honesty. The results of the study show that in Pasar Johar Semarang, the principle of mutual benefit is upheld in buying and selling activities. The importance of the principles of fairness and balance in buying and selling is also recognized. Even though there are risks and abuses in the system of returns or khiyar, the practice is still in accordance with the principles of Islamic law. This study provides an in-depth understanding of the practice of buying and selling wholesale batik negligee and the influence of business ethics in transactions conducted at Pasar Johar Semarang.

Abstract

This article discusses business feasibility in the service sector in the field of leasing a futsal field located in Gejlig Village, Kajen District, Pekalongan Regency. Being in a strategic location makes the centro futsal field rental quite attractive to the local community. The business development in the futsal field rental sector has been very rapid, seen from the fans of this sport, it has made business people see the opportunities that exist to be used as a productive business. The research method used in this article is a qualitative method. Data collection in this method is by interviewing one of the sources who work at the place which includes several aspects of market and marketing. The results of the study show that the price offered by Centro is the cheapest price in Kajen District and has two adequate futsal courts so consumers can play without waiting long.

Abstract

Islamic economics is an economic framework based on the principles of Islamic teachings, combining religious values with sustainable and just economic concepts. This journal explores the scope of Islamic economics by focusing on the core principles that form the basis of the economic system. Apart from that, there is also the impact of Islamic economics in building financial inclusion and fighting economic inequality. By upholding the values of justice and social responsibility, Islamic economics encourages financial inclusion by providing access to financial services to disadvantaged groups in society. This approach helps reduce disparities between different economic groups and creates broader opportunities for sustainability and equitable economic development. However, although Islamic economics offers a useful approach, this article also discusses the challenges faced by Islamic economic practices in dealing with the complexit of the global economy and achieving a balance between finance and religious values. This journal provides a comprehensive overview of the diversity and complexity within the scope of Islamic economics, exploring the implications and opportunities for further development in an ever-evolving global context. Abstract

The welfare of Islamic countries is always in the spotlight. It is recorded that around 27.2 percent of the total population of Islamic countries has an income of around 15 thousand rupiah. This illustrates that Islamic countries experience economic difficulties compared to other countries in the world. One of the instruments in efforts to encourage economic growth and efforts to eradicate poverty in Muslim countries in particular is through social funds (waqf). Waqf is one of the instruments in improving economic welfare and alleviating poverty. The research we conducted aims to examine the extent of the role of waqf in realizing the economic welfare of society and the country's economy. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach by taking relevant sources as references for the research we conducted. The research we conducted showed that social funds (waqaf) have a very big role in efforts to alleviate poverty in Islamic countries. One way is the cash waqf approach, although it has not been used optimally, cash waqf has a role in reducing poverty. The government's role is also very important in controlling waqf social funding institutions.
