Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merekomendasikan cara-cara alternatif untuk membantu meminimalisir biaya dalam proses produksi dengan metode peramalan produksi di periode yang akan datang. UKM tersebut harus menyesuaikan dengan baik tingkat produksi yang akan dilakukan dengan tingkat permintaan yang diminta oleh konsumen agar tidak menimbulkan pemborosan yang berupa meningkatnya/tingginya biaya penyimpanan yang diakibatkan oleh menumpuknya persediaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder bersumber dan UKM produk Tas Wanita yang berupa data produksi dan data penjualan produk Tas Wanita.Menggunakan metode peramalan yaitu metode Last Square untuk mengetahui peramalan produksi di periode yang akan datang. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa UKM tersebut dapat menerapkan perencanaan produksi aggregate metode transportasi dengan tenaga kerja berubah untuk mengetahui perlu atau tidaknya penambahan dan pengurangan karyawan serta perlu atau tidaknya jam lembur guna meminimalkan biaya produksi diperiode yang akan datang.Kata kunci: perencanaan aggregate, metode transportasi, peramalan dengan metode last square, meminimalkan biaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of a quality management system (QMS) and machine layout on the quality of drinking bottle packaging production with the application of good manufacturing practice (GMP) as a moderating variable at PT. Diamonds. The results showed that the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) had a significant and positive effect on the quality of plastic bottle packaging production. Machine Layout has a significant and positive effect on the production of plastic bottle packaging. The Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) system has a significant and positive effect on the production of plastic bottle packaging. The Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) system has an insignificant and positive effect and is unable to moderate the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) on the production of plastic bottle packaging. Abstract

This Study aims to determine the effect of the application of Good Manucturing Practices (GMP) and the preparation of Sanitation Standard Operational Procedure (SSOP) on the processing of frozen squid, and determine the effect of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system as a moderating variable. The results of the research that love been carried out show the influence of the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), preparation of Sanitasi Standard Operational Procedure (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) on the processing frozen squid. However, moderating the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is not able to moderate the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Sanitation Standard Operational Procedure of the frozen squid processing. From this research, it is explained one of the effects is that there are still irregularities in craying out the application of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operational Procedure (SSOP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HAACP) to the frozen squid processing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions with purchase intention as a moderating variable on the customers of UD Santan Kelapa Pasar Serdang Kemayoran. The total population in this study were all consumers of UD Santan Kelapa. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were obtained through a questionnaire and analyzed using the partial least squares (PLS) data analysis method.sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that product quality had an insignificant positive effect on purchasing decisions, promotions had no significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, buying interest had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, moderating buying interest on product quality had a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, moderating buying interest on promotion has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas produk dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan citra merek sebagai variabel intervening di era globalisasi milenial ini. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah para pemuda ataupun pemudi pengguna Smartphone IOS ataupun Android yang keren dan high class. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling, sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin.Alat analisis statistic yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan PLS.3 yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan uji statistik, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Celebrity Endorser berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, keunggulan system operasi smarthphone tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasaan dan loyalitas pelanggan, Diferensiasi Produk berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasaan pelanggan terhadap kualitas produk. Moderasi Diferensiasi Produk berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan bersifat memperlemah pengaruhkeunggulan system operasi smarthphone terhadap kepuasaan pelanggan. Moderasi Diferensiasi Produk berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan bersifat memperlemah pengaruh Keunggulan system operasi smartphone layanan purna jual terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Trust and Ssatisfaction on Customer Loyalty moderated by Service Quality. The population in this study were customers at UD Santan Kelapa. The sample of this research is 100 customers of UD Santan Kelapa. This type of method is made using a quantitative approach and uses a questionnaire that is filled in directly by 100 respondents and then processes the data using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Statistical results from research data show that customer trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer trust has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality has a negative and insignificant impact on loyalty customers, service quality that moderates customer trust and customer satisfaction has a strong relationship with customer loyalty to UD Santan Kelapa customers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of marketing mix on consumer buying interest during the covid 19 pandemic. and word of mouth marketing through digital or Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM). This marketing is considered effective during a pandemic because of the trust, positive impression and experience by buyers of the services offered so that they are able to persuade, motivate potential buyers more in deciding to buy. Another strategy as a support is to include the provision of discounts. The number of samples taken as many as 100 people or more consumers. The method used is a survey method, the form of research used in verification and descriptive research. Data was collected through interviews and distributing questionnaires to respondents. The questionnaire was tested using a validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. The results showed that the marketing mix had a significant effect on consumer buying interest. Partially, price and product have an effect on consumer buying interest, while promotion and place have no influence on consumer buying interest. The product variable has the strongest influence on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diferensiasi produk dan citra merek smartphone Xiaomi terhadap kepuasan konsumen di kota jakarta utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna smartphone merek xiaomi di kota jakarta utara,dengan metode pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling. Sampel yang diperoleh sebesar 100 responden. Data yang diperoleh dianalisi dengan menggunakan teknik analisis structural equation model (SEM) dengan alat uji statistik PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui software SmartPLS . Data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil yang signifikan antara diferensiasi produk (X1) Smartphone Xiaomi terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) di kota Jakarta Utara, karna hasil dari T-statistic pada Path Coefficients yaitu 6,320 dan P-Value sebesar 0,000. Nilai T-statistic > 1,96 dan nilai P-Value < 0,05. Dan juga menunjukan hasil yang signifikan antara citra merek (X2) smartphone Xiaomi terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) di kota Jakarta Utara, karna hasil dari T-Statistic pada path coefficients yaitu 7,116 dan P-Value sebesar 0,000. Nilai T-statistic >1,96 dan nilai P-Value < 0,05. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel citra merek adalah variabel yang dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen di Kota Jakarta Utara.Kata kunci: Diferensiasi Produk, Kepuasan Konsumen, dan Citra MerekABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of product differentiation and Xiaomi smartphone brand image on the success of the company which is moderated by consumer satisfaction in the city of North Jakarta. The population in this study is the Xiaomi smartphone brand users in the city of North Jakarta, with the sampling method is probability sampling. Samples obtained by 100 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using structural equation model (SEM) analysis techniques with PLS (Partial Least Square) statistical test through SmartPLS software. Data collected with a questionnaire that has be en tested for validity and reliability. The results showed significant results between product differentiation (X1) of Xiaomi Smartphones on consumer satisfaction (Y) in the city of North Jakarta, because the results of the T-statistics on Path Coefficients were 6,320 and a P- Value of 0,000. Tstatistic value> 1.96 and P-value <0.05. And it also shows significant results between the brand image (X2) of Xiaomi smartphones onconsumer satisfaction (Y) in the city of North Jakarta, because the results of the T- Statistic on the path coefficients are 7,116 and a PValue of 0,000. T-statistic value> 1.96 and P-value <0.05. It can be concluded that the brand image variable is the dominant variable in influencing consumer satisfaction in North Jakarta.Keywords: Product Differentiation, Consumer Satisfaction, and Brand Image

Abstract

This research is about the Effect of Preceived Organizational and Normative Commitment against Employee Performance Moderated by Self Awareness which was conducted at UTA 45 Jakarta. The total population studied in this study were all employees of UTA 45 Jakarta. The method of taking this sample is by using porpuse sampling by randomly distributing it to all employees. The research was conducted to determine how the influence of perceived organizational and normative commitment and moderating self awareness able to strengthen or weaken the influence organizational perceivers on employee performance and self awareness was able to strengthen or weaken the influence of normative commitment on employee performance through several stages, the first stage was taken from the literature. , descriptive statistics and collection of researched objects.tools software (PLS). Based on the objectives of the results to be achieved by the researchers as follows; organizational perceiver has no effect on employee performance, normative commitment has no effect on employee performance, self awareness has a significant effect on employee performance, moderated self awareness can weaken the influence organizational perceiver on employee performance, moderated self awareness can weaken the influence of normative commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of raw material requirements planning and the empirical study of raw materials quality control towards the success of production process at PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta. The company has been established since 1974 or had been around for 40 years. The sample that will be studied in this paper is derived from the monthly report data from PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta from the period of January 2013 to December 2015. This study analyzes the relationship between effect of raw material requirements planning and the empirical study of raw materials quality control towards production process at PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta. Statistic method used in this study is the multiple linear regression to first test the classical assumption. The results indicate that the raw material requirements planning has a partially positive influence towards the smoothness of the production process at PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta. The raw materials quality control has a partially negative influence towards the smoothness of production process at PT. Inkoasku in North Jakarta.
