Abstract

In learning activities, motivation is an encouragement or process to direct students in achieving learning goals. The research was motivated by the very diverse problem of students' learning motivation in mathematics subjects in class XI TFLM-3 SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya. This can be seen from the results of the researcher's observations, where when they are about to start learning activities, many students still think that mathematics is less interesting and boring so that students are always less ready to start learning mathematics and the learning that was usually carried out by previous mathematics teachers was just learning. just lectures and assignments. This research aims to determine the increase in students' learning motivation in mathematics subjects through differentiated learning based on content. This research uses a type of Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of two cycles using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and observation. This questionnaire is used to determine learning satisfaction that motivates students after carrying out learning strategy treatment. The results of research using differentiated learning based on content show an increase in students' learning motivation from pre-cycle activities 63,8% to 73,1% in cycle I, then continued with cycle II. It shows that the presentation average of students' learning motivation in mathematics subjects is 83,2% From the results of this research it can be concluded that using differentiated learning based on content is successful in increasing students' learning motivation in mathematics subjects in class XI TFLM-3 SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya.

Abstract

The research was conducted based on the problem of students in class XI TITL 2 SMK N 5 Surabaya This research aims to improve student learning outcomes by using differentiated learning based on student learning styles with differentiated content aspects. This research uses the PTK (Classroom Action Research) method with a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using diagnostic assessments (prestest) and summative assessments (posttest). The results of research using differentiated learning based on students' learning styles with differentiated content aspects show that there is an increase in learning outcomes which can be seen from pre-cycle activities with the percentage of learning completeness increasing from 18% to 43% in cycle I, then increasing to 78% in cycle II. From these results it can be concluded that research using differentiated learning based on students' learning styles based on differentiated content aspects has succeeded in improving the learning outcomes of class XI TITL 2 SMK N 5 Surabaya in mathematics lessons simple linear regression analysis material.

Abstract

Terapi kimia untuk kanker dapat menimbulkan efek samping yang merugikan. Berdasarkan beberapa penelitian, tanaman obat Crescentia cujete memiliki aktivitas antikanker. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui potensi antikanker dari kulit batang Majapahit terhadap mortalitas larva Artemia salina Leach menggunakan metode BSLT (Brine Shrimp Lethality Test). Infusa kulit batang Majapahit dianalisis kandungan senyawa kimianya menggunakan LCMS (Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry), dan analisis toksisitas dilakukan dengan memberikan infusa kulit batang pada konsentrasi 100 ppm hingga 1000 ppm terhadap larva udang yang telah menetas dan diamati selama 24 jam. Mortalitas larva dihitung dalam bentuk nilai probit. Data kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam Excel untuk memperoleh nilai LC50 yang menunjukkan potensi antikanker. Hasil identifikasi senyawa dengan analisis LCMS menemukan empat senyawa kimia dengan puncak tertinggi yaitu kaempferol-3-O-rhamnosida, hesperidin, asam galat, dan rutin. Hasil uji toksisitas akut infusa kulit batang Majapahit terhadap mortalitas Artemia salina Leach menunjukkan aktivitas antikanker dengan nilai LC50 < 1000 ppm, yaitu sebesar 324,339 ppm. Konsentrasi 400 ppm menunjukkan efek toksik yang dapat mewakili nilai LC50.
